The sudden change startled everyone; the scene before them bore no difference from an apocalypse. Yet, this was only the beginning.
Accompanied by the only sound in the world, a brilliant golden light rose from the hilltop of the villa. Immediately, the Electric Serpent danced wildly, and shadows formed by thunderbolts lifted this figure into the air, as if a deity had descended upon the mortal realm.
Chen Fan had never been this angry before. While he was asleep, some reckless individuals dared to attack him, even resorting to antimatter weapons—clearly intending to eliminate him once and for all!
If it weren't for 007 waking him up urgently, he might have truly fallen into their trap.
"Do you need my help?" A lazy voice sounded beside Chen Fan. Without turning around, he already knew who it was. Watching the rapidly approaching missile, Chen Fan sneered, "No need. Leave this to me!"
"If you want to help, go check on my mom and Silphy. Since they dared to attack me, they probably won't spare those around me!"
With a ripple in space, the figure that had appeared beside Chen Fan vanished without a trace.
"They actually used Technological Weapons!" Looking at the antimatter missile that was almost within a thousand meters and could reach him in the blink of an eye, Chen Fan's lips curled into a thoughtful smile. He pushed his palm forward, and an imperceptible electromagnetic wave rapidly spread out, instantly enveloping the incoming missile head.
As an extension of Thunder Authority's capabilities, Electromagnetic Pulse targeted all Technological Weapons. To use Technological Weapons against Chen Fan would require developing a defense system capable of withstanding Electromagnetic Pulse; otherwise, all Technological Weapons were nothing but scrap metal before him.
As the electromagnetic wave generated by Electromagnetic Pulse spread out, the tail flame of the incoming missile extinguished, leaving it to continue forward solely on inertia.
In that brief moment, a high-speed figure appeared in front of the antimatter missile. With a few swipes of its Tentacles, it carried away the now-inert missile head!

At a military base, in a war conference room.
"It’s impossible… Why did the antimatter missile lose its effectiveness? How did that monster manage it?" The high-ranking military official who ordered Chen Fan's extermination slammed his hand on the table. This mission had been estimated at a 100% success rate but ended in failure.
"General Bross, please continue with the extermination mission!" In the conference room, a handsome middle-aged man spoke calmly. His demeanor showed no signs of distress; no one could detect any abnormality in him.
Underneath that cold voice, an elderly general in his sixties gritted his teeth. A hint of ferocity replaced his earlier panic as he addressed the combat channel: "I am Major Bross, the commander for this operation. Now I announce to all combat personnel: commence extermination plans against the terrorist codenamed 'Thunder Lord'!"
"All troops, advance!"
With that, Brosgan sat down, feeling weak all over. As a high-ranking official of America, he was acutely aware of the target he had just ordered to be eliminated, and he understood the extent of their capabilities.
But what did it matter? He had little time left to live. If he completed this mission, he would gain more time, more life!
As the orders were relayed, the entire military district came alive. Fighter Jets and Armed Helicopters soared into the sky, each aircraft loaded with various powerful and destructive weapons. However, at the moment of takeoff, the pilots discovered that all systems had failed; the thrusters were incapacitated, and the aircraft plummeted uncontrollably.
Thunderous boom—
The high-speed falling aircraft crashed into the ground with a deafening explosion. The various weapons and missiles aboard detonated in unison, creating a cacophony that lasted a full three minutes before finally subsiding.
In the operations center, everyone was bewildered. Just after the command was issued, all instruments in the base went down, and they were engulfed by the roaring sounds of explosions. Everything before them faded into nothingness in that final flash of light.
"Chen Fan, which military district are we heading to next?" Monster Teacher asked, unperturbed as it gazed at the debris scattered across the ground. This was not due to a lack of empathy; rather, it had long since reached a stage where such scenes no longer affected it.
"There are still three military districts related to the Vampire Clan!" 007 reported faithfully, projecting a map.
"Let's head to the nearest military base!" Chen Fan replied coldly. He had paid a hefty price to awaken; this rage could not be compensated by just one or two culprits.
If he didn't inflict pain on certain individuals, others might turn their thoughts toward him.
As for the fallen soldiers, Chen Fan felt no sorrow. Although they had attacked him under orders, they had still taken action. If blame were to be assigned, it should fall on the commanding officer who issued those orders!
After killing Thor, Chen Fan's mindset began to shift; this was a side effect of Thor's curse.
Faced with countless deaths, he felt no compassion whatsoever—a stark contrast to his former self.

As Chen Fan departed, the surviving soldiers in the base began reporting current intelligence to their superiors under a shadow of fear.

