After seeing the boy's gaze, Tony wisely chose not to speak further and shifted the topic. "According to the intentions of various countries, this world will soon undergo development. As the one who discovered this other world, you have been granted one-tenth of the territory by all nations, allowing you to choose the boundaries of your domain."
"Sir, how do you plan to handle this piece of land?" Tony asked, a hint of excitement in his voice. This was a world that rivaled Earth, and one-tenth of it was comparable to an entire continent.
Upon hearing this news, Chen Fan furrowed his brow, his eyes gleaming with a cold light. "Tony, don't you sense anything unusual?"
Having one-tenth of a world allocated to him did not seem like a good thing to Chen Fan. The significant concession from all nations indicated that they were preparing to keep him in this world.
As Chen Fan's icy tone settled in, Tony's expression changed as well. He snapped out of his excitement and quickly grasped the deeper implications, taking a sharp breath.
This was indirectly targeting Chen Fan!
"Sir, you don't intend to go to war with the nations of the world, do you?" After realizing the reason, Tony spoke with a complex tone. If Chen Fan were to engage in conflict with Earth's nations, the consequences would be unimaginable.
"I don't have time for that. Since some people don't want me in the real world, then let it be as they wish!" Chen Fan sneered. At the current pace, it wouldn't be long before Loki seized the Cosmic Cube and opened the gateway to another realm.
He had initially considered stopping Vibrant Goods from causing trouble, but now? He might as well sit back and watch!
—At that point, he could set up a big screen and enjoy some popcorn while watching.

"Tony, have J.A.R.V.I.S. send a message to Professor Charles. Tell him I have a large piece of land and ask if they're interested in relocating!" After a moment of silence, Chen Fan yawned and added, "Also let my mom know that her son has a continent comparable to Asia ready for development!"
A world without mutants was also what those people desired; he might as well fulfill their wish while recruiting a bunch of super-powered city managers for his new home. He believed this would be a position highly favored by Sentinels.
Tony chuckled awkwardly, his eyes darting slightly as he planned to relocate Stark Industries entirely. What place could be safer than Chen Fan's territory?
"I also plan to change locations so I can see the moon during the Mid-Autumn Festival!" Tony chuckled lightly. It was easy to find excuses; rather than being squeezed by the American Tycoon and his forces, it was better to build a great enterprise in the New World.
Chen Fan blinked and let out a soft laugh. Although he didn't know what Tony was up to, it was indeed a wise choice!
However, the cold glint in Chen Fan's eyes did not diminish at all. If it weren't for concerns about some old monsters in the Marvel Universe, he could easily unleash an electromagnetic pulse in the capitals of various countries just for fun.

J.A.R.V.I.S. quickly dispatched a projection to gather information from the real world. From the perspective of the artificial intelligence, the boss's decision was wise; standing with Chen Fan was the way to make big money!
Hadn't it been evident that ever since meeting Chen Fan, Tony's luck had improved significantly?
Even Peter, who was once broke, had turned into a wealthy man.
—That was the truth!
The troops stationed at the base naturally noticed J.A.R.V.I.S.'s presence but mistook him for Iron Man. They didn't stop him and allowed him to pass through the Spatial Rift.
As a well-known superhero, he would be admired by some people no matter which country he was in. Moreover, even if they wanted to stop him, they wouldn't have had the ability to do so; it was better to pretend they hadn't seen anything.
Upon returning to the real world, J.A.R.V.I.S. immediately connected to the main processor and transmitted information back. The projection stood in the area where the Floating Fortress had previously hovered, leaving everyone guarding there puzzled.
—What happened to Iron Man?
Meanwhile, inside the academy, Professor Charles furrowed his brow as he sensed an unusual wave entering through the network into the academy.
"Professor Charles, I am Tony Stark's Artificial Intelligence J.A.R.V.I.S. I am currently here on behalf of Thunder Lord Chen Fan to convey a message to you." J.A.R.V.I.S. infiltrated the academy and appeared on the conference room's display screen, still taking on that model formed by interwoven letters.
“J.A.R.V.I.S.… Hmm? I know of your existence!” Charles nodded slowly and said, “Thunder Lord should currently be in another world. Does he have any message for you to convey?”
The existence of the other world was already known to Foreign Powers and various organizations. If it weren't for the numerous Concerns, he would have liked to visit that world and admire its scenery.
“The countries of the world have ceded one-tenth of the territory of the other world to Mr. Chen Fan. According to the data I’ve gathered, the other world's Yamato is similar to Earth, meaning that Mr. Chen Fan will possess an area equivalent to one-tenth of Earth!” J.A.R.V.I.S. stated with a tone of shock, which was enhanced by added rhetorical features.
Charles’s hand trembled slightly on his knee, contemplating the vastness of land comparable to one-tenth of Earth.
J.A.R.V.I.S. continued, “With such a large area, Mr. Chen Fan believes it will be quite troublesome to manage, so he intends to invite everyone from your academy to reside in his territory while also serving as a security force!”
“Of course, those mutants who are up to no good are not included in this invitation!”
After a moment of silence, Professor Charles took a deep breath. “I need to discuss this with the children; I will inform you of our decision by tomorrow morning!”
“I will return tomorrow morning to confirm everyone’s response!” With that, J.A.R.V.I.S. withdrew from the academy's network domain.

As soon as J.A.R.V.I.S. left, Charles quickly gathered all the key personnel of the academy.
After relaying J.A.R.V.I.S.’s message, he looked at everyone and asked, “What are your thoughts on the message from Thunder Lord?”
“I don’t think Thunder Lord would joke with us; after all, he could wipe out the entire mutant population by himself!” Wolverine Logan, frowning, said with a wry smile. Although this statement hurt the pride of mutants, it was nonetheless true.
“Professor, have you ever attempted mind control on Thunder Lord?” Storm Aurora inquired.
As one of the strongest in the academy and among mutants, she was curious if Charles had the ability to resist the power of that Brat.
"My abilities have no effect on Thunder Lord at all." Charles chuckled bitterly. How could he not have tried? After all, an unstable factor was right next door; it would be strange not to be curious.
But his abilities, which worked every time, were completely ineffective against that boy. He couldn't even penetrate the boy's skin, let alone invade his mind. If he hadn't withdrawn quickly enough, he might have been detected.
"In my opinion, we might as well accept Thunder Lord's invitation. At least he doesn't have those snobbish guys around him, and I don't believe such a powerful being would waste his time playing with us!"
Logan shouted indignantly. America treated them like dogs, tossing them a few benefits when needed and waving them away when they weren't.
"The words of those Americans aren't trustworthy. They had us targeting vampires while treating us like ordinary citizens, but when the vampires went to another realm, they excluded us! They even threatened us not to interfere with matters in that other world."
Cats may tease mice, but lions do not play with them.
Logan had only an A+ rating on the global abilities assessment list, and even Charles only rated him S+.
Yet above countless powerful beings loomed an existence rated SSS+, that was Chen Fan, the ten-year-old Sino-American hybrid known as Thunder Lord.
After a moment of silence, Charles, sitting in his chair, moved his brow. His tightly shut eyes opened, scanning the faces before him.
"I just used my abilities and got the latest intel from Stark Industries and Katy Group. These two top hundred companies are preparing to migrate to another world!"
"Oh, I forgot to tell you something! Actually, I’m close friends with Thunder Lord's mother!" Aurora said as she pulled out a miniature doll of Chen Fan from her pocket and began to play with it in front of the bewildered group.
