Whitebeard sat there, took a sip of his drink, and appeared completely unconcerned.
Jozu spoke up, "Dad, should we go help them?"
"Why should we help?"
Whitebeard countered, "Do we have any reason to help?"
Mule chimed in, "Nami and Ace are over there..."
"You need to remember one thing," Whitebeard said. "When Nami and Ace joined Baroque Works to work for that Lizard, they had already severed their ties with us."
Marco couldn't help but interject, "But Ace will come back."
"But he hasn't returned yet."
Whitebeard replied coldly, "When they set their sights on Doflamingo and Kaido, they must be prepared for the consequences. They initiated the attack and signaled the start of war; therefore, they must bear any response from the enemy."
"But this time they are bound to lose."
Upon hearing this, Marco's expression showed a hint of reluctance.
"They are trying to bring Kaido down and take his place, so they can only rely on their own strength; no one can interfere."
"Whitebeard said, 'This is their war.'"

"Captain, Kaido has attacked Baroque Works. All troops are mobilizing."

"He won't," Red-Haired replied. "This is Ace's own battle. It’s well known that Ace has left the Whitebeard Pirate Crew. Moreover, they provoked Kaido first by taking away Caesar, then killing Doflamingo, which completely sabotaged Kaido's Artificial Devil Fruit plan. They also killed Jack, one of the Droughts, creating a deep-seated grudge. For both emotional and logical reasons, Whitebeard has no reason to intervene."

Xiaqiu pushed off from Kaido's hands, launching himself off the deck. With a powerful kick of his six limbs in the air, he flipped his body and propelled himself downward, diving straight into the water.
Boom.
Splashing water erupted as Kaido plunged into the depths, while Xiaqiu's six legs continued to kick backward, driving him further down.
Five meters, ten meters, twenty meters.
Kaido struggled to maintain his position but found no leverage. The weight of Xiaqiu and the force from his kicks against the air and water kept Kaido restrained.
In just three or four seconds, Xiaqiu's entire body vanished beneath the ocean's surface, while Kaido found himself nearly eighty meters deep.
Facing the attack from Xiaqiu, Kaido pressed down on Xiaqiu's head, trying to stop him, but he continued to sink.

Now, the oxygen in his body was nearly gone, but even if he had some left, he wouldn't worry while underwater.

Kaido's voice echoed as he slowly climbed out of the pit, looking at Xiaqiu. "You are the first being whose physical strength can compare to mine."
Hearing Kaido's voice, Xiaqiu paused for a moment, then sighed. "So you really are a Fishman?"
Only Fishmen could speak underwater.
"You can talk?"
Kaido seemed surprised, then laughed as he tore off the upper part of his clothing, revealing his muscular torso. On his shoulders were several markings—those were the gills of a Fishman.
"Indeed, I am a Fishman, Fighting Fish Half-Giant."
"Fighting Fish Half-Giant?"
Xiaqiu looked at Kaido in surprise.
"A Fishman is half fish and half human. I am half Fighting Fish bloodline, one-quarter human bloodline, and one-quarter giant bloodline," Kaido said with his arms crossed, standing there confidently.
"That makes sense."
Xiaqiu shook his head. He had made many guesses about Kaido, one of which was that he was a Fishman.
His title is the Strongest Being in Land, Sea, and Air. If he cannot fight underwater, then this claim must be inflated.
Moreover, he has attempted suicide many times without success; if drowning were an option, it would be quite simple.
Thus, there is a possibility that Kaido is a Fishman.
Based on his sharp horns, he either has a Demon Bloodline or a Fighting Fish Bloodline.
If he possesses the Demon Bloodline, which is akin to the Giant Giant Bloodline, then even with just a quarter of it, he would be extraordinarily tall—at least around twenty meters.
If he has the Fighting Fish Bloodline, Deringer has a quarter of that bloodline and stands at less than two meters. Even with half the lineage, it wouldn't guarantee such height.
Kaido now reveals that he has half Giant bloodline combined with the Fighting Fish Bloodline, making his height eleven meters—just right.

However, Xiaqiu's original plan was to take the initiative to attack, encircle and intercept, launching an offensive against the Beast Pirates from the outside and strengthening himself by consuming their subordinates.
As long as he could devour some Officers, even if they weren't at the Disaster level, dealing with Kaido would be a sure victory.
But he launched an early attack and faced the worst-case scenario.

Looking at Kaido, Xiaqiu's expression was grim.

Kaido stood there, stretching his body slightly. "If you hadn't killed Jack, I would have wanted to recruit you as my subordinate. But since you killed him, I can only kill you in revenge."

Xiaqiu met him head-on, charging towards Kaido.

The two collided, their bodies shaking violently before they engaged in combat once more.
