"Alright, everyone is here. The main reason for gathering you all today is to inform you that we are preparing to take action against the Dark Guild."
Although Fairy Tail is considered the most powerful force in the realm, the true ruler of this kingdom is still the king, and naturally, it is the Emerald Princess who presides over this meeting.
"Are we really going to make a move against the Dark Guild?"
"I don't know. Is it really necessary to eliminate them all?"

Emerald did not have issues with Jelf; rather, her approach was far better than Newton's initial thoughts. Not every killer worships Jelf, nor does every follower of Jelf resort to killing. Newton realized he had been somewhat biased in his views; it was Emerald who recognized this and adjusted his perspective. Instead of feeling angered, Newton felt a sense of pride akin to a teacher watching a student finally stand on their own.
"So, Your Highness, what should we do?"
"Exactly! Even if you want the Dark Guild members to filter themselves, how do we proceed?"
"Very simple!"
Emerald snapped her fingers confidently.
"We only need to release a message: that through sacrificial killings one can summon Jelf. Those who enjoy killing will surely not miss this opportunity. At that point, we can capture these individuals all at once, leaving behind those whose crimes may be relatively lighter."
