Su Jin'er's body trembled continuously as she raised her head and took out her phone to call Li Jing. 0

The air in the security room became unusually oppressive. How did Grandpa Liu die? Could the Killer really murder right under their noses? 0

While the police had not yet arrived, Su Jin'er walked over to Grandpa Liu's body and examined it closely. She reached out to check the cause of Grandpa Liu's death but was stopped by Chu Feifan. 0

"When Grandpa Liu died, we were the only ones present. Those idiot police will definitely consider us major suspects, and we still don't know how Grandpa Liu actually died. It's better not to touch anything carelessly." 0

"Yeah! Jin'er, you might leave your fingerprints if you mess around!" 0

Su Jin'er paused for a moment; she had thought of that too. However, the Killer was just too cruel, not even sparing an elderly man. She was filled with anger! 0

Looking at Grandpa Liu's peaceful face, she suddenly noticed that his lips, hidden beneath his white beard, had turned purple. This meant that Grandpa Liu had died from poisoning, which could prove that this case was not a ghostly murder. 0

"Look, Grandpa Liu's lips are purple, which means he might have died from poisoning." 0

Upon hearing Su Jin'er's words, the others gathered around. 0

"That means these cases are not due to Xiaoqing's ghost seeking revenge!" Linyuan exclaimed in surprise. 0

"Even if Grandpa Liu didn't die from poisoning, it can still prove that these cases weren't caused by Xiaoqing's ghost!" Su Jin'er’s eyes were still filled with tears, making her already watery eyes appear even more glistening. 0

"What do you mean?" Linyuan asked curiously. 0

"Motivation! The motive for murder." Chu Feifan looked at Su Jin'er and replied, "Even if a ghost kills, there should be a reason! Unless this ghost has deep resentment and wants to kill everyone to find peace, but such ghosts are rare. It wouldn't be our luck to encounter one just like that!" 0

"No, there's another possibility, which is that Grandpa Liu and Li Yiqing's deaths are related. Look at Grandpa Liu's expression; he seems to be smiling, and his death looks peaceful. So, it seems we might have overlooked something," Su Jin'er said with a frown. She had always felt that something was off, but she couldn't quite remember what. 0

A few people quietly pondered their thoughts, and no one spoke. Soon after, the sound of police sirens broke the silence of the school once again. 0

This was already the fourth person, and the students finally realized the seriousness of the situation. Some timid ones requested leave from school to go home, while others had their parents come directly to take them away. With such a big incident occurring, the school couldn't refuse the requests of students and parents. Besides, winter break was approaching anyway, so they decided to start the holiday a month early. 0

At this moment, chaos reigned in the school. Of course, some fearless students and those who loved studying insisted on staying. Su Jin'er looked at the bustling school and couldn't help but smile bitterly. It had been more than half a month since Grandpa Liu's death, yet there had been no further incidents of murder at the school, and the police had not provided satisfactory answers regarding these cases. Meanwhile, there was still no news about the missing Li Yiqian. 0

The sky today remained gloomy, but despite being overcast for so long, not a single snowflake had fallen. 0

"Xiaoyuan, are you scared?" Su Jin'er suddenly asked softly to Linyuan beside her. 0

"I'm scared, but I'm also very curious; I want to catch that despicable Killer myself." After a pause, she continued, "But I'm really worried about Qian Qian. I wonder where she is right now?" 0

Qian Qian? 0

That's right; they had been so concerned about Li Yiqian being in danger that they completely forgot that Li Yiqian was also closely related to Li Yiqing. So what role did Li Yiqian play in this matter? 0

"Xiaoyuan, let's go back to the dormitory," Su Jin'er said as she turned and pulled Linyuan toward their dormitory. 0

Perhaps all the puzzles could be solved now, but why did she not feel even a hint of happiness? 0

"Su Jin'er! Linyuan!" 0

Just as they were about to step through the dormitory door, they heard Chu Feifan's voice behind them. 0

"We found more information about Zhang Junsheng, but this information complicates the issues we are facing," Chu Feifan said, frowning, with beads of sweat forming on his forehead. 0

"What information?" 0

"Zhang Junsheng's original name was indeed Zhang Jun. He suddenly disappeared two years ago; that part is correct. However, the following information will erase all the clues we previously knew." He swallowed hard and continued, "Zhang Junsheng and Li Yiqian were actually classmates from the same year." 0

"What?" Su Jin'er and Linyuan exclaimed in disbelief, their eyes widening. 0

If the information that Chu Feifan and Zuo Yi found is true, then those events did not happen five years ago but three years ago. How could Ouyang Chunxiao and Wu Nannan, who told them the story from five years ago, claim it was five years ago? 0

All the originally clear clues became a tangled mess, even the slightest thread was lost in the chaos. 0

