Li Xin heard the news of the Grand Commander's arrival and turned to give Sun Thirteen a knowing glance. This is even better! With a general from the Qin Army who has the final say here, there is room for negotiation, whether in agreement or disagreement. According to what the Commander just said, Meng Wu and Wang Jian were expected to return with tens of thousands of Qin Army soldiers. Strategies aside, Bai Qi clearly hadn't anticipated such a large number of troops being trapped on their side.
