The victory in the finals once again made Jack the darling of the media, and he and Lucy were squeezed into a lively interview scene. The media reporters were eager to ask questions, and Jack tried hard to answer them, while once again mentioning the existence and threat of the Black Shadow Company.
In one interview, the host asked, "Mr. Jack, your performance in the competition was indeed amazing, but regarding the Black Shadow Company, some people question whether your statements have concrete evidence to support them."
Jack smiled slightly and glanced at Li Ang, who was standing not far away, then replied, "In fact, my friends and I are actively collecting evidence, and we understand that this takes some time. The atmosphere at the interview site was somewhat tense, and the reporters seemed unsatisfied with Jack's response. Impatiently, one reporter asked, "Jack, you know, this concerns the safety of the entire city, and people want to know more details."

The reporters quieted down slightly, seemingly reassured by Li Ang's words. However, one reporter still pressed on, asking, "Mr. Li Ang, can you reveal what the goal of the Black Shadow Company is?"

With Li Ang's response, the reporters' questions temporarily subsided. However, the end of the interview was filled with oppression and uncertainty. Jack understood that they needed more evidence and information to support their statements in order to dispel external doubts and speculations.
Jack's mood was quite heavy, and the three of them left the interview site together and came to a relatively quiet corner. In order to ensure the success of the operation, he chose to use heavy firepower, which resulted in massive casualties."
Lucy's face turned serious as she asked, "What was his fate after this incident?"

He went through a military trial, was dishonorably discharged, and was publicly scorned. This event left his reputation in tatters, making him a target of public criticism."
"I heard that he later became a mercenary, doing tasks for money, fighting everywhere. As long as the reward is high enough, he can become your subordinate. I heard that's how he got the title 'War dog'."
Jack listened quietly, feeling the shadow behind Victor Kyle. It seems that his past actions have become a chip for Black Shadow Company to control him. He asked, "Is there any connection between the 'Beta City massacre' and Black Shadow Company?"
Li Ang frowned, his expression becoming more serious: "We cannot rule out this possibility. Black Shadow Company may have their own motives and purposes, they may be manipulating Victor Kyle from behind. We need more clues and evidence to determine their connection."

Jack and Lucy both nodded in agreement. They knew that the enemy they were facing was not only powerful but also shrouded in mystery. However, they had already embarked on the path to uncover the truth, and their determination would not waver. In this journey filled with danger and challenges, they would persist until the conspiracy of Black Shadow Company was revealed, and the city restored to peace.
