Upon hearing this, the Five Elders immediately felt a sense of impending danger. Elder Five turned to find Madam Bai, but she had already gone far away.
At this moment, they were in Ouyang Xuan's Mansion, feeling utterly helpless. Was today really the day they would meet their end here?
Ouyang Zixin coldly observed the group. Although the courtyard seemed empty, she had already noticed that her father's people were well-prepared. This meant that if things escalated, they could act at any moment.
She slowly extended her hand and said, "Hand it over!"
"If we refuse to hand it over, do you really think you can kill us and take our treasures?" the Grand Elder said in a deep voice. However, he lacked confidence when he spoke these words. With the competition approaching, losing a few lives wouldn’t attract much attention, especially in the Capital of the Departed Nation at the National Guardian Mystic Master Manor.
Yet he still wanted to gamble on Ouyang Hao's family having some reservations. After all, if word got out that someone was killed and robbed in their own home, their reputation would be ruined.
Ouyang Zixin seemed to have anticipated the Grand Elder's thoughts. She first glanced at her father, Ouyang Hao, who subtly nodded in agreement. She then snorted coldly and stepped forward again, repeating, "Hand it over!"
The Grand Elder and the other four immediately felt a powerful Mental Power pressing down on them. If they were shocked by the earlier scenes, this Mental Power now filled them with dread. How old could this girl be? How could she possess such formidable Mental Power?
"You... how is this possible?" Second Elder stammered, his eyes betraying his fear.
Under this overwhelming Mental Power, he sensed another strange force that seemed to disrupt one's mind.
He quickly transmitted a message to the other four, urging them to protect their Sea of Consciousness and not let that strange power invade.
Unfortunately, his warning came too late.
Although the Grand Elder at the front sensed something was off, it was too late for him to defend himself. He realized that not only was his Sea of Consciousness being invaded, but he also found himself unable to move.
It turned out that as Ouyang Zixin unleashed her Mental Power, she also employed Eye Technique along with the mysterious spatial power of Nameless. There was no way these individuals could resist.
This was what it meant to catch someone off guard.
Ouyang Zixin herself did not expect things to go so smoothly. Initially, she was just testing the waters since this matter stemmed from Yun Tianmo and herself. If possible, she hoped not to involve her parents in this situation.
"Hand over the Bright White Stone to me," Ouyang Zixin said, her eyes fixed on the Elder.
The Elder's gaze had already turned blank, staring at her in a daze.
After about a cup of tea's time, the Elder finally moved. His hand slowly reached into his robe and pulled out a pure white, nearly transparent stone. He then opened his palm and placed it in front of Ouyang Zixin.
Seeing this, Ouyang Zixin felt delighted and thought to herself that this Eye Technique was indeed useful; had she known earlier, she wouldn't have wasted so much time talking to them.
Just as she was about to reach for it, Ouyang Hao suddenly pulled her back and whispered in her ear, "It's a trap."
Although he didn't understand how his daughter possessed such powerful Mental Power or why the Elder suddenly became so obedient, Ouyang Hao still felt that the situation was dangerous. His daughter's cultivation level was definitely inferior to those five individuals; if they were plotting something, she would surely be harmed.
Upon hearing Ouyang Hao's words, Ouyang Zixin calmed herself and confidently assessed the situation. She took a deep breath and communicated back, "Father, there's no need to worry; his defenses won't harm me."
Before Ouyang Hao could react, he saw Ouyang Zixin enveloped in a layer of black Mysterious Energy, completely wrapping her up. Then she slowly extended her hand to take the Bright White Stone.
The pure white Bright White Stone appeared somewhat dazzling in her palm wrapped in Black Qi. Ouyang Zixin examined it closely but did not notice anything particularly special about it.
At that moment, she relaxed. The Five Elders immediately returned to normal, and Elder Five rushed forward without hesitation, reaching out to grab Ouyang Zixin.
Elder Five's fingers curled slightly, sharp like hooks with Mysterious Energy shimmering ominously above them.
Ouyang Zixin was entirely focused on the Bright White Stone and had let her guard down. By the time she realized what was happening, Elder Five's fingers were already inches from her face. Fortunately, Ouyang Hao had been standing beside her; he shouted loudly and struck out with his palm to meet Elder Five's grasp. There was a loud bang as the two forces collided, causing both of them to stagger back.
Both Elder Five and Ouyang Hao spat out blood, indicating they had both exerted all their strength in that clash.
Bai Su screamed and lunged towards Ouyang Zixin. Hearing the commotion outside, the guards disregarded their orders and rushed in, quickly surrounding everyone in the room.
Leading them was Zi Yi. Upon seeing Ouyang Hao bleeding from his mouth, he waved his hand without hesitation. The guards drew their swords and advanced, filling the air with Mysterious Energy that sealed off the five individuals.
"How dare you!" the Elder shouted angrily, raising his hands high as he gathered Mysterious Energy around him, clearly preparing for a fierce confrontation.
What a joke! In an instant, the Bright White Stone had fallen into Ouyang Zixin's hands. If they were controlled again now, they would truly suffer a double loss.
"Stop!" Ouyang Zixin quickly embraced the rushing Bai Su, signaling her not to worry and that she was fine, while also preventing others from making a move. "My only goal is the Bright White Stone; you can leave now."
As for Ouyang Hao's injury, the other side had also hurt someone, so she didn't want to pursue it further. Mainly, she had already sent a message to her father to check if there were any serious issues, and he had indicated that as long as he rested for a while, he would recover. Therefore, she didn't want to resort to violence just yet.
"But if you insist on being unreasonable and want to fight, don't blame me for being rude. Zi Yi!" Ouyang Zixin disregarded any sense of politeness and instructed Zi Yi, "If they leave obediently, I won't pursue this matter; otherwise, hmph..."
With that, she and Bai Su supported Ouyang Hao and headed towards the inner room, leaving behind a group of guards and the Five Elders.
Zi Yi coldly watched these individuals; if it weren't for Ouyang Zixin's intervention, those who had injured Ouyang Hao would definitely not leave Ouyang Xuan's Mansion unscathed.
Elder Five was severely injured, supported by the Second Elder. The Grand Elder also recognized the situation; he had only considered taking action earlier because he thought the other party would not back down.
Now that Ouyang Zixin had made her stance clear, they had no reason to fight desperately.
"Who would have thought we would fall at the hands of a girl? It's fate; this is all fate..." The Grand Elder waved his hand and silently led the four away.
"Father is fine; you should go check on Yun Tianmo."
"Then I'll come back to see Father tomorrow." Ouyang Zixin gritted her teeth and turned to leave.
