The troublesome person has been removed, and Yun Tianmo focused intently. This time, he dared not be careless; if any mistakes occurred, it would not only be Ouyang Zixin who suffered, but also himself.
Beside him, Nameless was also worried. The attempts made by Yun Tianmo were different from his own. He could be considered a part of Ouyang Zixin, so invading her Mind was not a big issue for him. However, Yun Tianmo was a separate individual. Unbeknownst to him, a thin layer of sweat had formed in the palm of Nameless's hand, but he did not notice it.
"Do your best to protect her Mind; I'm about to begin," Yun Tianmo said in a deep voice. As Nameless nodded in confirmation, he closed his eyes and unleashed his Mental Power to its fullest extent. A thick stream of Mental Power shot from his forehead directly toward Ouyang Zixin.
"Mm..." Ouyang Zixin moaned again, seemingly enduring immense pain as her brows furrowed.
At this moment, Yun Tianmo had already begun to enter Ouyang Zixin's Mind. Even if he sensed her discomfort, he could not stop.
After about the time it takes to brew a cup of tea, the Mental Power released by Yun Tianmo completely merged into the center of Ouyang Zixin's forehead and entered her Mind. Unlike the last time he entered, this time as soon as Yun Tianmo stepped into Ouyang Zixin's Mind, he felt a powerful resistance pushing against him.
Mental Power was like a doppelgänger; once it entered Ouyang Zixin's Mind, Yun Tianmo's Mental Power transformed into his own appearance, even down to his signature Purple-Clad attire—though there was some difference in size. His doppelgänger stood within Ouyang Zixin's Mind, carefully observing everything around him. At that moment, he felt as if he were standing at the threshold of her Mind world, afraid to step further for fear of causing her harm.
Ouyang Zixin's Mind world was shrouded in dense Mysterious Energy. Although transparent, it contained various other foreign Mysterious Energies fused within her body, allowing glimpses of different colors mixed throughout. For instance, the Black Qi belonging to Yun Tianmo faintly glimmered and drifted within her Mind.
With this familiar presence, Yun Tianmo felt slightly more assured. Entering another person's Mind posed the greatest danger of rejection; now seeing that Ouyang Zixin had successfully integrated his Mysterious Energy gave him confidence that he would not face excessive rejection during his entry.
Having made up his mind, Yun Tianmo finally took the first step onto her cerebral cortex. As soon as he stepped in, he felt his Mental Power being violently torn apart as if it were being shredded into pieces. He immediately sensed immense pressure and instinctively wanted to resist. However, reason told him that such resistance would make fully entering her Mind even more difficult. Thus, he could only endure the tearing sensation and bear the pain of his Mental Power being continuously ripped apart.
"Mok Wang, follow this pathway forward; you are almost at the center of the master's Mind," Nameless's voice timely echoed. With his presence guiding Yun Tianmo’s actions within Ouyang Zixin’s Mind, it became less aimless and saved him considerable effort. If he had to divert his attention to search for pathways on his own, he feared that before reaching the center of Ouyang Zixin’s Mind, his Mental Power would be completely exhausted.
Following the instructions of Nameless, Yun Tianmo made his way step by step toward the center of Ouyang Zixin's Mind. The journey was incredibly arduous, and all resistance was futile. By the time Yun Tianmo finally reached the center of Ouyang Zixin's Mind, his Spiritual Avatar had shrunk by more than half. It was evident that this journey had already consumed over half of his Mental Power.
"Are you okay, Ink King?" Nameless asked with concern. Such a massive consumption was not something anyone could endure, and they hadn't even begun yet; he was already down to half his power. It was uncertain whether the next actions could proceed smoothly.
Yun Tianmo shook his head, signaling that he was fine. Now, he needed to establish contact with Ouyang Zixin at this Mind center. Observing the various Mysterious Energies swirling around him, Yun Tianmo began to analyze how to proceed without harming Ouyang Zixin while also making contact with her as quickly as possible.
Just as Yun Tianmo hesitated, a wisp of Black Qi lingered beside him. This Black Qi seemed curious about him, playfully circling around him like a small animal seeking attention, as if trying to determine whether he shared a connection with it. After spinning around him for a while, the Black Qi suddenly darted toward his chest and then merged into him, as if it had returned home, joyfully stirring within Yun Tianmo's body.
This sensation felt strange to Yun Tianmo because he could sense the joy of that wisp of Mysterious Energy; it was a kind of jubilant excitement from finding a sense of belonging. But why did the Mysterious Energy also seem to have emotions?
Before Yun Tianmo could ponder further, another wisp of Mysterious Energy with an orange hue flew over. Unlike the previous Black Qi that was curious about him, this one seemed filled with hostility toward Yun Tianmo. Strangely enough, he could feel the Orange Profound Energy's animosity directed at him.
"What is happening?" Mysterious Energy had always been controlled by people; how could the Mysterious Energy in Ouyang Zixin's Mind appear to come alive and possess its own emotions or consciousness?
"Nameless does not know," Nameless replied, equally perplexed. These Mysterious Energies had existed peacefully within Ouyang Zixin's Mind; he had never sensed any emotions or consciousness from them before. This was also his first encounter with such a phenomenon.
Suddenly, the Orange Profound Energy transformed into a sword and lunged fiercely at Yun Tianmo. Fortunately, although Yun Tianmo's Mental Power had been significantly depleted, it remained relatively pure. He nimbly sidestepped to avoid it. However, the Orange Profound Energy seemed unwilling to give up and turned around to strike again...
After several attempts, Yun Tianmo's Mental Power was further drained. If he were able to fight back instead of just dodging, he believed that this small wisp of Mysterious Energy would not stand a chance against him.
"Can you hold on, Ink King? Nameless thinks that this Orange Profound Energy seems to weaken significantly after each attack," Nameless said anxiously. Although both sides were consuming energy, it was clear that this was not Yun Tianmo's territory. If he continued to deplete his power like this, he might end up failing at the last moment.
While dodging, Yun Tianmo said, "This won't do; there are at least three other types of Mysterious Energy here. I must disperse it!"
As he spoke, the Orange Profound Energy shot towards him again. This time, Yun Tianmo did not choose to dodge; instead, he extended his right hand with his palm facing it. Just as it was about to touch him, he suddenly clenched his hand into a fist, grasping the sword formed by the Mysterious Energy in his palm. Then, he forcefully struck out—
Puff!
The flying sword vanished...
