Yin Zong felt his blood boiling, every move of Xu Zhen etched in his mind. This man exuded a sense of freedom, much like what he felt from the Silver Wolf! 0

"Man is born free!" 0

Although the nomads on the grasslands imitated the Great Tang Heavenly Dynasty in many ways, at their core, they remained a slave society, fundamentally no different from the primitive ecology of the survival of the fittest. This was why they could not break free from barbarism and move towards a more civilized society. 0

This required immense sacrifices and contributions from the ruling class, necessitating them to abandon most of their interests, making it a challenging endeavor. 0

Yet, the foundation of the entire grassland was supported by countless young people like Yin Zong, awakening their desires for freedom. This was a daunting task! 0

Looking into Yin Zong's eyes, Xu Zhen couldn't help but think of the gaze of the protagonist Wallace in the movie Braveheart! 0

Yin Zong stood up, followed by Ulyet, and soon everyone was on their feet! 0

The half-man-high Silver Wolf lowered its head, baring its steel teeth and growling lowly. Yin Zong mounted the wolf's back, brandishing his curved blade, raising his arm to rally his brothers: "Follow me!" 0

Everyone understood and swiftly mounted their horses. Some brought a steed for Xu Zhen, and then they began to gallop towards the river mouth. They intended to let Murong Xiao and the knights of the Murong Family taste the bitterness of being enslaved and oppressed! 0

"Boom!" 0

The sound of Hoofbeats shook the earth's pulse as they crossed the river mouth, startling herds of cattle and sheep, sweeping into large tents like a hurricane! 0

Suddenly, cries of anguish and sounds of fighting erupted from behind the tents. Amidst the shouts of men and neighing of horses were mixed screams from women and cries from children. After realizing something was amiss, Murong Xiao and his thirty-odd knights desperately fought their way through, indiscriminately killing anyone in their path to carve out a bloody route; casualties among the Salar Tribe were heavy! 0

Returning with Yin Zong and Ulyet, they found their kin lying dead everywhere. The anger in their chests ignited instantly, burning fiercely until their eyes turned blood-red. Many men were filled with righteous indignation as they crossed through the tent area, pursuing Murong Xiao's team! 0

The Murong Family had many vassal tribes, and Murong Xiao did not regard these Herdslaves at all. He only wanted to temporarily evade the pursuit of Tang troops. As long as he could return to the Murong Clan, he wouldn't bat an eye even if he had to kill some women and children; he wouldn't flinch even if he slaughtered the entire Salar Tribe! 0

The meaning of life for these Herdslaves is to dedicate everything to their Lord. The value of the old, weak, women, and children is even less than that of a healthy horse or cow! 0

Yin Zong saw his father in the chaotic crowd. This Old Aijin of the Salar Tribe had been stabbed on the left side of his face, blood covering him, yet he was still organizing people to treat the wounded and rallying the warriors of the tribe to rise up and resist! 0

Ulyet saw his daughter lying dead in the tent, her bright red blood flowing down her newly rounded thighs. At only thirteen years old, she was as beautiful as a bluebird, but now she lay on the ground in disarray, her life taken by the beasts of the Murong Clan who showed no mercy even as she was about to come of age! 0

"Ah!!!" 0

Ulyet let out a roar like an injured beast, driving his blade deep into the horse's flank. The steed neighed in pain and then surged forward like a bolt of black lightning, quickly catching up to Murong Xiao's rear guard. The Murong Clan knight was struck with fear and was about to shout when Ulyet cleaved half of his shoulder off with a single blow! 0

Yin Zong released the Silver Wolf and mounted a wild horse without saddle or bridle. The horse was intimidated by his beastly aura and burst forth with incredible speed. The Silver Wolf Boy arrived like wind and lightning, his headscarf blown away, long hair flowing freely. His eyes flashed like lightning as he swept his curved blade, decapitating a Murong Clan knight, blood spraying into the air! 0

The young men had already lost their reason to hatred and fury. They looked at their fallen kin and at the fleeing Murong knights; their great swords were now as bloodthirsty as cornered beasts! 0

