The Strongest Sea King
Naval Headquarters, Marineford.
The massive Naval Headquarters Tower loomed above, surrounded by six towering peaks, each topped with a Watchtower.
Beneath the main tower lay Marineford Square, positioned towards the coast. On the first level of the coast, cannons were stationed, always ready for an attack.
On the second level of the shore stood a dense crowd of figures.
Among them were giants towering about twenty meters high, sixteen Vice Admirals from the Naval Headquarters, the Seven Warlords of the Sea, and a large number of Vice Admirals.
One level higher sat the Navy's Three Admirals.
Above them was a grand platform where a figure was bound—Fish-Man Island King Neptune.
Beside Neptune stood two figures: Sengoku and Kong.
In front of Marineford, within a circular entrance, eight Naval Battleships were anchored. Surrounding the island were over twenty Battleships, densely packed and intimidating.
This formidable display was all to welcome Whitebeard and his Pirate Crew.
"Are there only four Seven Warlords of the Sea left?"
Sengoku stood at the highest point, gazing down at the remaining Seven Warlords of the Sea with a look of dissatisfaction.
Doflamingo had been killed, Law was dead, Jinbei had refused to help and was imprisoned. Of the remaining four Seven Warlords of the Sea, Boya Hancock had declined the summons, forcing Kizaru to go personally to bring her in.
The remaining three were Bartholomew Bear, Hawkeye, and the newly appointed Seven Warlords of the Sea.
Although there were fewer people, the loss of Ace for the Whitebeard Pirate Crew could not be considered good news.
"What are the movements of the Red-Haired?" Sengoku suddenly asked.
"They have already headed to the Red-Haired Pirates' base," a World Government Agent replied. "The Red-Haired Pirates won't be able to make it in time."
"Good."
Sengoku nodded and then asked, "What about the broadcast signal?"
Another person responded, "We have images coming from Holy Land Mariejois, Sabaody Archipelago, and Brother Navy Branch."
"That's sufficient."
Sengoku nodded again. "Now we just wait for Whitebeard to arrive and then completely eliminate them."
...
"Are we really going to war?"
In Sabaody Archipelago, pirates and residents watching the battle looked incredibly surprised. "That Whitebeard Pirate Crew is going to confront the Navy."
"Whitebeard."
A man said, "I've heard his name since I was born. Once a rival of Pirate King Roger, the strongest man in the world."
"But no matter how strong he is, dealing with the Navy and the Seven Warlords of the Sea is still beyond his capabilities," another person spoke up.
Everyone believed that although Whitebeard was formidable, facing both the Navy and the Seven Warlords of the Sea would only lead to certain death.
"Why do you want to walk into a trap?"
The woman with pink hair stood there, looking at the scene before her with a hint of sadness in her expression.

"We have divined countless times, and our chances of success are only two percent."
On the sailing fleet, Hawkins sat on the deck of the Main Ship, holding Tarot Cards and continuously calculating, but the results were disappointing.
"Don't worry."
Kid, standing beside him, said, "Fate isn't something that can be calculated. As long as we maximize our potential, we can achieve victory."

The distant island grew closer as the massive fleet approached it. However, standing in front of the island were dozens of figures—the Red-Haired Pirates.
"Fire the cannons."
With Killer's command, the cannons roared, blasting toward the island.
But it was futile; half of the cannonballs were detonated mid-air by bullets, and the remaining ones exploded far away in the sky.
Not only that, from afar, Red-Haired drew his long sword and suddenly slashed forward.
Boom.
A Wave Slash shot out, directly striking the Main Ship.
Boom.
Kid blocked the Wave Slash with his left hand, grinning as he said, "The Four Emperors are nothing special."
"Prepare for battle."
On the island, Red-Haired gazed intently into the distance and said, "Someone wants to fight us, so we'll give them a match."

"Is it about to begin?"
In Mary Geoise, within the grand palace where a banquet was being held, everyone had set down their wine glasses, their eyes fixed on the broadcast in front of them.
"The world is about to undergo a dramatic change."
Dalton stood there, his brow furrowed.
Dalton's Wife had been captured, leaving no room for reprieve, yet she still bore her grief and came here to attend the World Government Conference.
"Hopefully, it will develop for the better."
Kobra King sat in the back, his expression filled with sorrow and exhaustion; his hair had turned completely white.
After receiving the news of Baroque Works' destruction, he had spent a sleepless night, and all his hair had turned white.
"They've gathered us here to watch this; what exactly do they intend to do?"
Riku King couldn't help but speak up. "I fear they have more intentions of intimidation than anything else."
The World Government Conference had concluded, but they were not allowed to leave; they were to remain there to witness Neptune King's execution.
Although the reason was that there was no extra power to send them away, the World Government knew very well what they were doing.