Su Jin'er felt as if she had lost all her strength. Even if she wanted to ask Ouyang Chunxiao for clarification now, it was too late because she had just seen her being picked up by her parents. 0

A feeling she had never experienced before told her that this matter would not end here; there would be more deaths, and this was just the beginning. 0

She hated this feeling. She desperately tried to shake off the voice in her mind, but it felt like it had taken root in her brain and wouldn't go away. The pain nearly drove her to the brink of collapse. 0

At some point, snowflakes began to fall from the sky. Pure white snowflakes drifted down—one flake, two flakes... more and more snowflakes landed in every corner of the campus. Watching the swirling snowflakes filled her with an inexplicable fear. She dreaded this feeling because every time she felt such inexplicable fear, someone would die. Would it be the same this time? 0

She painfully closed her eyes, and a car appeared in her mind—a private car driving smoothly on the road. Suddenly, her heart raced as if it were about to leap out of her chest. She clenched her fists tightly, her knuckles turning white. 0

The fear made her want to open her eyes; perhaps if she opened them, she wouldn't see that car anymore. But the harder she tried to open her eyes, the tighter they closed, making that private car even clearer—as if she were closely following behind it. This situation was eerily similar to a movie she had seen called The Grim Reaper Is Here. The oppressive fear made it hard for her to breathe. Who was in that car? Was what she saw real? 0

She wanted to scream; she wanted Linyuan to wake her up, but it felt as if she couldn't find her voice at all. 0

"Linyuan, hurry up and discover, hurry up and wake yourself up!" 0

It seemed like Linyuan really heard her call, as just when she saw a large truck crashing into a private car, Linyuan woke her up. 0

"Jin'er, what's wrong? It's so cold, why are you sweating so much?" Linyuan looked at her strangely. "Did you have a nightmare?" 0

"Was I just now with my eyes open or closed?" 0

"Of course they were closed. When people sleep, they have to close their eyes! Why would you ask such a strange question?" Linyuan said with a smile. 0

Sleep? Wasn't she standing outside the dormitory? How could she be sleeping? And wasn't it snowing? Wasn't she standing in the snow? 0

At that moment, she realized that she was actually in the dormitory and lying in bed. 0

She stood up and rushed to the balcony. Outside the window, the campus was covered in a blanket of white; snow blanketed the ground, and occasionally one or two students passed through the snow, leaving behind a trail of footprints. The sky was still pouring down heavy snowflakes. 0

"Xiaoyuan, how did I end up in the dormitory? Weren't we talking with Chu Feifan and the others on campus? How did I end up here? Also, didn't it just start snowing? Why is there so much snow already?" Her mind was filled with questions; what on earth was happening? 0

Linyuan widened her eyes in disbelief as she looked at her, then reached out to touch her forehead and said, "No fever?" 0

Su Jin'er pushed her hand away and said, "Quickly tell me what's going on here!" 0

"It has been snowing for a day and a night already! What's wrong with you? What you're talking about happened the day before yesterday," Linyuan said, noticing her anxious expression and realizing she wasn't joking. 0

Su Jin'er was so shocked that she almost fell. She leaned against the wall, her fingertips icy cold. If what Linyuan said was true, it meant she had lost a day and a night of memory. Why did this happen? What had occurred during that time? Why couldn’t she remember anything at all? 0

She hit her head hard with her hand, and Linyuan quickly grabbed her: "What are you doing to yourself? What happened while you were missing? We didn't even have time to ask you!" 0

"Missing? You mean I was missing? Tell me everything that happened since the afternoon of the day before yesterday when we were talking to Chu Feifan and the others!" 0

Linyuan looked at her pale face and then pulled her to sit on the bed. 0

"That day, they told us that Li Yiqing and Zhang Junsheng were classmates, which puzzled us. Then it started snowing, so we all went back to the dormitory. After we returned, you began searching through Li Yiqian's bed, drawers, and cabinets for something. When I asked what you were looking for, you just said you didn’t know. I didn’t think much of it. The next morning when I woke up, I found you weren’t in the dormitory, and I was terrified. So I got Chu Feifan and the others to help me look for you. But we searched all day and couldn’t find you. Just when we were considering whether to tell Officer Li, you suddenly came back. When you returned, your face was pale, and you were trembling all over. When I asked where you had been or what happened, you wouldn’t say anything; you only said you were very tired and wanted to sleep. By then it was already past nine in the evening. I thought you must have been freezing, so I didn’t ask anything else and let you sleep until you just woke up." 0

After hearing Linyuan's words, Su Jin'er became even more anxious. She must have discovered something, which is why she went out. But what had she found? What had she been looking for among Li Yiqian's things? Why had she lost this part of her memory? 0

Her thoughts became increasingly chaotic, and her head began to ache. She touched the back of her head and suddenly realized there was a bump there, which meant she had been hit by someone. 0
