If you can ride, we could travel across the Grand Canyon. We could leave from Double Bridge City in the morning and arrive at West Lake City by evening.”
Beiyue thought for a moment and replied, “I can learn.”
Mi Xiaonan raised her hand and said, “I can’t.”
Cui Ming laughed, "Mi Xiaonan, with your weight, you don't need to rent an extra horse."
Mi Xiaonan asked, "Are we riding together?"
"No, you like the Grand Canyon and the Gobi Desert; you can run on your own."
Mi Xiaonan turned serious and said to Beiyue, "He really does bully me."
Ding Ze said, "I'll head back to the city first to call and inquire about airship and ferry tickets."

Transportation between the Eternal Sphere and the Three Continents mainly relies on maritime routes. Generally, highways are built between neighboring city-states. Dawn City can be considered an island; to its north lies the largest desert in the Eternal Sphere: Dawn Desert. To the east and south of Dawn City is the sea, while to the west there used to be a highway connecting to Dawnmoon City. However, due to volcanic destruction and ongoing volcanic activity, it's very difficult to reopen that highway.
Transportation within Dawn City is well-developed; highways and railways can reach even the most remote villages. To travel from Dawn City to the Western Continent, unless one crosses volcanic regions, sea routes are necessary. The first option is a journey of one and a half days north to Nordo City, then taking an airship from Nordo City to reach the Western Continent. The second option is to head west by sea to Eastern Continent, travel across its land to reach the westernmost part of Eastern Continent, and finally take a ferry to reach Western Continent. The strait between Eastern Continent and Western Continent is called Bingzhi Strait, meaning soldiers can only reach this point. Eastern Continent and Western Continent are actually one large landmass, but they are separated by an imposing mountain range inhabited by the Yorkians.
Cui Ming, Beiyue, and Mi Xiaonan's itinerary is Dawn City — Purple Moon City — Double Bridge City — West Lake City, ultimately arriving at Twilight City. Twilight City is an old powerhouse that participated in the Second World War as both a combatant and victor; it is also known as Steel City. The economy is developed, industry is advanced, and it has a dense population. However, environmental degradation has been severe due to human activities, leading to dissatisfaction among surrounding city-states towards Twilight City. After decades of environmental protection efforts, Twilight City is now one of the cities with the best environment in Eastern Continent. How does an industrial nation protect its environment? Simply put, by relocating polluting factories to other city-states.
Accompanied by the global economic environment of alliances, Twilight City's commerce is also highly developed. The main city of Twilight City is one of the four major commercial cities on the planet. Due to the presence of Lank, the pirate king along the southern shipping route, Twilight City's economy has suffered significant losses. Twilight City has become a leading city-state in eliminating Lank; two raids aimed at capturing him ended with Lank escaping.
Twilight City is also a constitutional monarchy; although the royal family holds no real power, they enjoy high prestige among the populace.