A squadron of Fighter Jets hovered in the air, ready for action. After the antimatter missiles had lost their effectiveness, the base commander issued a second attack order, but he never expected that the target would come right before him.
"Combat personnel, listen up! Eliminate the intruder in the base!!!"
"Position to the northwest, at a forty-five-degree angle... All weapons activate and attack immediately!"
Upon detecting the intrusion, the AI Brain in the command center sounded an alarm and projected the intruder onto the Screen. Noticing this scene, the commander quickly issued an attack order.
Countless weapons were aimed at Chen Fan at that moment; however, Chen Fan merely smirked. He raised his right hand, and numerous bolts of lightning flashed. Amidst the violent entanglement, a wave of energy spread out, causing all Technological Weapons to instantly malfunction, plunging the entire base into a state of disrepair.
"Koro-sensei... take me to the next base!" Chen Fan said lightly. With Monster Teacher's assistance, he vanished from that place in an instant.
Under the interference of Electromagnetic Pulse, the base was paralyzed, and the flying Fighter Jets plummeted downwards. Countless explosions erupted with searing light, engulfing the entire base and turning this formidable military institution into ashes in an instant—
For Chen Fan, destroying a military base was as simple as that. One Electromagnetic Pulse rendered all Technological Weapons useless, which is why countries around the world classify Electromagnetic Pulse missiles as forbidden weapons.

Such power sent chills down everyone's spines. Coupled with the assistance of the supersonic Yellow Demon, it seemed that America would be obliterated in no time; all military forces would be utterly annihilated.
Everyone exchanged glances, bewildered. They had never given the order to attack Chen Fan, yet it had happened, leaving them in a cold sweat, realizing that they had been manipulated by someone or some force.
If Chen Fan mistakenly believed that the attack order came from their high-ranking officials, who could possibly stop such a monster?
Understanding the gravity of the situation, the President suppressed his anger. He knew that now was not the time to discuss who had issued the attack order; it was crucial to make Chen Fan cease his actions. With a weary expression, he said, "Let S.H.I.E.L.D. step in to persuade him. At the very least, we need him to know that we have no intention of attacking him!"
However, as soon as the President finished speaking, Nick Fury's stern face appeared on the large screen in the conference room. He acknowledged those present with a nod and spoke with a tone of resignation: "The order to attack this time came from the vampire faction. If you want him to stop, you all need to be prepared to eliminate this cancer!"
"Otherwise... he won't cease until the last vampire falls!"
The "he" he referred to was, of course, Chen Fan.
Seizing this rare opportunity, Nick Fury would not let it slip away. If it weren't for the interference, he would have already ordered their eradication long ago.
But now presented a perfect chance!
The President scanned the room with a cold gaze, observing several faces that had subtly changed. He waved his hand, and a nearby security officer stepped forward, standing by with a weapon at the ready.
"It’s time to make a decision!" The President narrowed his eyes slightly; he was pleased with Nick Fury's proposal. For a cancerous entity capable of corrupting even America's high ranks, seizing this opportunity to eradicate them all would be beneficial.
As long as these monsters could be eliminated, the losses from several military bases could easily be recovered from the vampires they exterminated.

Half of those present announced their complex decision. If Chen Fan felt compelled to annihilate this race to vent his anger, they could only lament their financial and political losses; it would be of no use.
The remaining individuals gradually withdrew their support, but with half of the votes in favor, the proposal was set to proceed.
“Communications Mutant Leader Charles, as long as they assist in exterminating the vampires, America will provide them with a satisfactory answer!” The President concluded, casting a glance at some of the dazed individuals before waving his hand and leaving the conference room.
As the President departed, the nearby Special Forces swiftly subdued the legislators entangled with the vampires. Without the backing of the Vampire Clan, these legislators' positions seemed insignificant; it would not be an exaggeration to call them useless.
Witnessing the order to exterminate the vampires being issued, Nick Fury smirked slightly, but the subsequent news quickly dampened his spirits.
“Director, Maple Town has been occupied by the Vampire Clan. Currently, all vampires are heading towards another world!” Coulson said, his lips twitching. He had just returned to America, and already a series of troubling events had unfolded.
“Great! These monsters actually aim for another world!” Nick Fury shouted angrily, realizing that the entire America had been deceived by these vampires.
The attack on Chen Fan was a diversion; killing him would be ideal, but even failing to do so would serve to delay and disrupt America's higher-ups.
With the chaos causing unrest, the Vampire Clan could effectively complete their relocation.
Having figured this out, Nick Fury trembled with rage. It seemed that long ago, the vampires must have conducted research on other worlds; otherwise, they wouldn’t dare retreat into an unfamiliar realm.
