Zhang Rongying and Zhou Qingzhe had been in the Arctic for nearly half a year. The icebreaker they purchased was equipped with advanced technology and powerful engines, allowing them to navigate freely even on the icy terrain of the Arctic. To ensure their dominance in this harsh environment, they had gathered all their skilled subordinates, including experts in water manipulation and ice-related spells.
Thus, White Whale Born was fortunate enough to be part of this Arctic expedition team. He had long grown tired of the grueling days and had privately cursed countless times, "Damn it! Human geographers always refer to the poles as Antarctica and the Arctic Ocean. But who says that the ancient, unchanging ice and snow formed over billions of years isn't a continent? Such solid, massive pure ice—does it not constitute a solid world and still be called an ocean?"
As the largest species in the ocean, White Whale Born had no trouble adapting to life in the Arctic. However, his water manipulation spells were significantly hindered by the extreme cold. Every morning when he woke up, he would recall his battle with Li Bing.
This morning, as he emerged from the cabin, the weather remained as clear as ever. White Whale Born looked out at the icy world beyond the ship and couldn't help but utter a statement filled with philosophical meaning.

Before White Whale Born could finish his thought, he heard a cold snort beside him. He turned around in shock, quickly retracting his head and leaping out of the ship's railing to do his labor.
Zhang Rongying and Zhou Qingzhe watched their subordinates working hard on the ice surface and exchanged worried glances. After receiving guidance from Lima Anson, they had set aside everything to come here to excavate glaciers formed over millions of years, hoping to find their dream artifact, the Ancient Star Shuttle.
The Ancient Star Shuttle and the Ten Thousand Methods Magic Jar were akin to Fang Lin Kong's Four Treasures of the Demon Gate: Great Freedom Heaven Realm Seven Treasures Banner, Nine Heavens Primordial Demon Flame, Taiyin Soul Piercer, and Hundred Escape Spirit Control Seal—both were among the Azure Plow Seven Treasures made famous by Blue Plow Ancestor.
Although Zhang Rongying and Zhou Qingzhe had plotted against Yuan Qian Kun to seize Gouli Heaven's Tome, their cultivation levels were insufficient to fully utilize this first treasure of the Dark World that appeared in scroll form. It was said that within Gouli Heaven's Tome lay sealed a peculiar continent. Yuan Qian Kun sought to unravel its mysteries to lead all demonkind away from this polluted Earth and migrate to the world within Gouli Heaven's Tome. In contrast, Zhang Rongying and Zhou Qingzhe aimed to open Gou Li World to obtain coveted resources that would solidify demonkind's status in the human realm.
Over these past six months, they had scoured nearly the entire Arctic Circle without finding any clues. Zhang Rongying was beginning to feel disheartened. Zhou Qingzhe remained unfazed in his thin suit despite the perpetual chill of the Arctic ice. He toyed with a Mexican cigar in his left hand while gazing at a massive iceberg in the distance. Slowly, he replied, "Old Zhang! It's not that there are no other means to replace the Ancient Star Shuttle; it's just that only the Ancient Star Shuttle meets our requirements perfectly. This extraordinary treasure can traverse different realms freely and has a vast internal space capable of bringing back large quantities of urgently needed resources, giving us hope for success in our dreams. You know as well as I do that Earth has long run out of valuable mineral deposits; new top-tier artifacts use materials that are almost entirely accumulated treasures from various major factions over many years."
Zhou Qingzhe sighed, "If it were just us coming and going freely, how much could we really carry? Moreover, unless one reaches Divine Extremity, the toll on one's power from making a round trip would be too great. Only the Ancient Star Shuttle can allow us to transport a large amount of resources back in the shortest time possible, rapidly strengthening the Earth Demon Clan's power."

Relying solely on high technology to drill through ten kilometers of ancient ice would likely be no easier than the construction of the Great Wall during the Qin Dynasty. Thus, Zhou Qingzhe opted for the most conservative and primitive method, instructing his subordinates to dig with their bare hands.
Of course, such heavy labor would not require him to lift a finger. During this Arctic expedition, Zhou Qingzhe and Zhang Rongying had gathered dozens of elite demon clan members skilled in earth manipulation. With a command from Zhou Qingzhe, these demons transformed into their true forms, including Aardvarks, Giant Pangolins, and various ant demons—an astonishing array.
Though the millennia-old frozen Arctic ice was hard, it could hardly withstand the efforts of this fierce group. In just ten hours, a massive pit had been excavated at the surface. According to the detected energy of the Spiritual Waves, they were getting closer to that mysterious object.
With a grave expression, Zhou Qingzhe ordered the digging to stop. He summoned the combat troops from the icebreaker to set up an interception barrier in midair before instructing his subordinates to continue digging. This atmosphere made every demon following Zhou Qingzhe and Zhang Rongying exceedingly cautious.
