"Sir."
Mu stood respectfully in front of Newton. Although he had already decided to go, he still needed to meet up with Mu at the original base of the Six Demon Generals first. However, it would be just Newton alone, but he still needed to bring along his necessary subordinate, Lackey, to help carry things and run errands. After all, he couldn't do everything himself as the boss.
"Yes, this is Puppeteer. This time, the matter will be handled by me and Puppeteer."
Jiang nodded beside Newton.
"Hello, my name is Puppeteer. I’m somewhat of a newcomer, and I hope you can take care of me."
Jiang was extremely polite, but Mu remained cautious. He knew that Jiang had always had that cheerful demeanor, yet now he was collaborating with the Six Demon Generals who had been captured—completely wiped out. Mu was now representing Circus, having taken the place of the Six Demon Generals.
"Hello, Lord Puppeteer."
Mu displayed great humility, not daring to act out of line.
"There’s no need to be so formal; I'm not that terrifying. Compared to these guys, I'm quite friendly."
However, Mu was hesitant to fully trust their words and only believed half of what Puppeteer said.
"Alright, alright, if you keep this up, you'll scare the kid."
Newton chuckled, and Mu did not dispute the title Newton used.
"See? What’s going on this time?"
"It’s like this: usually, Underworld Gate and Demon Heart don’t manage Dark Guild affairs much, so the Six Demon Generals have always been the actual leaders of Dark Guild. But now that all the Six Demon Generals have been captured, that leadership position is vacant. Although we have completely taken over everything from the Six Demon Generals, there are still many who do not accept us. This time, there are those who oppose us, so we need to prove to others that we have the strength to hold this position."
Mu's words made Newton nod in agreement. He had already anticipated that these guys would cause him trouble; he just didn't expect it to happen at this moment.
"I understand. By the way, isn't there news about Jelf?"
"Isn't that fake?"
Indeed, although Jelf was known as the legendary Dark Mage, there were actually very few in the Dark Guild who truly believed in him. What they wanted more than Jelf himself was his magic. As for whether Jelf was still alive? Very few people believed that.

Newton nodded.
"Then let's do this. Where is the meeting place? If it's far, we should head over now."

Mu nodded and then sent someone to prepare the carriage and luggage.
Soon, the carriage was ready, and dozens of people headed toward a mountainous area.
It resembled the Nirvana forest from before—a large house surrounded by countless tents, divided into several areas. The largest tent had a flag on top with the Guild's emblem painted on it.
Once they entered the camp, Newton realized there were no available spots left.
"This must be a show of force, right?"
Newton smiled, while Mu beside him nodded helplessly but also felt a bit excited. He had participated in gatherings like this before; it was quite similar. If they arrived early, they could find a good spot, but often they couldn't hold onto it. And this time...
Mu looked at Newton and Jiang beside him, curious about how these two would handle things.
"Forget it, since there's no place outside, let's go in."
Newton's words made Mu pause for a moment. Go in? He then looked at the large house in the center.
"That, Ugly Lord, we haven't received anyone's approval yet. Only those in leadership positions within the Guild can enter there," Mu reminded Newton.
"Aren't we leaders?"
Newton tilted his head and then looked at Jiang.
"Puppeteer, you go out and keep watch. Anyone who dares to stop us, eliminate them all."
After all, they were all members of the Dark Guild, and Newton showed no mercy when it came to killing.
"Yes, sir."
Jiang nodded and then flew out, hovering in mid-air.
"What is that thing?"
"I don't know, it flew out from that carriage."
"Is it a member of the Circus?"
"It should be, right?"
"Hmph, what is this? A monkey show? Flying is something many people can do."
"Let's see what this guy wants to do."
"Master, how do we... get out of here?"
Mu was sweating profusely.
"Don't you know the shortest distance between two points is a straight line?"
Chou rolled his eyes, while Mu trembled even more.

"Drive... otherwise, I believe there are plenty of people willing to help me drive."
Chou's words immediately shut Mu up, and he obediently drove forward.
Not far ahead was a campsite, and Jiang immediately flew over.
"Warning! Please leave this area immediately, or I will attack!"
Seeing the Puppeteer hovering in mid-air and hearing the warning, the people at the campsite laughed, their mocking words ringing out. Some even launched an attack against the Puppeteer.
"Boom!"
The explosion didn't even scratch the paint on Puppeteer's metal surface. However, since they had attacked first, Jiang quickly began to retaliate.
"Warning ineffective, target, eliminate!"
Raising an arm, a missile flew toward the camp.

"Boom!"
A mushroom cloud erupted, and even Newton, who was inside the carriage, felt the tremor. The driver, Mu, was left dumbfounded, staring blankly at the scene before him.
It wasn't just Mu; even the other members of the Dark Guild were stunned. Such an attack? It had to be a joke. There were definitely no more than a handful of people here who could withstand it. And this was just a Puppeteer; earlier, they had heard about a Hypnotist and a musician. Were there other professions as well? Surely there had to be a Circus animal trainer or magician involved? And there must be a leader too? With all this, the Guild seemed rather terrifying. Everyone fell silent, watching as missiles continued to fly through the air, relentlessly targeting those who had survived the initial explosion—whether they were fleeing or lying on the ground in agony, they were mercilessly finished off.
At that moment, Mu was grateful for his foresight. Observing the enemy's methods now made him realize how naive his previous thoughts had been. This was no joke; cold sweat soaked his back.
"Tsk, the ground really isn't solid. Mu, steer clear of that pit."
Mu instinctively drove the carriage in another direction. Without needing further warning from Jiang, they scrambled away from the area, while Newton and the others settled into a nearby house.
