Little Lu decided to give it a try. "Everyone fall back and clear the battlefield, be ready for rescue. After all, the Crow's weaknesses can't kill quickly." 0

The wind picked up as he glided forward, swiftly striking the Crow. The Crow remained motionless as the blade cut through, then bound with its left hand and tortured with its right. Force Little Crow appeared, absorbing the wind's Force. If it were just the wind alone, he would be doomed. But Little Lu was there; he aimed his pistol at the wind and fired. The bullet struck the wind's body, creating a flash of light. 0

Purification. In an instant, the wind was freed from its bindings, torment, and the draining of Force. 0

Seconds later, the light of Purification faded, and the wind was once again under control. Little Lu used Purification on the wind again. The Crow sensed something was wrong and sent a shadowy version of itself flying towards Little Lu. He fired his pistol in quick succession, forcing it to retreat while Evelyn and Cui Ming helped eliminate the shadow. 0

Little Lu dashed towards the wind and fired again just as the light of Purification vanished, managing to deliver another burst of energy. Then he used a shockwave to propel himself backward, dodging the Crow's bindings. 0

When they were in Thunder Sound City, Cui Ming learned that Little Lu had the ability of Purification. Little Lu had told Cui Ming that he could cleanse the virus carried by Mundo's scalpel. If it was so useful, why hadn’t they used it sooner? After observing for a while, Cui Ming understood; using Purification drained a significant amount of mental energy. Before long, Little Lu appeared somewhat dazed and could not maintain it for long, while the Crow had enhanced its own abilities. Quietly, Cui Ming slipped away from the perimeter. 0

Purification was a power derived from incantations inscribed on his dual pistols, requiring intense concentration and prayer to the divine. However, with the need to fend off attacks from the Crow as well, within just five minutes he was utterly exhausted, and the damage inflicted on the Crow by the wind remained minimal. 0

The Crow also realized this and began to suppress Little Lu, forcing the wind to retreat as well. Just then, blood erupted from the Crow’s head as it took a bullet to the skull. The shot was powerful enough to send it tumbling backward, already injured. 0

"Cui Ming, you all retreat!" he commanded as he stepped forward and cast a Yellow Card, immobilizing both Little Lu and the wind so they could escape immediately. The Crow stood up as its shadowy version absorbed Cui Ming's Force, causing him to back away. The Crow unleashed a beam of Binding Light towards him; in response, Cui Ming tossed a chicken into its path, which was caught firmly by the light. 0

"What?" Everyone was taken aback. 0

The Crow shook its head; this was just a prank. It discarded the chicken and sent out another beam of Binding Light. In an instant, Cui Ming produced a mirror from thin air; when the light struck it, it reflected away harmlessly past the Crow. With a sly grin, Cui Ming chuckled, "Heh heh, if you can't even harm a chicken with your light, you certainly can't harm my mirror." 0

The beam of Pain Torture Light shattered the mirror and suppressed Cui Ming, who immediately retreated—his legs weren't very long after all. The Crow pursued him while its shadow absorbed more of his Force. Just then, another gunshot rang out; once again, the Crow took a bullet to its head with tremendous force that knocked it down to the ground. 0

With a flourish like magic, Cui Ming produced another mirror and taunted, "Come chase me!" Why did he feel like his tone sounded so smug? 0

Evelyn stood high above, a hundred meters away, aiming at the crow. She pulled the trigger, and the bullet struck its body. Evelyn was not in a hurry; she recharged her sniper rifle, aimed again, and fired. As long as she could break two of the crow's abilities, it would no longer be invincible. The torment could be escaped; if you pursued, there would be traps ahead, and stepping into one would mean a headshot awaited you. The crow had already lost its courage to use its binding abilities due to the mirror's reflection, uncertain whether this light would ensnare itself. 0

The crow took two headshot bullets in quick succession and realized the dire situation. It soon assessed the battlefield. For the third time, it inflicted pain on Cui Ming, who retreated to dodge. The crow seemed ready to chase but suddenly spread its arms, transforming into dozens of smaller crows. Cui Ming had barely run ten meters when he heard a sound and cursed under his breath. A Yellow Card flew toward the crow's main body, and one of its clones caught it. 0

Little Lu charged in, firing dual pistols at the crows overhead, unable to determine which was the real one. Evelyn's sniper rifle also picked off one crow after another. The most efficient killer of crows was Cui Ming; with a single flying card, he severed one from the flock. Although Little Lu wielded dual guns, his firing speed could not match Cui Ming's, and Evelyn needed to charge each bullet. 0

It seemed impossible to shoot down all the crows at that moment when a burst of light shot up and exploded in mid-air. The remaining dozen crows were obliterated, leaving only one alive within the blast radius: Jayce. His long-range explosive light bomb had a wide area of effect and strong attack power. 0

Everyone here was skilled; however, they were caught in a deadly cycle due to the crow's overwhelming tactics. 0

As the crow fell, it reverted back to its main form mid-air before crashing to the ground. Wind arrived first with a thrust that pierced through the crow's chest. Cui Ming followed closely behind and immobilized it. The crow struggled desperately, retreating while raising its hands to bind Wind and suppress Cui Ming simultaneously summoning three small Force crows that unleashed beams of light upon Wind and Cui Ming. 0

