Yun Tianmo and Ouyang Zixin have both made some progress, while the people outside the Millennium Ruins could no longer hold back and rushed forward to try their luck. However, in the end, only a limited number managed to enter.
The two princes from Dream Nation have indeed entered; Baike sacrificed several guards and was unwilling to back down. Fortunately, she succeeded; otherwise, the Legitimate Daughter of the Bai Clan would have faced ridicule for a long time. On the other hand, Zhai Xingjian from the Zhai Family, who is of direct descent, failed, while his cousin Zhai Yiqi managed to qualify for entry into the ruins.
As for Exiled Nation, apart from Ouyang Zixin, who was the first to enter, Nangong Tuo, the Foolish Prince, accidentally made his way in as well. Nan Gong Yao had hoped to send Ouyang Hao or Li Feng in for support, but neither of them obtained entry qualifications. The Zhao Family gained some prestige as Zhao Feihong and one of his brothers both entered the Millennium Ruins.
Regarding Cloud Nation, due to Yun Tianying's special circumstances, many shadow guards volunteered to explore and find a way in to inform their Seventh Prince. The Li Family, Haoran Family, and Peng Family were also considerate; although anxious, they waited until Yun Tianying had tried before stepping forward themselves. They ended up being the group with the most entrants among the Three Kingdoms. It wasn't that other families didn't allow their guards to try; rather, those guards simply couldn't compare to Yun Tianmo's shadow guards.
This resulted in the final distribution of entrants into Millennium Ruins: four from Exiled Nation, four from Dream Nation, and eight from Cloud Nation. In total, sixteen people entered Millennium Ruins. Of course, there were still some who were unwilling to leave and wanted to continue trying. However, how many more could enter later remained uncertain; after all, the later one entered, the slimmer the chances became. Thus, within just a day’s time, most people outside Millennium Ruins had dispersed.
After entering Millennium Ruins, Yun Tianying did not rush forward immediately but instead waited as instructed by Yun Tianmo to see if anyone else would accompany him. Originally, Yun Tianmo's arrangement was not wrong; he just didn't expect that Millennium Ruins would be filled with so many mysteries. It was likely that Yun Tianying would wait a long time without finding anyone to join him.
"Every strategy I devised seems useless this time," Yun Tianying shook his head after waiting for about half an hour. It appeared he would have to rely on himself. He knew at least three or four shadow guards had entered with him. However, after waiting around without seeing anyone—not even those from Cloud Nation—he realized that Yun Tianmo's plan might have fallen through.
Embracing a mindset of making the best of his situation, Yun Tianying felt no anxiety. He had already gained much by reaching this point in life. So he decided to stroll leisurely through the ruins.
The Millennium Ruins indeed concealed many secrets. Even though Ouyang Zixin had memorized the map in his mind, it was strange that despite there being only three entrances, everyone appeared in different locations without any overlap.
Baike followed closely behind Feng Chengxuan and Feng Chengzhi into Millennium Ruins but found no trace of them after entering. She looked around in surprise but thought it might be better this way. Having sacrificed several of her exclusive guards without gaining favor from either prince led to her receiving scolding about how useless her people were. Had she known they would be so ineffective, she would never have asked for their help in the first place.
Proud as she was, Baike could hardly tolerate such humiliation; she nearly bit her lip in frustration but held back her anger. Since the Bai Clan chose to remain hidden in Dream Nation, there must be a reason behind it. Without truly holding power herself, she could not know why; thus, all she could do was endure.
Now that they had separated, Bai Kexin felt a sense of relief—even if only temporarily; as for whether they would meet again later on, that could wait until it happened.
At this moment, Baike stood in a place somewhat similar to the empty room where Yun Tianmo had entered earlier; however, this room was initially bright rather than dark. The walls displayed numerous paintings that appeared quite old and somewhat faded and incomplete due to age.
The painting on the wall seemed to depict some kind of scene, resembling both war and celebration. Whenever one looked at the key areas, it appeared as if someone had deliberately scraped off parts of the image. Who would want to destroy this historically significant artwork?
Aside from these paintings, there was nothing else in the entire room, not even an exit, which left Bai Kemei furrowing her brow. If this was a challenge, how would she overcome it?
Almost everyone entering the Millennium Ruins faced a challenge; some were already jumping in frustration, others were calmly contemplating, and some simply wandered aimlessly, resting wherever they ran out of space.
As time passed in the Millennium Ruins and more people entered, it seemed that something was changing deep within. In the shadows, a faint sound emanated from a massive stone, but its depth kept it hidden from everyone.
"It's an eye," Ouyang Zixin sensed that the incomplete Taiji Yin-Yang Diagram within her seemed to be developing an eye. No, perhaps it wasn't growing; rather, external Mysterious Energy was creating an eye for it.
The swirling Mysterious Energy hovered where the eye should have been. This was part of the Black Fish; initially, it merely drifted along the edge of the Black Fish, seemingly uncertain about choosing this half. However, when it attempted to move toward the White Fish's half, it felt as if a transparent barrier blocked its way. The whirlwind of energy soon resigned itself and ultimately settled on the position where the Black Fish should have had an eye.
Ouyang Zixin could see the changes occurring in her dantian, which surprised her because that whirlwind spun and spun until it vanished, transforming into an eye that took residence there.
"Did it ask for my opinion?" The sudden appearance of this eye left Ouyang Zixin feeling both astonished and worried. She could hardly remember when this Yin-Yang Fish Diagram first appeared; now it was complete again. But was this really what she wanted?
Clearly not, because what she truly sought was to understand her connection to the Millennium Ruins. Well, although it seemed there was indeed a connection—otherwise, how could the Double Stone Gate "nurture" her?

