At the moment when Sky Whirlwind and the unmasked Luo Xin were further discussing the true essence of martial artists in the Council Hall, two unfortunate individuals had managed to escape punishment earlier and had slipped away, yet they still couldn't shake off everything they had noticed inside the Council Hall!