The Xu Zhen quietly followed behind. He thought he had grown accustomed to the clash of blades, but those were battles fought face-to-face. Now lying before him were unarmed herdsmen, revealing the cruelty and inhumanity of survival on the grasslands. His heart inexplicably ached as he pulled out a signal arrow from his waist and grabbed a longbow from the horse's back. The signal arrow whistled into the sky, and a hundred-strong cavalry came thundering down from the High Slope on the riverbank! 0

Gao He Shu led the charge, bringing his Riding Team upstream to encircle Murong Xiao's remaining forces completely! 0

Yin Zong and Ulyet thought that a team had emerged from mid-route, believing it to be reinforcements from the Murong Clan, and they all became alert until they realized that their opponents had completely surrounded Murong Xiao's men. 0

Gao He Shu was a typical Rouran warrior; all his Warriors were elite knights selected from within the tribe. Although they wore armor and blades from the Tang army, they were adorned with traditional ethnic attire decorated with silver bells and other items that made them easily recognizable. 0

Zhang Jiunian felt some concern because their mission was to capture Murong Xiao to clear Li Dejiang and Li Mingda of false accusations. If the men of the Salar Tribe went berserk, they might slaughter all twenty remaining men, making it difficult for Xu Zhen to proceed according to plan. 0

As expected, under Yin Zong and Ulyet's leadership, the warriors of the Salar Tribe moved swiftly around Gaixin, cutting down each bodyguard surrounding Murong Xiao one by one like peeling an onion! 0

This still did not quench their anger; the warriors urged their steeds forward, trampling all fallen enemies underfoot. The ground around them became soaked with blood and flesh, filling the air with a sweet yet nauseating stench that made one’s nose itch! 0

Ulyet, with thick eyebrows furrowed, shouted loudly. He twisted the hilt of his curved blade and charged forward on horseback, ready to take Murong Xiao's head! 0

"Fury!" 0

"Fury!" 0

The surrounding warriors pounded their chests, their grief and anger surging from their chests, transforming into a heart-shaking chorus! In Ulyet's vision, the horrific death of his daughter appeared, and the hilt of his knife felt as if it had melded into his palm; he wished he could tear Murong Xiao to pieces! 0

Dark clouds suddenly gathered in the sky above the grasslands, and raindrops began to fall, yet they could not extinguish Ulyet's burning hatred. Just as he was about to strike Murong Xiao down from his horse, a rider emerged from nowhere, blocking him with a massive broadsword. Ulyet's hands shook violently, and he lost control of his curved blade, which flew out of his hand and spun through the air before plunging into the ground with a thud! 0

Zhang Jiunian knew that Xu Zhen had already gained the recognition of the Salar Tribe. They were indeed acting as Tang Uniforms to prevent Zhou Cang from intervening, which would inevitably provoke public outrage. However, Gao He Shu was too far from Ulyet to intervene directly, so they had no choice but to let Zhou Cang take the field. 0

The shouting Salar warriors saw Wu Lie's curved blade being knocked away and immediately turned their fury toward Zhou Cang and the others. Weapons clashed loudly as three or four hundred cavalry gathered, exuding an overwhelming aura of killing intent! 0

Xu Zhen finally arrived late and saw Murong Xiao surrounded with a pale face amid a scene of carnage that was unbearable to witness. From a distance, he noticed the conflict between both sides and immediately rode his horse to position himself between Ulyet and Zhou Cang as a buffer. 0

Yin Zong and others regarded Xu Zhen as Son of Ahura; however, other tribesmen did not know Xu Zhen's identity. Seeing him dressed in Barbarian Attire yet clearly having Tang People features, they naturally assumed he was an enemy spy and showed no signs of concealing their hostility! 0

Xu Zhen remained unfazed. He dismounted easily and walked a few steps to pull Ulyet's curved blade from the ground. Upon seeing Xu Zhen dismount, Ulyet dared not act arrogantly and hurriedly jumped off his horse. Yin Zong and others also sheathed their weapons and dismounted. 0

