Later, due to low prices, large quantities, and excellent service, more and more "Addicts" sought him out.
In the industry, his reputation was also very good because he never shortchanged anyone; sometimes he even gave customers an extra half kilogram.
In no time, the price of "Drugs" dropped repeatedly, causing his competitors to struggle to stay afloat.

Ultimately, after cross-province investigations by the police, they found seven individuals who had transacted with Luo online. The total amount defrauded from them exceeded 7,000 yuan, surpassing the threshold for constituting fraud.
After court proceedings, Luo Jincheng was sentenced to ten months in prison and fined 3,000 yuan.
It was precisely because of this case that the country improved regulations in the logistics industry. Now, when sending packages, real-name registration is mandatory, and goods must be inspected before sealing the boxes.
