Beiyue collided with Centaur, both struggling to gain the upper hand. The Minotaur charged mindlessly toward the backline, while Cui Ming held a Yellow Card, waiting for the perfect moment to immobilize the Minotaur. Ding Ze struck with lightning against the Minotaur. Just as Leopard Woman had predicted, Li Qing surged forward, targeting the retreating Serpent Woman, who prepared to petrify. Unexpectedly, Li Qing spun her body and delivered a flying kick, unleashing a burst of Force that, while not powerful, covered a wide area and revealed the hidden Lion Dog.
The True Sight Guardian created a diversion and finally broke Lion Dog's invisibility. As Li Qing's Force exploded, the Lion Dog realized it had been detected by Li Qing. Being old rivals, it immediately canceled its stealth state and restored its Force, meaning that Li Qing's seemingly weak attack merely caused the Lion Dog to stumble.
The audience erupted in applause; it was a draw after their first clash. Now Mi Xiaonan and Leopard Woman had yet to appear, while Centaur remained entangled with Beiyue. Everyone was curious about how things would unfold next.
What no one expected was that after revealing Lion Dog's invisibility, Li Qing did not pursue the retreating creature but instead rushed back to her teammates and activated the Golden Bell Shield. Then she delivered a heavy kick to the Minotaur's backside, sending it crashing past Ding Ze and into the Arrow Tower's kill zone. The Minotaur quickly turned around to break free when Mi Xiaonan appeared. Thunderstorm erupted in the air as multiple bolts of lightning struck the Minotaur, causing it to fall due to Paralysis.
After using Chidori and Ultimate Thunderstorm to take down the Minotaur, Ding Ze unleashed a barrage of electric energy blasts on it. Despite this onslaught, the Minotaur remained resilient. Seeing its ally in danger and with Lion Dog forced back, Centaur charged through Beiyue's obstruction, taking several hits before barreling toward Ding Ze. It seemed Ding Ze was doomed when Li Qing flew to his side with her Golden Bell Shield. Centaur crashed into the shield, halting its momentum while Li Qing was propelled into the wilderness by the immense force.
Mi Xiaonan and Ding Ze coordinated their attacks. Mi Xiaonan's lightning ball caught up with the newly activated Centaur, landing on its body while Ding Ze relentlessly assaulted the Minotaur with support from the Arrow Tower.
Centaur was furious; who dared ride it? It sprinted forward but suddenly halted as Mi Xiaonan shot out like a cannonball into the Fire Cult's territory.
Lion Dog made a significant mistake after being revealed; instead of attacking, it retreated—an instinctual habit of assassins. This opportunity was seized by North Moon Group, and with Leopard Woman providing long-range support from afar, they gained a local advantage. After slowly recovering from Paralysis, Minotaur was once again immobilized by Cui Ming and helplessly slain by Ding Ze beneath the Arrow Tower. Cui Ming focused primarily on Serpent Woman while Fire Cultist understood Cui Ming's Card Play well; Cui Ming held both real and fake Yellow Cards. Black Cards flew everywhere as Serpent Woman became disoriented and hesitant to advance. She knew that if she were immobilized, Ding Ze would teleport in for a devastating combo that she couldn't withstand.
Serpent Woman felt conflicted; petrifying Cui Ming seemed wasteful since no one could follow up to eliminate him effectively. However, if she didn't petrify him, Cui Ming’s Poker cards were quite lethal. Just as Serpent Woman found herself in this dilemma, a spear appeared—Leopard Woman finally made her move. The first spear pierced through Cui Ming’s body, startling him as he glanced at his Life Stone—only 35% health remaining. Without hesitation, he turned to flee.
Serpent Woman pursued him. As Leopard Woman prepared to intercept Serpent Woman, Mi Xiaonan dashed toward her at high speed, using momentum against momentum; her goal in riding Centaur was to have it propel her forward. Leopard Woman instantly transformed into her leopard form and fled toward the main road Arrow Tower. How did Mi Xiaonan end up here? Centaur knew but Leopard Woman did not; startled by past experiences with Ding Family members, she looked back only to find Mi Xiaonan had already vanished.
“Oh no,” Leopard Woman exclaimed anxiously. “Don’t chase.”
But it was already too late.
Mi Xiaonan was thrown into the wilderness by Centaur, hiding in the fog and waiting for Li Qing to arrive. However, Cui Ming suddenly changed tactics, instructing Mi Xiaonan to come out and scare Leopard Woman. The distance was still quite far, and Mi Xiaonan's Lightning Ball was not as fast as Leopard Woman in her leopard form; it was purely a scare tactic. Mi Xiaonan executed this task perfectly. Cui Ming was not a rigid person; seeing Serpent Woman recklessly charging in, attempting to coordinate with Centaur to suppress their side.
Without hesitation, Mi Xiaonan harassed Leopard Woman while Ding Ze teleported behind the enemy lines, flying directly to Centaur's rear, next to Serpent Woman. A bolt of lightning, an energy explosion, and a crescent slash—Serpent Woman, who had already lost considerable health due to Cui Ming's attacks, fell without even having the chance to petrify.
Ding Ze's move was quite risky; he single-handedly infiltrated the enemy's territory using a life-saving maneuver. A Lion Dog pounced from several meters away towards Ding Ze. He retreated two steps but was lifted by Centaur's Greatsword. Lion Dog's daggers pierced into Ding Ze's chest. Beiyue jumped in for a four-hit kill, while Centaur leaped up to intercept all four strikes.
