Vajra City was in an uproar under the lord's promotion, and the entire Station buzzed with excitement. 0

A Divine One had arrived in the Slum— 0

However, as everyone prepared to visit the Slum to pay their respects to the Divine One, the path was blocked by a group of warriors. Armed with Steam Guns and swords, their expressions were stern, and they stopped anyone from entering the Slum. 0

"Why aren't we allowed to pay homage to the Divine One?" The gathered crowd retreated under the threat of weapons, but their eyes were filled with envy and resentment as they gazed at the golden wheat fields not far away. 0

Confusion spread among them. 0

Why would a place filled with countless lowly poor people have a deity descend upon it? And why were they, who offered tributes, met with silence? 0

The warriors smirked coldly. They could not forget the scene from not long ago; those eyes shone like a blazing sun, radiating an unassailable majesty. They lacked even the courage to look directly at such an existence. How could a group of Vibrant Goods dare to gaze upon it? 0

If these troublemakers were to disturb the Divine One, their hopes for a peaceful life would be dashed. 0

Thus, they could not let any unrelated person pass! The warriors exchanged glances, each reflecting the same determination. 0

Yet, right under countless watchful eyes, a group of individuals leaped across rooftops and dashed into the heart of the Slum. These were none other than the vampires who had lingered there. 0

Moving too swiftly for most to comprehend, those who caught a glimpse thought they were seeing things. Rubbing their eyes, they soon lost interest. 0

Whether in modern times or this world, vampires maintained their air of mystery and would never expose their whereabouts; after all, who would foolishly dive into their own bowl of rice? 0

As the vampires arrived in the golden-streaked fields, a lazy voice rang out in their ears: "Oh my… Chen Fan… I see so many vampires!" 0

The Monster Teacher was napping on the roof of a newly constructed classroom. Upon sensing intruders, he opened his eyes wide with excitement—vampires weren’t afraid of sunlight?! 0

"My lord! This is that shapeshifting mutant!" Beside the Vampire Leader stood an elegant man wearing glasses, his eyes glimmering red beneath the frames. 0

However, he failed to notice that his superior was already sweating profusely, fear etched across his features: "You’re a mutant? Haven't you seen the news?" 0

The figure was unmistakably a transformed entity, clearly the monster that had destroyed the moon, the world's most wanted criminal, the Yellow Demon! 0

"Sir? Have you seen the news? What is that thing?" Glasses Man scratched his head. As a vampire just dug out of a coffin, his mindset was still stuck in the nineteenth century. What was news? Was it tastier than blood? 0

"Yellow... Yellow Demon!" Someone shouted the code name of Monster Teacher, and a flush of red spread across their pale face, blood surging in fear. 0

As the vampires trembled in terror, a shadow loomed over them. Looking up in confusion, they saw a floating residence slowly descending, and on top of that residence stood three figures. 0

"Spider-Man! Iron Man!" The vampires swallowed hard, questioning their waking state; how could they be dreaming at this moment? 0

"I'll take it first; you all better not steal my monster!" Monster Teacher floated in mid-air and instantly marked all the vampires with a silly smiley face on their foreheads. 0

"Leave one for me; I want to study these guys!" Tony crossed his arms, his armor reflecting the sunlight brightly and blindingly. 0

The scientific curiosity about how vampires could move in sunlight surged uncontrollably. 0

"Leave behind one who knows what's going on!" Chen Fan, drifting while holding the Thunder Book, waved his hand with a weary expression. 0

A bunch of Lolos didn't pique his interest unless they were at the level of Vampire Leader; then it would be worth venting his dissatisfaction, like that one called Dracula. 0

Peter opened his mouth but realized that having a vampire wouldn't be useful to him, so he closed it again. 0

"Just what I need—labor to transform this place. I didn't expect you all to show up!" Monster Teacher excitedly waved his Tentacle. Having a group of vampire laborers was far more comfortable than doing the renovations himself. 0

