With a thought, he summoned Nine Phoenix.

Yun Moyu pouted her red lips, sensing that she might soon have another sister.
Although Luna looked completely unrecognizable at that moment, resembling an ugly creature and sounding like an old man, Yun Moyu's feminine intuition allowed her to deduce from Luna's eyes and Li Xiaonan's tone that Luna was indeed a woman.

He picked up Luna in his arms and was about to step out when Nine Phoenix suddenly flashed into the room, dressed in a red outfit.
Her phoenix eyes fixed intently on the Smurf on the ground, wiping the drool from the corner of her mouth. "Good... good stuff! Boss... give it to me!"
The Smurf's eyes narrowed in anger.

"Ahem!" Li Xiaonan cleared his throat and said, "Little Jiu, this is water-type; eating it will give you diarrhea..." He then winked at the Smurf. "Hurry up and come into my bag!"
The Smurf hesitated for a moment but finally began to wriggle its plump body up Li Xiaonan's shoes, completely unaware of the smug smile at the corner of his mouth.
"Take good care of Ling Kui!" He left those final words as he soared into the sky with Nine Phoenix.

Li Xiaonan gently laid Luna down on the grass just as Mitasia arrived. He waved his hand urgently and said, "Mitasia! You need to see what's happened to Luna!"
A green light enveloped Luna, and as the radiant glow faded away, Mitasia bit her lip and shook her head. With tears in her eyes, she looked at Li Xiaonan sorrowfully. "There's nothing we can do... The poison has already corroded her internal organs; it's too late... I warned her not to use her powers again, but she wouldn't listen... Now my Green Fairy Clan is doomed because of this..."
Li Xiaonan knelt beside Luna in a daze, realizing... realizing that all of this was truly because of him!

Listening to Mitasia's account, the furrow between Li Xiaonan's brows deepened. He looked up and asked, “Where is the Mother Well?”
Mitasia led Li Xiaonan deeper into the woods along a winding path until they arrived at a well covered in green vines.

The Green Fairy Trace were all worried for him and urged him to stop, but he always shook his head, continuing to try one herb after another.
In seven days' time, he had tasted over seven hundred herbs. His body turned a shade of green, developing painful and itchy pustules. However, he also found twenty-one herbs that could counteract the toxins.