To instill fear in them.
However, it might not achieve the desired result.

Ace, Law, and Christmas Heclai Cecilia were all present.

At Marineford, everyone was still waiting.
Time passed second by second, drawing closer to the execution time.
"Is it possible that Whitebeard won't come?" Tina questioned.
"Impossible. Whitebeard would never abandon his brothers, especially since they were captured because of him," Smoker replied. "If he doesn't come, the Whitebeard Pirate Crew will never be able to hold their heads high again."
"With such a situation, even if Whitebeard comes, he might die."
Tina shook her head, and Smoker suddenly said, "They're here."
Before them, a fleet of Sea Vessels appeared around the island, approaching its shores.
Not only that, but between the Sea Vessels, numerous Sea Beasts surfaced, each carrying a full load of Fishmen—there were at least two thousand Fishmen.
Shark Star, Crash Star, and Prince Huangxing were all present, commanding these Fishmen.
"It's Whitebeard's fleet."
Aokiji remarked as he gazed into the distance. "And the army from Fishman Island is here too."
"With you around, the Fishmen shouldn't be considered a threat," Akainu said dismissively.
Given Aokiji's abilities, the Fishmen posed no danger to him in the water, so Akainu was unconcerned about them.
"Now we just wait for Whitebeard."
Kizaru chuckled. "He should be arriving soon, right?"
As soon as he finished speaking, four dark shapes emerged from the Surface of the Sea.
Boom.
Inside the harbor, four massive Sea Vessels shot up from the water and appeared within the port.
The white Moby Dick and three other Moby Dicks launched an attack on the four Sea Vessels.
At the bow of the Moby Dick, Whitebeard stood alongside several captains, exuding an intimidating presence.
"Edward Newgate."
Upon seeing Whitebeard, Neptune's eyes filled with tears. "You shouldn't have come."
"Brother Neptune."
Whitebeard called out from a distance, "Don't worry, I will bring you back."
"Foolish delusion."
Sengoku said coldly, "Not only will you be unable to save him today, but you won't be able to leave here either."
"Is that so?"
Whitebeard scoffed, raising his hands and smashing them down to either side.
Crack! Crack!
The air split open around his fists, then spread outward like a wave.
"The air is splitting apart," Boya Hancock said, her expression tightening as she found the scene before her somewhat unbelievable.
"But it seems like nothing has changed..."
A Vice Admiral furrowed his brow.
But in the next moment, the waves surged, towering over a hundred meters high, rising from both sides and crashing toward them.
"Tsunami."
Sengoku's expression changed. At that moment, Aokiji leaped into the air.
"Ice Age."
From Aokiji's hands, two streams of freezing air extended, touching the massive waves.
In the next instant, the waves froze, completely turning into blocks of ice.
"Aokiji, you brat."
Whitebeard narrowed his eyes, his expression somewhat grim.
"Twin Spear."
Aokiji lunged at Whitebeard, two long spears extending from his hands.
Facing his attack, Whitebeard reached out with his right hand and struck the air.
Crack.
The air split open, and a shockwave spread toward Aokiji, instantly hitting him.
Splash.
Cracks appeared on Aokiji's body, transforming into ice shards that plummeted toward the Surface of the Sea.
With a loud crash, the entire Surface of the Sea rapidly froze, instantly forming a large expanse of land and encasing the entire Crescent Bay in ice.
"Not bad at all," Whitebeard remarked with a smile. "Mission accomplished, bring me some wines."
As Whitebeard spoke, Marco handed him a bottle of wine. After receiving it, Whitebeard settled down cross-legged.
"What’s going on?" The onlookers in the distance had intended to launch an attack but were taken aback to see Whitebeard sitting down, no longer engaged in battle.
"What is he trying to do? Is he expressing his contempt for us?" Sengoku said, puzzled. "But he shouldn't be that kind of person."
"Then let's attack him," Akainu declared as he stood up, his figure flashing as he appeared at the Shore's edge, delivering a powerful punch.
"Great Eruption!"
His fist transformed into molten lava, forming a massive Magma Fist that hurtled toward Whitebeard.
Yet Whitebeard remained unfazed, sitting there with an air of contentment.
Boom.
Just as the Magma Fist was halfway through its flight, a figure fell from the sky, shattering the Ice Surface and appearing before everyone.
Bang.
The fist collided with the massive shadow, exploding into a shower of lava.
However, as the molten rock scattered, a gigantic figure emerged on the Surface of the Sea, standing atop the water and confronting everyone.
"I've come to be your opponent."
The booming voice echoed, "I hope you can give me a good fight."