Others were puzzled but restrained their horses, watching with confusion as Xu Zhen approached Zhou Cang. Upon seeing Xu Zhen come personally, Zhou Cang leaped off his horse and stood with his sword drawn. He did not trust these Barbarians; in his eyes, the Salar Tribe Barbarians were not much different from the Murong Clan and other tribes. If it weren't for his older brother Zhang Jiunian coordinating everything, he would have led his team to slaughter through the large encampment long ago! 0

"Take off your clothes." 0

Xu Zhen instructed Zhou Cang. The latter, who could kill without blinking an eye, was taken aback by Xu Zhen's words; his old face instantly flushed red. 0

"This..." He muttered internally but being a stubborn man, since he recognized Xu Zhen as his Lord, he would comply with anything asked—even if it meant shedding skin! However, if given a choice, he would rather shed just a layer of skin... 0

Zhou Cangtang, standing at nine feet tall, revealed a robust body like bronze and iron after shedding his armor, along with layers of scars and the brand of a slave on his skin. 0

Yin Zong and Ulyet understood the intention of Xu Zhen upon seeing Zhou Cang's brand. Zhang Jiunian had already grasped Xu Zhen's purpose and exchanged glances with his brothers. The remaining eleven Red Armored Brothers removed their armor, standing side by side with Zhou Cang. Their fierce aura suddenly radiated, and the slave brands on their bodies highlighted their current bravery, resembling heroic iron statues. 0

Xu Zhen approached Gao He Shu, gazing directly at him. Influenced by the atmosphere, Gao He Shu's eyes sparkled with determination as he tore open his chest clothing, ripping off the inner leather armor to reveal a wolf head tattoo on his chest. 0

Like other Rouran People, he had endured enslavement from various tribes on the grasslands, bearing more slave brands than scars. 0

"I'd rather be a ghost of Rouran than a slave of the grasslands!" Caesar exclaimed softly, his eyes reddening. His delicate voice contrasted sharply with the masculine atmosphere surrounding them. Yet, the Rouran brothers felt as if they were struck by a hammer, recalling their past suffering under slavery. Thinking of their current freedom galloping across the grasslands filled their hearts with profound emotion, and they collectively shouted with moist eyes! 0

"I'd rather be a ghost of Rouran than a slave of the grasslands!" 0

"I'd rather be a ghost of Rouran than a slave of the grasslands!" 0

Xu Zhen slowly turned around, extending the hilt of her curved blade toward Ulyet. Then she asked solemnly, "Do you want to kill your enemy for a momentary thrill or keep this mad dog alive to completely overthrow the Murong Clan?" 0

Ulyet trembled as he took the curved blade with both hands, lowering his head. He dragged the blade toward Murong Xiao, and everyone held their breath. 0

"Ah!!!" 0

Ulyet roared like a wild beast, raising the curved blade high! 0

Zhang Jiunian felt a jolt in his heart and couldn't help but sigh in regret. However, before he could settle his emotions, blood sprayed into the air; it was not Murong Xiao who fell but the steed behind him! 0

Ulyet severed the horse's head, smearing its blood across his face. He raised the curved blade again and shouted to his kin and brothers: "Flatten Murong! Avenge our grievances!" 0

Salarian felt an overwhelming surge within his chest; this heroic spirit erupted into a thunderous roar: "Flatten Murong! Avenge our grievances!" 0

"Flatten Murong! Avenge the hatred!" 0

The Xu Zhen walked to Murong Xiao's side, not sparing him a glance, as if he were already a dead man. Following Ulyet's example, he smeared horse blood on his face, raised his long knife, and held it horizontally across his chest. Everyone fell silent in an instant. 0

"Tell me, whose pasture is this!" 0

He spoke in Tang Language, but his tall and slender figure stood with the knife like a towering giant! Ulyet, Yin Zong, and many others understood and immediately shouted in unison: "Salar! Salar! Salar!" 0

The Xu Zhen raised the long knife high, his chest heaving, his expression cold, and with all his strength shouted: "Salar!" 0

Boom! Thunder roared, and heavy rain poured down! 0
