Since Pandora's Gate has been opened, it would be a shame not to take a look inside. Thus, the two decided to venture in for an on-site exploration, seeking the historical truths hidden in the vast world. To their surprise, the exploration revealed something astonishing: beneath the Stone House was an enormous woodworking workshop. Why use this term? Because it was filled with all kinds of carpentry tools, large and small, a dazzling array. As for how they could be sure these were woodworking tools, one doesn't need to have eaten pork to know how a pig runs. 0

The two exchanged glances involuntarily; no wonder there wasn't a single wooden item above—everything was stored below! A craftsman must sharpen his tools before he can do good work; using all available wood to create is, in itself, a form of respect for the material. As for why this was done, many might not understand. Strangely enough, many processed wooden beams were just lying on the ground. 0

In the center of the workshop stood a massive bird-headed wooden frame structure. What this object was remained uncertain for now. Chuchu seemed to know something but acted clueless whenever Luzi brought it up. 0

"Do as you please! I'm too lazy to deal with you!" 0

Luzi organized his breakfast and decided that after eating, he would go down the mountain. He had yet to fulfill his promise to visit a few elders; it was about time he did so. Besides, if he kept speaking in archaic language all day, what if he forgot how to communicate normally? If he asked Chuchu for help with his writing, she would likely run away in an instant. With only two people living at the mountain top, who else could he turn to? Sigh! It wouldn’t be right to catch a rabbit and then talk about obscure poetry with it! If he truly intended to do that, it would be better to discuss carrots instead! 0

Sitting on a stone bench and looking at the food he had personally prepared, Luzi suddenly realized that he seemed to be talking to himself again. This kind of situation was becoming increasingly frequent; he might end up going crazy! Just as he was about to get up and find Chuchu in the workshop, he noticed everything around him seemed to shift slightly. 0

What’s happening? An earthquake! 0

With a deep rumbling sound, a wave of black smoke surged from the stone door that had remained open. Not good! Chuchu was still down there! Luzi slapped the stone table and leaped towards the stone door. Just as he planned to rush into the smoke and rescue her, he saw a dark figure emerging from the haze. He quickly halted his movement and drew his sword while calling out. 0

"Who goes there!? Identify yourself!" 0

"Cough! Cough!" 0

"Coughing? I don’t understand bird language! Speak human language!" 0

"Cough! It's... it's me! Chuchu!" 0

Finally hearing a familiar voice, Luzi hurriedly sheathed his sword. Ignoring the propriety of gender interactions, he rushed over to check for injuries. "What is a girl like you doing sawing wood? And now you're playing with fire!? Are you alright? This is bad! You've ruined your looks!" 0

Her current appearance was even more terrifying than the legendary yellow-faced woman; she couldn't let certain people see her like this! Chuchu coughed while closing the stone door, signaling that her so-called ruined looks were really no big deal! Leaving Luzi, who was still in shock, she hurried to the back to wash up. 0

The rising smoke had not ignited the wooden materials in the workshop when Luzi reopened the stone door. A strong smell of sulfur hit him, leaving him puzzled. Could there be a Dan furnace of Taishang Laojun in the workshop!? 0

Regardless of whether there was a Dan furnace that required sulfur as an ingredient, at least the breakfast on the table was already covered in black dust. Looking at the breakfast he had worked hard to prepare all morning, tears nearly welled up in Luzi's eyes. They say when someone is down on their luck, even drinking cold water gets stuck in their teeth; it seemed to be true! He stood up to take the small plate on the table to throw it away but bumped into someone blocking the kitchen door. Who was this!? Causing trouble in broad daylight! Luzi tried to remind this person to step aside. As he spoke, he looked up and was stunned. 0

A celestial being from beyond!? Or had Chuchu eaten a celestial pill!? 0

Seeing Luzi standing there with a plate and looking dumbfounded, Chuchu couldn't help but burst into laughter. She teased, "The once humble gentleman is indeed just a facade! How rude you are!" 0

As soon as those words were spoken, Luzi's face turned bright red. If there had been a third person present, they might have had to silence her! Glancing around and seeing no one else, he finally relaxed. Bowing slightly, he explained, "There’s a poem that says, 'A graceful lady is a good match for a gentleman!' Even ancient people believed this should be so; we shouldn't be too distant." Just as he was saying this, tears started flowing uncontrollably. He lamented, "I didn't expect that I would be Hou Yi while Chuchu is Chang'e. You went to the Moon Palace after eating a celestial pill and left me here in this world lamenting alone. How can I bear it!" 0

Hearing someone who always spoke of righteousness and virtue lamenting like this made Chuchu finally realize Luzi's most tender side. She stepped forward and took his hand gently, saying softly, "Chang'e hasn't left; she has always wanted to take Hou Yi with her to the Moon Palace." Without waiting for a response, she pulled Luzi along into the corridor. 0

Listening to her melodious voice, Luzi suddenly recalled the ambiguity from that night when Shen Bao winked at him. No wonder this guy knew Chuchu was skilled in Disguise Technique; it turned out he had seen her true face! What Shen had said back then wasn't referring to Chuchu's Disguise Technique but something else entirely! Sigh! It seemed that not having lived among people recently had dulled his mind! Despite all these thoughts, they did not affect their pace as they headed back toward the workshop beneath Stone House. Suddenly an idea sprouted: were they really going to the Moon? Could it be... Chuchu still had a celestial pill saved for him!? 0

Reality and dreams are always distant yet inspire people to strive for them throughout their lives. There were no celestial pills or Dan furnaces of Taishang Laojun in the workshop; only a massive structure made entirely of wood stood in the center. The original frame had been completely repaired; however, the equally long wings on either side appeared disproportionate compared to the middle section. The construction site had been cleaned up; if it weren't for the explosion scattering tools everywhere, everything would have returned to its original place by now. This meant that all assembly work had been completed! 0

Flying!? Could humanity really achieve this? 0

The scattered tools from the explosion did not hinder the departure of the massive structure. Chuchu looked at the slide ahead and signaled for Luzi to come help. The two pushed the great bird forward until they stopped in front of a stone wall. 0

Lu Zi was filled with thoughts of exploring the Moon Palace, but the hesitation of the person in front made him feel uncertain. That legend could very well be an illusion! It might just be a repeat of Kua Fu Chasing the Sun! As he pondered how to handle the situation, he saw two stone doors parting to reveal a smooth, sloping slide before them. This stone wall had been the final barrier, blocking humanity from pursuing their dreams of the unknown. 0
