**Pirate's Strongest Sea King**
"They've gone far away." Queen hung up the Transponder Snail and looked at Ken.
"Are we just going to let them escape?" Ken's expression was filled with anger.
"What else can we do?"
Queen sighed, "Do you think we can do anything?"
"We could chase them down and sink them with the Cannon," Ken shouted.
"With the dragon around, it's very difficult for our ship to move forward," Queen replied. "Yet they can take advantage of the wind."
"We accomplished nothing this time and lost so many people," Ken said, his eyes filled with guilt. Then, with a hint of fear, he added, "If Kaido finds out..."
"Don't worry, with the dragon here, Kaido won't blame us too much."
Queen said, "The priority now is to continue waiting for Kaido. Let's go to the battlefield and wait for news from the Fishman Squad."
...
Boom.
Xiaqiu and Kaido clashed again, both of them separating and looking at each other, panting heavily.
It had been an hour and a half since their battle began.
Both were injured; Xiaqiu's head scales were broken, one sharp horn was shattered, four tentacles were severed, one leg twisted painfully, three teeth were broken, and there was a large hole rotting on his body.
Kaido was covered in bloodstains and looked somewhat disheveled.
However, overall, Xiaqiu had sustained more injuries. If this continued, Xiaqiu would lose the match.
"Come again."
Kaido lunged at Xiaqiu, engaging in battle once more.
Kaido dodged Xiaqiu's front attack, but Xiaqiu's leg came crashing toward him.
Bang.
Kaido threw a punch, his body jolted back, and then he kicked off the water, launching himself forward again.
Xiaqiu's body also shifted sideways, but he caught Kaido's movement, spinning around sharply and opening his mouth wide to bite at Kaido.
Kaido quickly pressed down on Xiaqiu's jaw, then dove down, hanging upside down as he kicked out toward Xiaqiu's chin.
Bang.
Xiaqiu was struck as if hit by a shield, but two of his tentacles also slammed into Kaido, sending him flying away.
Now, he had only two tentacles left besides the two that were already in use.
This was under the condition that he deliberately controlled his tentacles not to attack, using them solely for support in battle.
"I can't go on."
Xiaqiu looked at Kaido, realizing that his injuries were worse than Kaido's. His Observation Haki had been depleted half an hour ago; although it had recovered somewhat now, his Armament Haki was nearly exhausted as well.
The sheer power of both fighters was enough to shatter city walls on flat ground, and each collision consumed a massive amount of Armament Haki.
However, it was clear that he would run out first, and his injuries were evidently more severe.
Moreover, it had already been an hour and a half; how were they faring on the shore?
"Are we going to run? What about the others?"
If I escape, those people will surely die.
But at that moment, a voice suddenly rang out, "Kaido."
"Is it you?"
Kaido looked into the distance and saw several Fishmen swimming toward them.
"How is the battle going?"
Kaido glanced at the watchful Xiaqiu but did not attack immediately; instead, he asked them.
"The Revolutionary Army Leader Dragon has appeared," said the Fishman Captain. "He saved them."
"Dragon?"
Xiaqiu and Kaido were somewhat surprised to hear this.
Xiaqiu let out a breath; if Dragon had appeared, their casualties would be significantly reduced.
"What was the outcome?"
Kaido asked, "What is the situation now?"
"Dragon stopped the fighting and then rescued the others before leaving," replied the Fishman Captain. "Senior Queen suffered too many losses trying to block them, so he let them go."
"They got away?"
Kaido's expression darkened as he sighed, "Forget it. Without me, you won't be able to stop the dragon. Leave now; I will handle him."
"Understood."
Upon hearing Kaido's words, the Fishmen turned to leave, relieved that Kaido seemed untroubled.
They had no intention of getting involved in the battle between them.
However, just as they had distanced themselves and Kaido was about to make his move, Xiaqiu sprang into action.
Sea Walk.
Xiaqiu suddenly appeared behind one of the last Fishmen, biting down fiercely.
Crunch.
Xiaqiu swallowed the unfortunate Fishman whole and swiftly moved forward to bite again.
In the blink of an eye, two Fishmen were consumed.
"You bastard!"
Seeing this scene, Kaido was furious and prepared to pursue.
But Xiaqiu paid no heed, launching an attack on the Fishmen.
He targeted the Fishman Captain and chased after him. The captain tried to escape by pushing off with his legs, but Xiaqiu's tentacles struck out, knocking him to the ground before Xiaqiu swallowed him whole.
"Die!"
At that moment, Kaido had caught up and threw a punch towards Xiaqiu's side.
Boom.
Xiaqiu was struck by a punch, his body sent rolling into the distance.
"I'll kill you."
Kaido pushed off the ground and lunged again, but two Tentacles came rushing toward him, aiming to pierce him.
Boom, boom.
Kaido unleashed two powerful punches, causing the Tentacles to explode, but his momentum had already halted.
Meanwhile, Xiaqiu adjusted his stance and began running away.
Sea Walk.
Xiaqiu frantically fled into the distance. With the members of Baroque Works having left, he felt a sense of relief and had no worries at all.
"Trying to run? Stay here!"
Kaido pursued madly, determined not to let this guy escape.
Xiaqiu's leg was injured, slowing him down significantly. He managed to run two or three hundred meters before Kaido caught up, steadily closing the distance between them.
"Over there."
Xiaqiu detected a signal and veered in another direction, moving further away.
Kaido quickly closed in to within fifty meters of Xiaqiu's back, but in the blink of an eye, Xiaqiu had pulled ahead to one hundred thirty meters, forcing Kaido to continue his relentless chase.
Just as Kaido was less than twenty meters behind Xiaqiu, a massive figure appeared ahead.
“Sea Kings?”
Kaido paused slightly, but he didn’t care; the giant Sea Kings were no match for him.
He thought Xiaqiu would maneuver around the Sea Kings, but unexpectedly, Xiaqiu charged straight into one of them.
Boom.
The massive body of the Sea Kings trembled, rippling waves of flesh radiating from the point of impact throughout its body.
Crack, crack.
The spine of the Sea Kings shattered under the force, rendering it immobile as it collapsed to the ground.
“What a fool, attacking it head-on?”
Kaido sneered and lunged in front of Xiaqiu, throwing a powerful punch.
Boom.
Xiaqiu collided with Kaido's fist, creating a resounding impact.
Whoosh.
Kaido was pushed back a short distance, looking at Xiaqiu with a hint of surprise.
He noticed that Xiaqiu had a large chunk of flesh in its mouth, chewing vigorously and swallowing it down.
“Feeding?”
Seeing this scene, Kaido was taken aback.
Crunch.
Xiaqiu tore off a piece of flesh from the Sea Kings and chewed it vigorously.
"I can't let him eat that."
Kaido thought he was replenishing his strength and lunged forward to attack.
Xiaqiu turned around and engaged Kaido in battle once more.
Three Fishmen, two pieces of Sea Kings' flesh—enough to fill their stomachs, strengthen themselves, and heal some injuries.
They continued to circle around the Sea Kings, eating while fighting.
