In the depths of sleep, realizing that one is dreaming is a very strange sensation. Fang Lin Kong felt as if he were being pulled by someone, and despite his naturally high alertness, being in the wilderness made him struggle to rise, unable to control his body. He couldn't tell if he was dreaming or if he truly saw it, but suddenly, a bright light filled his vision, and the scene gradually became clearer. 0

He vaguely recognized the landscape as the mountains of Fengshan Village, where he had planned to vacation. However, he found himself floating in the sky. A strange blue light appeared from the horizon, trailing a series of sparkling tails like a meteor streaking from afar. It approached with an extraordinary speed, followed closely by a soft green light that chased after it. 0

After a moment of confusion, Fang Lin Kong felt as if he were riding that blue light, soaring through the sky. Thoughts that did not belong to him slowly entered his mind, leaving him unsure of what was happening. 0

He could even feel the Dao Robe fluttering around him. His tall figure raced through the air, with the fierce wind whipping past him, creating an indescribable sense of exhilaration. From half a kilometer away, an old Daoist in a green robe shouted at him with a booming voice that echoed clearly. 0

The elderly Daoist, dressed in an apricot yellow robe with five flowing strands, spoke with righteous authority: "Liexiezi, my junior brother, your years of cultivation have not been easy. Why must you go against the way and seek your own destruction? When the Heavenly Tribulation arrives, no matter how profound your Dao techniques are, you will be unable to resist it. It would be better to heed my advice: abandon your wicked spells and cultivate under Xuanmen Zhengzong once more." 0

Though they seemed not far apart, the old Daoist's voice thundered like rolling thunder. The clear blue light surrounding him could not conceal his imposing presence when he spoke. Even though Fang Lin Kong was unsure whether he was dreaming or hallucinating, he felt a buzzing in his head and an intense dislike for this elderly Daoist. 0

Initially oblivious to the situation, when he spoke out, it came out in a tone that felt entirely foreign to him. This made Fang Lin Kong realize that he had not become someone else but could feel the changes in this black-clad Daoist's body—a truly unique experience. 0

Fang Lin Kong even hazily felt that he was a young Daoist dressed in black attire. Under the cover of blue electric light, currents of azure energy coursed through him. 0

Although Fang Lin Kong could not clearly see the face of the black-clad Daoist, he sensed an extraordinary elegance about him. Despite his age, he still possessed masculine charm and belonged to the category of distinguished older gentlemen. When he spoke, it was calm and composed, exuding great refinement. 0

"Voidbreaker," he addressed his fellow Daoist. "Though we once practiced together as disciples under the same master, I have long been expelled from Kunlun Sect. Please do not refer to me as your junior brother again. Whatever path I choose to follow is none of your concern; wouldn't it be better for us to cultivate separately? Your profound cultivation is nearing Ascendancy; why seek unnecessary troubles?" 0

In their exchange, they had already flown hundreds of miles in an instant and were about to leave this mountainous region when suddenly everything changed. The pursuing Voidbreaker unleashed a beam of Azure Sword Light—a swift azure rainbow that intercepted Liexiezi just as he was about to accelerate further. Liexiezi attempted to change direction repeatedly but found himself blocked by several beams of Azure Sword Light from Voidbreaker. With no escape left, Liexiezi had no choice but to turn back and confront his former senior brother directly. 0

Once, Voidbreaker and Liexiezi were both among the twelve great disciples of Kunlun Celestial Path. However, over the thousands of years, Kunlun Celestial Path faced numerous calamities: some practitioners fell into madness during their cultivation, others were killed by demons while trying to eliminate evil, and many violated the sect's rules. Internal conflicts led to betrayals, with several practitioners abandoning the sect. In the end, only three of the twelve disciples remained, now known as the Three Great Elders of Kunlun Celestial Path. 0

Liexiezi, after a fierce dispute with another sect, lost control and slaughtered over two hundred practitioners from that sect, leaving no one alive, not even the guardian spirit beasts. Fearing retribution from Kunlun Celestial Path, he chose to hide from the sect's pursuit. Eventually, he sought refuge under one of the three great demonic patriarchs at that time, Blue Plow Ancestor, and vanished from sight. 0

Voidbreaker, as the law enforcement elder of Kunlun Celestial Path, felt compelled to deal with this disgraceful disciple. He had challenged Blue Plow Ancestor several times but was thwarted by the formidable barrier set around Blue Plow Ancestor's demonic palace. On one occasion, Blue Plow Ancestor grew impatient and personally defeated Voidbreaker. Left with no choice, Voidbreaker retreated to cultivate his skills and refine his artifacts. This time he emerged with full confidence to defeat Blue Plow Ancestor and punish the traitor from his sect. 0

However, he did not anticipate that Blue Plow Ancestor had achieved complete mastery of his demonic powers and had transcended the constraints of the mortal realm. With this immense support gone, Liexiezi had long since left Azure Plow Demon Palace and disappeared without a trace. 0

Years later, Voidbreaker stumbled upon Liexiezi's hidden lair and pursued him relentlessly across vast distances. 0

Liexiezi understood that Voidbreaker's words were merely a facade; he intended to force him into reincarnation through Xuanmen Zhengzong Cloud Cloud cultivation, effectively making him abandon all his hard-earned powers. For a practitioner, such an outcome was hardly better than complete annihilation; reincarnation and re-cultivation were fraught with countless obstacles—far from an easy task. Naturally, he would not agree. 0

Voidbreaker did not expect to sway his stubborn junior brother merely through words. He activated his Innate Sword Artifact; although it blocked Liexiezi's path, truly subduing him would require more than mere words. With a flick of his Apricot Yellow Robe, hundreds of brilliant sword lights intertwined to form a stunning sword net that descended upon Liexiezi. Voidbreaker unleashed all of his over a hundred Flying Swords that he had painstakingly refined over many years. 0

The primary goal of any practitioner is to achieve immortality and ascend to another realm. Thus, they place great importance on fundamental techniques. However, throughout their cultivation journey, practitioners inevitably face various dangers; relying solely on techniques without self-defense capabilities is insufficient. 0

To protect themselves and eliminate evil spirits, it is essential to cultivate powerful spells or refine formidable artifacts. Voidbreaker possessed profound techniques and dual mastery of spiritual tools; not only did he have extensive knowledge in Daoism but also boundless magical power. He was renowned as one of the foremost artifact masters in Kunlun Celestial Path. After two thousand years of cultivation, he had refined over a hundred Flying Swords and was not underestimating his junior brother in this confrontation. 0

Liexiezi had only been cultivating for a little over six hundred years while Voidbreaker had started a full fifteen hundred years earlier; thus, Voidbreaker had nearly two thousand years of accumulated power. Given such a vast difference in strength, Liexiezi was originally not a match for his senior brother. 0

However, after joining Blue Plow Ancestor's sect and spending nearly a century cultivating demonic arts in the far north at Azure Plow Demon Palace, he became well-versed in Mystical Gate techniques and gained true insights into demonic secrets. Mastering both righteous and demonic paths allowed him to progress rapidly in power. Although he still could not match Voidbreaker’s strength, he possessed enough ability to defend himself. 0

Seeing that his senior brother had made his move, Liexiezi raised one hand lightly; a faint water curtain unfolded before him. The Aqua Water Elite he had painstakingly refined over nearly a century transformed into an icy barrier that formed a transparent wall of ice to block Voidbreaker's Flying Swords from piercing through. 0