Most importantly, he wouldn't have to pay them! 0

"You... yes, you! Step forward!" Monster Teacher pointed at an older-looking vampire among them. After the vampire stepped forward, he continued, "Go to Iron Man's lab, cooperate with his research, and spill any information you know!" 0

Living long meant knowing much; Monster Teacher thought this way and made his decision. 0

As the situation escalated, the Vampire Leader wore a mournful expression, feeling completely betrayed by his subordinates. Who on earth had come here as a mutant? If they showed themselves, he promised he wouldn't kill that vampire! 0

"My lord... based on my observations, these fellows seem quite formidable," the Glasses Man remarked, noticing the fearful expressions of his kin beside him. Adjusting his glasses, he suggested, "I recommend reporting to Lord Dracula and asking for reinforcements!" 0

No sooner had he spoken than a wave of murderous glares fell upon him, silencing his words. 0

What would sending people do? Deliver food? 0

The Monster Teacher's eyes lit up as it waved back the old vampire who had stepped forward. With its tentacles resting on the Glasses Man's shoulders, it chuckled, "Sir, let's step outside and have a good chat about the ransom issue!" 0

At that moment, it realized that while living long meant knowing much, it also made one shrewder. Fresh and innocent newcomers were the best—like this one, who was simply a gem! A talent providing more laborers! 0

Before long, the Monster Teacher approached with a spring in its step, followed by a similarly cheerful man. The two appeared quite close, clearly enjoying each other's company! 0

"Chen Fan, I've gathered some intel!" the Monster Teacher said to Chen Fan. "In about seven days, all the vampires at the Station will hold a grand celebration in the Shogunate!" 0

"That's right!" the Glasses Man nodded enthusiastically. "Our clan came to this world thanks to Lord Cain's grace. To express our gratitude, there will be a festival in seven days to celebrate the new world!" 0

It was unclear what the Monster Teacher had fed this vampire to make him so forthcoming; it left everyone at a loss for words. 0

Nearby vampires were sweating nervously. Why had they ever agreed to let such an idiot infiltrate their ranks? This was no longer just betraying teammates; it was betraying their entire clan! 0

Floating in mid-air, Chen Fan wore an intrigued expression. Soon enough, he would sweep away all the vampires in this world! 0

—He had long since wanted to leave this place! 0

"You vampires really have your share of idiots!" Peter remarked sympathetically as he observed the disgruntled expressions of over a dozen individuals. 0

"We admit our faults, but our clan has not targeted you. Why help humans and drive our clan to extinction?" the Vampire Leader suppressed his anger and addressed Peter. 0

"Ha ha!" Big Boy sneered. Not aimed at him? Then what was that antimatter missile all about? 0

"Do you remember the antimatter missile?" 0

"That was meant for Thunder Lord!" Vampire Leader looked at Peter with suspicion, unaware that Big Boy had also been on the hilltop of the villa at that time. 0

"I was at Thunder Lord's house!" Peter smirked and added, "Iron Man was there too." 0

"By the way, your main target is here as well, the one you call Thunder Lord. The one sitting on the book is him!" 0

Chen Fan met the vampire's gaze, glanced around lazily, and then returned to his relaxed demeanor. Yet, that single look left all the vampires stunned. 0

"You... you are Thunder Lord?" Glasses Man looked over in terror. The vampires had keen ears; they could hear a few mosquitoes buzzing a kilometer away without any interference. 0

As the number one enemy of vampires, he had heard from his predecessors about this pureblood who had forced the Vampire Clan to retreat. In a mix of fear and urgency, he said angrily, "Lord Cain will arrive soon, and that will be your end. This is the price for destroying my clan's branch!" 0

"Oh! Cain is coming!" Chen Fan suddenly opened his half-closed eyes. His dark purple irises flashed with lightning as a chilling tone escaped his lips: "That's perfect; otherwise, just killing a few vampires would be too boring!" 0
