I nodded, "Hmm."
Su Muqing thought for a moment, "I have a serious heart condition and need to undergo a heart transplant to survive."

"Genetic Disease."
I was astonished, "If it's a Genetic Disease, even with a new heart, it only addresses the symptoms but not the root cause."
Su Muqing chuckled lightly, "As long as I can live past twenty, I can be cured."
"Right now, my biggest wish is to survive."
"To live until I'm twenty."
I patted his shoulder, "You can definitely do it!"
Su Muqing smiled, "Thank you."
"I believe I can too."
"After all, I've fought hard to stay alive."
Su Muqing said his name was Su Qinglin.
Since childhood, he had spent more time in the clinic than outside.
The doctors at the clinic had watched him grow up.
At first, his condition wasn't very severe.
Although there were issues with his heart, he could still live normally.

Just when they were about to give up, Shangguan Muqing appeared. Su Qinglin was not very familiar with Shangguan Muqing; he only knew that she was three years older than him and that she was a woman. Shangguan Muqing took the initiative to offer her heart for donation to Su Qinglin.
Encouraged by Shangguan Muqing, Su Qinglin reignited his hope for life. He asked her, "Why are you doing this?"
Shangguan Muqing smiled lightly and replied, "I have a terminal illness and probably won't live much longer. If I give you my heart, you can live on in my place. This is the last thing I can do for my parents."
Su Qinglin was taken aback. He had not expected that Shangguan Muqing also suffered from a terminal illness. Soon after, her parents arrived. They cried as they accepted this decision, hoping that Su Qinglin could take Shangguan Muqing's place and fulfill her unfinished wishes.
Shangguan Muqing told Su Qinglin, "You must live."
"You are not living for yourself; you are living for me, for your parents, and for everyone who cares about you."
"You need to live bravely."
Because of Shangguan Muqing, Su Qinglin reignited his hope for life.
He wanted to survive.
He didn't want to disappoint Shangguan Muqing.
Even more so, he didn't want to make her parents sad.
Shangguan Muqing visited Su Qinglin every day, talking to him and singing songs for him.
Her smile was healing.
Her personality was gentle.
With her around, Su Qinglin felt happy.
They became friends.
Close friends who shared everything.
Every day, Su Qinglin worked hard, hoping for an improvement in his condition.
He wanted to live.
He wanted to live on behalf of Shangguan Muqing.
