After he exited the battle, within just a few minutes, he managed to conclude his five knight squads' engagements and led his subordinates to retreat under the cover of their colleagues from the Enforcement Council and Original Sin Tribunal, heading back to their previously prepared large-scale teleportation magic circle.
Most members of the Blood Cross Knights found their leader's orders quite strange; however, having been educated from a young age to obey superior commands, most retreated from the battlefield while still engaged in combat, except for those fighting desperately against the monsters.
With the loss of the Blood Cross Knights' vital combat power, both the Enforcement Council and Original Sin Tribunal were now significantly outnumbered compared to what remained of the International Demon Alliance's forces. The main attackers from the Elder Council surrounding Zhou Qingzhe and others were not as quick-witted as Liberick and had already lost hope for survival.
Liexiezi had lost half his body to Divine Punishment; however, given time, restoring his complete form would not be difficult. Once Liexiezi returned to full strength, members of the Demon Hunting Team began to face unprecedented slaughter.
Instead of aiding Zhou Qingzhe and others, Liexiezi targeted the weakest peripheral forces. The ten-colored sword rainbow formed by Golden Light Phosphor Demon Sword Formation struck with pinpoint accuracy like guided missiles.
Zhou Qingzhe, Zhang Rongying, Ice King, and Banma were surrounded by twenty-three Elders from the Demon Hunting Team along with high-ranking officials from Blood Cross Knights and Twelve Divine Envoys from Enforcement Council above all Enforcers.