“Oh, the door has opened, great! Let’s go.” Ouyang Zixin reflexively replied, then continued, “I’ve been cultivating in the Sea of Consciousness, which is the Mind. If my dantian explodes then I... wait, what are you saying?”
Nameless felt like crying. Even when Ouyang Zixin was slow to react or a bit dull in front of Yun Tianmo, she never became so anxious that she turned into a chatterbox. He could only repeat once more: the door has opened.
“Haha, it really opened.” Only now did Ouyang Zixin truly realize what Nameless meant; the Double Stone Gate was wide open right before her eyes, and she hadn’t felt a thing just now.
Watching Ouyang Zixin's unusual behavior, Nameless wanted to speak up but didn't know how to start. Instead, he could only silently follow her as they passed through the stone gate—

Behind this stone gate, what appeared to be a wide area on the map was far too simplistic; those lines simply couldn't convey that this was an Underground Palace.
Could this really be some kind of tomb?
Ouyang Zixin rubbed her arms where goosebumps had formed and asked Nameless uneasily, "Don't you think this place is eerie?"
Nameless did not respond from behind her. Ouyang Zixin turned around to look, only to find that Nameless was gone, leaving an empty space behind her. The stone gate had closed without her noticing.
"Nameless, come out! This isn't a joke!"
But no matter how many times she called out, Nameless did not answer. The Underground Palace was simply too large; Ouyang Zixin tried to connect with Nameless through her consciousness, but it felt like a stone sinking into the sea. This made her increasingly anxious. She couldn't pinpoint when this feeling had started, but now that Nameless had suddenly disappeared, the sensation intensified.
The ceiling of this Underground Palace resembled the material she had seen on the stone walls when she first entered the ruins; it covered the entire area. Perhaps this was the Lighting System from that time. The whole Underground Palace seemed to have no dark corners; because of this, she looked around and saw no signs of life—no people at all, not even Nameless who had been right behind her.
"Oh my God, what is this place... Nameless, I warn you, you'd better not be playing tricks on me." She recalled telling Nameless not to float around carelessly or he might be mistaken for a ghost. Now it seemed that whether others were scared or not was irrelevant; Ouyang Zixin herself was already feeling frightened.
Cautiously, she stepped onto a stone bridge behind the gate. This bridge connected the stone gate and the Underground Palace, with a Deep Trench beneath it that appeared to be dry—perhaps it had run dry long ago. The bridge swayed slightly; perhaps due to age, the gaps between the stones had widened and loosened over time.
Ouyang Zixin took each step carefully. Initially, she thought there was nothing to worry about regarding the Deep Trench, but once she stepped onto the bridge, she realized that with every step forward, it seemed to deepen significantly. By the time she reached the middle of the bridge, the Deep Trench appeared bottomless, and with the bridge swaying slightly beneath her feet, it felt as if it could collapse at any moment.
If it weren't for seeing the Warning Sign at the edge of the bridge before stepping on it, Ouyang Zixin would have long since gathered Mysterious Energy and flown across.
When she saw the Warning Sign, the fear of Nameless suddenly disappearing slightly diminished, because the words on that Warning Sign were reminiscent of what she had seen in her past life, such as "Tigers eat people; those who climb over the fence do so at their own risk." The sign here read, "Do not use Mysterious Energy; users will undoubtedly die."
This was a friendly reminder left by those before her. However, even without acrophobia, looking down at the dark pit beneath the stone bridge was truly chilling.

As she took her final step onto the stone bridge, the front of the Underground Palace unfolded before her eyes, and it was indeed magnificent. It must have once been a very important place.

P.S.: Sorry for being late; I went to the hospital this afternoon. Unfortunately, it's the weekend, so I have to wait until Monday to get the report. When I saw my friend screaming during blood tests, I couldn't help but feel a bit schadenfreude. Haha, is Kouxin being naughty? In the past when Kouxin had blood drawn, there was absolutely no crying—no fear and no pain at all! Really!