Bound by restraints, Wind let out an angry roar: "Gale Slash." He spun around on the spot, gripping his blade tightly as he slashed downward from mid-air. The blade was seven meters away from the crow, yet inexplicably, it felt a chill in its left arm. Turning its head, it saw its left arm severed cleanly off. 0

At that moment when the crow looked at its arm, Beiyue descended from above, bringing down his Greatsword onto the crow's right shoulder with a force that penetrated three centimeters deep. Cui Ming endured the pain and said, "You need to surrender alive, Crow; if you don't give up now, you're finished." With its left arm severed, defeat was inevitable for the crow; it couldn't recover from such an open wound. Coupled with Beiyue's strike and Wind's thrusting attack, even with all three small crows exerting their full power, they could not restore what was lost. 0

What made the crow strong? Two things: one was its unkillable abilities; another was its dual enhancement system. With one ability broken and its formidable enhancement compromised by Wind Sword Technique severing its left arm, the crow realized it was doomed. 0

What Cui Ming did not know was that when the crow found itself surrounded by capable fighters, it recognized trouble was brewing. It had a significant weakness; although it practiced multiple systems—including an enhancement system—its hands were occupied casting spells: one hand binding while the other inflicted torment. This left them without any protective Force equivalent from enhancements. Throughout previous battles, the crow had concealed this fact well but feared Wind more than anyone else among them. Other bullets or flying cards posed no substantial threat. 0

The good news was that Beiyue had been attacking alongside Wind; however, Wind Sword Technique's might had not been fully unleashed due to concerns about friendly fire. When Beiyue stepped back to rest, Wind attempted an attack; although his Wind Sword Technique struck the crow’s body causing some bleeding injuries, they were not severe and healed quickly. 0

Wind felt frustrated at that moment—why did he always have to bind himself first before inflicting torment and draining his Force? 0

He didn't think too much about it. When he was bound again, was it me? Frustrated, he disregarded everything and struck out with the most lethal blow. At the same time, because Cui Ming was being tormented on the left, in order to avoid accidentally harming the escaping Cui Ming, Feng chose to retreat slightly and aimed for the crow's left arm. An invisible wind sliced down like a katana, and the sharp, swift wind blade severed the crow's arm. This result left Feng dumbfounded; his technique was impressive, but he was still far from being able to cut through enhanced defenses. In reality, he had struck the crow seven or eight times, only managing to scratch its surface. 0

The crow was also wronged; if it could see Feng's fluctuations, it would have been able to withdraw its left hand from casting at the moment Feng attacked. In that instant, its left hand could have been filled with a protective Force at an advanced enhancement level. But Feng was invisible... 0

Evelyn's Force Lock was thrown onto the crow's body, automatically tightening around it. At this moment, the crow could easily break free from the Force Lock, but it knew very well that once it did, it would face a pack of wolves attacking. With one arm gone and its binding ability diminished, even if it managed to break the secret of its other arm, that arm would still be severed. The crow closed its eyes and sighed deeply as the Force Lock instantly sealed it. 0

Luck, luck! Cui Ming could only think this way. Of course, the crow had made a big mistake. When Cui Ming and Evelyn teamed up to toy with the crow, it actually had better options—namely, not splitting up to escape or chasing after Cui Ming but rather retreating backward or sideways. This way, it could avoid the traps while disrupting Cui Ming and Evelyn's formation. 0

The key point was that mirror; the crow opened its eyes and looked at Cui Ming: "Can the mirror really reflect binding?" It had never tested this but knew that Binding Light had no lethality and could only immobilize someone on the spot. 0

"Of course." Of course my foot; it was my Card Play: Li Dai Tao Jiang. Simply put, Li Dai Tao Jiang meant letting someone else suffer in your place. Cui Ming's target for this tactic was Evelyn, but since Binding Light couldn't travel that far, at first glance, it seemed like it was reflected by Cui Ming's mirror. Because of this, the crow felt its weakness being exploited and entertained thoughts of escape. 0

Finally catching hold of the crow, everyone was exhausted. Evelyn went outside and requested a police van to take them to the battlefield; everyone got into the vehicle. Evelyn drove while outside there were already many reporters. The police used riot shields to block them off so that Evelyn's van could leave. 0

Cui Ming reached out and removed the crow's mask. It revealed an ordinary middle-aged man in his forties with no visible animal features on his face. Cui Ming examined the crow's wound; after having its arm severed, its protective Force had immediately stopped the bleeding—the repair ability of enhanced attributes was incredibly strong. However strong it might be, it couldn't regrow an arm. 0

"Does it hurt?" Cui Ming asked, considering whether to mock or sympathize based on the response. 0

The crow did not answer and looked at Beiyue in the adjacent seat: "Since I've been captured, you need to tell me what you want." 0

Cui Ming replied: "We've already said we want to find Master Bei." After getting into the van, Cui Ming deliberately blocked Jayce from moving closer to the crow by positioning himself between them while Beiyue sat beside him. This was to prevent Jayce from suddenly attacking and killing the crow. The crow would definitely die; it was too strong—after today, there would be no chance for a seven-on-one fight again. Since they had already made enemies with such a formidable opponent, they either needed to humbly beg for forgiveness or eliminate him entirely. (To be continued.) 0