Ding Ze, struggling for his life, released a bolt of lightning that injured Lion Dog but was ultimately stabbed again by Lion Dog, losing his life.
Cui Ming had already calculated that Ding Ze would die. He couldn't explain his thoughts in a short time and could only rely on his teammates' trust to issue one command after another. With Minotaur dead and their numbers advantageous, trading one for one was a very acceptable strategy.
Li Qing said, "Cui Ming, support." Although they had practiced beforehand, Li Qing realized that Leopard Woman was indeed fast. While he could catch up with her flying kick, Mi Xiaonan had no chance.
Cui Ming retreated while Beiyue stood firm against Centaur. Cui Ming drew the Yellow Card and vanished on the spot.
Within the Fate Card, all Force fluctuations appeared above. Cui Ming accurately teleported behind Leopard Woman, using the Yellow Card to immobilize her. Li Qing immediately charged in while Mi Xiaonan rushed out. Leopard Woman was injured by the flying card; her Force output was significant, and she quickly broke free from the Yellow Card, preparing to flee. Li Qing had already reached Leopard Woman's side.
However, a major problem arose: Leopard Woman was very alert. As a result, Mi Xiaonan and Li Qing were relatively far from her; Cui Ming's immobilization time was reduced, preventing Mi Xiaonan from reaching her position and forming an encirclement. But there was only one chance; in a moment of desperation, Li Qing kicked Leopard Woman sideways into the territory of the giant snake.
Leopard Woman's money was no longer needed.
Cui Ming saw the giant snake lunging at Leopard Woman and said, "Senior brother, cut off her escape route and kick Lion Dog over here. Mi Xiaonan, Chidori Centaur—hold back." This meant to mark first without activating; when Centaur charged in, they would activate it—not for Thunderstorm's destructive power but for Thunderstorm's Paralysis effect.
As the three rushed towards Midway, they suddenly discovered that the Fire Cult's Lion Dog was dead. They were shocked; Beiyue was incredibly powerful.
With two against one, it was too late for the Centaur and Lion Dog to rescue Leopard Woman; they could only rely on their superior numbers to eliminate Beiyue. Beiyue was no fool; with a flash of insight, she dashed towards her Arrow Tower after Cui Ming vanished. Without hesitation, the Centaur pursued her, charging forward and knocking Beiyue back. In mid-air, Beiyue combined her four blades into one and lunged at the Lion Dog.
The Lion Dog cursed inwardly, thinking that he wasn't afraid of a god-like opponent but dreaded having a teammate as foolish as a pig. He couldn't voice his thoughts; Beiyue had already descended, creating a shockwave that sent the Lion Dog flying twenty meters back. He breathed a sigh of relief as he entered the protective range of the Arrow Tower. Although it was only a Level One Arrow Tower, it would suffice. However, Beiyue went berserk, executing a series of four jumps and landing with another shockwave, crashing into the Arrow Tower. Like a bloodthirsty killer, she ignored the damage from the Arrow Tower and continued her assault on the Lion Dog.
Feeling smug, the Lion Dog leaped off the ground to evade Beiyue's attack. He could remain invisible to dodge Li Qing's flying kick; although Beiyue's attack was area-based, her speed was significantly slower than Li Qing's. Finally unleashing her trump card, Beiyue wielded her Strict Sword, spinning it in her hands as Four Blades transformed into an exceptionally long sword that swept across a twenty-meter radius. The Lion Dog had nowhere to escape in his falling state and was struck by the blade.
Beiyue released her grip on the sword, retracting it into four rotating blades that sliced down from the Lion Dog's shoulder. The Severe Blade was incredibly sharp, cutting through his Force shield directly. The other three blades followed suit, severing his left side. During this process, Beiyue leaped onto the Lion Dog's head and descended with all four blades returning to her hands, merging into one sword. As she landed, all of the Lion Dog's protective Force was redirected to mend his left side's wounds. His head was severed by Beiyue; with an artery cut, blood gushed forth as his head flew off. Moments later, his headless body collapsed and vanished.
With only 20% health remaining, Beiyue turned around, spinning her four swords as she charged towards the Centaur. The ferocity of Beiyue in this rampage was something even Cui Ming and his team had never witnessed before. To the Centaur, it felt like facing a death god drenched in Lion Dog's blood rushing towards him. He found himself with a reason to flee: he was the last survivor. If he died, Fire Cult would lose. Thus, he dashed into the right jungle; at that moment, he still retained his sanity since Cui Ming and his team were in the left jungle.
Beiyue burst out of the Arrow Tower zone and glanced at her Life Stone—2%. One more arrow would mean her death. If she died now, with Ding Ze included on their side, they would have six hundred points to revive three teammates. Although they held an advantage now, the enemy still had some resistance left. Currently, they only needed to kill Ding Ze for three hundred points; reviving one person required two hundred.
Cui Ming was shocked that Beiyue had killed Lion Dog and that she was still alive but quickly issued orders: "Centaur can't be pursued anymore, especially since my teleportation is already used up: 'Beiyue at Midway! Brother Set Off! Mi Xiaonan at Bottom Lane! Push towers and farm gold while I revive Ding Ze! All soldiers advance on all three lanes!'"
With enough gold from killing four enemies—Leopard Woman had been taken down by a giant snake—they still had nine hundred points left. Two hundred would revive Ding Ze; then they'd have six hundred for three lanes' soldiers. Cui Ming casually purchased a scouting eye while Ding Ze and Li Qing swapped places to place it down.
