"Is the alarm a false report?"
Neptune King looked into the distance, puzzled. Just like before, this was the alert for an invasion.
But Ace was already here.
So who was invading Dragon Palace?
As Neptune King's thoughts raced, a figure rushed over from not far away, panting heavily. "A Human Pirate has landed in front of Princess Shirahoshi's tower and has attacked the surrounding guards. Right Minister has already taken people to confront them."
"A Human Pirate? How did they get in?"
Neptune King showed a look of confusion. The Fishman replied, "They flew in."
"They flew in?"
Neptune furrowed his brow. How could anyone fly in, especially landing right in front of Princess Shirahoshi's tower?
Shirahoshi?
Could it be Vander Decken IX?
Neptune immediately said, "Crash Star, take a group of people over to provide support."
"Understood."
Third Prince Flipover Star quickly gathered a group and left.
Seeing this scene, the officials of the World Government furrowed their brows.
But at that moment, another figure rushed over, shouting, "Your Majesty, there are attackers coming from the right as well!"
"How is that possible?"
King Neptune couldn't understand how there could be more attackers.
An official from the World Government could no longer hold back and said, "King Neptune, you must have colluded with them, right? A traitor appeared among the people you sent, and now you're pulling them away. Are you deliberately letting Ace escape?"
It was indeed a conspiracy.
Neptune frowned, but it hadn't reached that extent.

Neptune replied coldly, causing the World Government official to shrink back, not daring to continue.

King Neptune looked into the distance as those dark spots slowly grew larger; they were massive Sea Beasts. As they approached, a voice rang out.
"King Neptune, in your attempt to please the World Government, you have betrayed Whitebeard, putting Fishman Island in jeopardy."
A figure leaped down from the back of a Sea Rhinoceros and looked at Neptune, saying, "Neptune, I cannot stand by and watch you plunge Fishman Island into war."
"Hody Jones."
Neptune King’s expression darkened upon seeing him.
Nearby, another figure approached, saying, "Neptune King, it's been a long time."
"Vander Decken IX, you have indeed joined the Rebels," Neptune replied coldly as he regarded him.
"I once asked you to marry Shirahoshi to me, but you refused," Vander Decken IX said with a smile. "It seems now that if you had agreed back then, I would be your ally."
"How could I ever allow someone like you to marry Shirahoshi?" Neptune retorted angrily.
Hody Jones stepped forward and looked at Ace in the distance, laughing as he said, "Ace, I didn't expect you to have escaped. We hurried here to help you out."
Ace raised an eyebrow at this and asked, "You plan to save us?"
"Of course," Hody replied with a grin. "Hachi has also joined us; we plan to overthrow the Dragon Palace's regime and then rescue you. Oh, and there's the beast from Baroque Works; it's right over there."
Not far from Hody Jones stood Hachi, while Xiaqiu lay crouched nearby, just behind Hody Jones.
"This..."
Neptune and Ace were both puzzled.
To Neptune, it seemed that Eight should have been waiting outside for them to leave together.
Ace, on the other hand, couldn't understand why the president had joined the Rebels. What was he planning to do? Had Eight not revealed the truth?
What should they do next?
Neptune and Ace were somewhat lost, and Heckler asked, "What should we do now?"

Ace replied softly, "The president is over there; we should follow his lead."
"What do you think, Ace?"
In the distance, Hody Jones shouted, "Do you want to team up with us and take action together?"
Hearing this, Ace smiled and said, "Sure, let's eliminate King's Army together when the time comes."
"Hahaha."
Hody Jones laughed heartily. "Neptune King, did you hear that? Ace has already allied with us; you won't stand a chance. Surrender now."
"What on earth is going on?"
Neptune King was puzzled. How did it come to this? Why was Ace linked with Hody Jones?
"Give up? What are you thinking? There's no way I would hand over Fishman Island to you," Neptune tightened his grip on the copper staff.
"If you want to take Fishman Island, you'll have to step over our dead bodies," Shark Star declared loudly.
"Alright then."
Hody Jones smiled and said, "Then let's kill you all and occupy Dragon Palace."
With that, Hody Jones raised his hand, ready to give the order.
"Wait a moment."
At that moment, a World Government official named English suddenly spoke up, "We have no stake in your conflict. Can you let us leave?"
"Oh? Who are you?"
Hody Jones turned his gaze toward English.
English, somewhat intimidated, replied, "I am an official of the World Government. We will not participate in this matter. I wonder if you could allow us to leave?"
Upon hearing this, Neptune's expression darkened. "We are part of the World Government. You should help us fight against them."
English wiped the sweat from his forehead and said, "Fishman Island is a member of the World Government, but that does not mean you are as well. If he becomes the king of Fishman Island, it will still be a member state of the World Government."
"Ah, so it's an official from the World Government."
Hody Jones nodded, smiling as he said, "We have no choice but to have a conflict with you, but the battlefield is dangerous and could easily affect you. Why don't you come over to our side and rest in the rear? After the battle is over, I will host a banquet for you."

English immediately led two agents toward Hody Jones.

English's face was pale with terror as he struggled, trying to pry Hody's fingers off his throat, but it was futile.
"Oh really? The World Government? You're our enemy too, so we have to eliminate you as well."
Hody said cruelly, tightening his grip until there was a sickening crack as English's neck snapped.
With a thud, Hody tossed English's lifeless body aside and raised his hand. "Prepare to attack."
At his command, the team he led immediately got ready to launch their assault.
But in that instant, a massive shadow appeared behind Hody with a loud thud, and enormous teeth lunged toward his head.
Armament Haki, Shark Gun.
This is bad.
Hody Jones instinctively raised his arms to shield himself as the attack approached.
Crack.
Hody Jones's arms shattered, and the teeth drove straight into his skull.
Bang.
Hody Jones's head exploded, bones mixed with brain matter and blood flying in all directions.
Crack.
Xiaqiu used its Tentacles to knock off the bag containing Es Poison from Hody Jones, biting down on his corpse and swallowing it whole, chewing eagerly.
The taste of Fishman was quite good.
