Time flies swiftly. On the fourth night after Lord's death, in a secret house, Demon Eye's fingers danced over the keyboard, a smile curving at the corners of his mouth, his eyes filled with excitement.
During this time, the Dark Order organization launched a strong counterattack everywhere. However, Demon Eye issued a strict order for all affiliated forces to remain silent, allowing the Dark Order to create chaos while he stayed still.
This strategy caused the Dark Order to suffer significantly. Their actions were too ostentatious, drawing the attention of military forces worldwide, which severely suppressed their movements.
Demon Eye achieved a preliminary victory in this initial confrontation by playing the role of a fisherman.
Particularly in America, the Mafia suffered the greatest losses. Originally under the military's scrutiny, the Mafia faced severe crackdowns due to schemes by figures like Crocodile and Lion. Many members became prisoners, while others hid like rats.
Demon Eye had done nothing these days but focus on infiltrating the enemy's intelligence network and cracking their information.
After nearly a month of careful infiltration, he was just one percent away from success, yet the enemy remained oblivious.
It must be said that Demon Eye is truly a rare talent, evolving from a petty thief who liked to steal women's underwear into a highly skilled top hacker. This proves that excellence can emerge from any field; you can't deny it!
Some things are innate—talent. Compared to talent, hard work seems less important.
A person with talent can master something in just three minutes, while someone without it can only become half an expert through effort and will never surpass those with natural ability.
The world is indeed unfair!
“Ha ha! Done! Damn it, a bunch of rookies dare to challenge me, Demon Eye? How ridiculous!” As Demon Eye saw the success message on the screen, he quickly copied all the data in excitement.
Just as he successfully copied the data, his computer was suddenly hit by a fierce attack. However, it was already too late; no matter how much they struggled, they could not destroy all the data in Demon Eye's hands.
“Well done for figuring out so quickly that Grandpa stole your data! But it's too bad; you’re far from being able to compete with me! Since you dared to attack me, I’ll play with you. I’ll show you who truly reigns in the hacking world!”
Demon Eye laughed triumphantly and decided to have some fun instead of focusing on the data. He engaged in cyber warfare with those attacking him.
At this moment, on the other side of the world, deep within a dense forest in Indonesia, a large area had been developed and established with clusters of houses.
Inside a house, a group of people sat at their computers, overwhelmed and stressed. They felt immense pressure because they were being outmaneuvered by their opponent.
If they had known that their adversary was just one person, Demon Eye, they would likely have been furious to the point of bloodshed. One person against a group of elite hackers clearly demonstrated the exceptional skill of Demon Eye.
While they were busy, a man dressed in casual attire walked briskly into the house, flanked by two followers.
This man had a resolute expression, with an inscrutable aura of decisiveness in his eyes. However, at this moment, his brow was furrowed with anger and anxiety.
"Lord Eternity, you have arrived..." a middle-aged man standing nearby stammered as he saw the man approach, trembling with fear.
Indeed, the data had been stolen without their knowledge. Standing before Eternity, the mastermind behind the Dark Order organization, he was naturally filled with dread.
Upon seeing the middle-aged man, Eternity's face turned icy. He swiftly slapped the man to the ground with such speed that the middle-aged man didn't even have time to react.
"Worthless! A bunch of worthless fools! What do I keep you around for? You couldn't even steal enemy data as instructed, and now you've let them steal from you instead. What use are you alive? You might as well go die!" Eternity roared in fury.
No one dared to speak; everyone trembled in fear. Even their fingers, which should have been nimble on the keyboard, felt clumsy at that moment.
"I'm sorry, Lord Eternity. We are currently trying to find a way to remedy this situation. Please don't be anxious..." The middle-aged man knelt on the ground, repeatedly bowing his head in supplication.
"Remedy? What is the current situation?" Eternity reined in his temper and asked.
"The enemy has stolen all the data. We are attacking their server now, planning to incapacitate them..." The middle-aged man replied hesitantly.
"Have you incapacitated them yet?" Eternity interrupted coldly.
"Not yet... The opponent is too formidable; we currently have no way to deal with them..." The middle-aged man's heart raced as he stammered.
"Too formidable? Can't handle them? I think it's you who are too useless! I give you half an hour; you must bring them down!" Eternity's voice grew colder, his expression terrifying like a bloodthirsty evil ghost emerging from hell.
"Yes, we will do everything we can to take down his server..." The middle-aged man said nervously, then immediately addressed everyone, "Did you all hear that? I give you twenty minutes to deal with the enemy; put all your strength into it!"
Eternity slapped the middle-aged man on the head and shouted angrily, "What are you doing right now? Are you planning to command others?"
"No, no, I'm going to get to work right now..." The middle-aged man, fearing that Eternity would lose patience and eliminate him, hurried off to do his task.
Eternity sat nearby watching them work. Less than half an hour later, the middle-aged man approached with a look of terror on his face.
"What’s wrong? Haven't you taken down the opponent yet?" Eternity asked, his eyes harboring a deadly intent.
The middle-aged man remained silent, lowering his head and trembling uncontrollably.
Eternity cast a cold glance around and noticed that everyone had stopped working. A wave of murderous intent erupted from his eyes.
He stood up and kicked the middle-aged man hard, sending him crashing to the ground, spitting blood.
"Waste! You're all nothing but waste! I spent so much money training you, and you're just a bunch of complete failures!" Eternity roared, his expression darkening as he turned to leave.
As he walked out, he ordered, "Eliminate all these wastes; leave no one behind!"
"Ah, please no!"
"Don't kill me; I have a family to support..."
"Please let me go; I don't want to die yet!"
...
Eternity was furious beyond measure; he didn't want to hear the pleas of these useless people. Even if they begged for mercy, he wouldn't show any compassion!
It is not entirely their fault that those people lack ability; their strength is indeed among the top in the world. Unfortunately, their opponent is the exceptionally talented Demon Eye, which led to their complete defeat.
After crashing the opponent's server, Demon Eye couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief and snapped his fingers vigorously. "Damn it, that felt great! You think you can compete with me? You're too naive. I just want to ask, who else is there? Who else dares to challenge me?"
Demon Eye was full of himself, acting as if he were invincible. Indeed, so far, no one has been his match, not even the talented Mo Ming, who had to admit that he was inferior to Demon Eye!
"Tsk tsk, that bastard Shura must be going crazy with joy this time. If he doesn't give me a good price, I won't provide him with the information!" Demon Eye opened the copied data and couldn't help but feel ecstatic.
The data contained information on members of the Dark Order, along with several secret documents. If this information were to be made public, it would undoubtedly cause a huge uproar worldwide.
At that point, the Dark Order would truly become like a rat crossing the street, targeted by countries and various factions!
"Hey hey, Shura, let me tell you some good news." Demon Eye immediately called Mo Ming.
Mo Ming, still half-asleep, perked up at the mention of good news and sat up excitedly. "Hurry up and tell me, what's the good news?"
"A shocking piece of news!"
"Damn it, stop keeping me in suspense and just say it!" Mo Ming replied impatiently.
"Remember, you must fulfill your promise to me!"
"Got it, Brother Demon Eye. Just spill it already! What’s the news?" Mo Ming was getting frustrated; he didn't like this kind of teasing.
"I have successfully cracked their important information. I guarantee that if we release this information, we can definitely bring down the Dark Order!" Demon Eye said with a wicked grin.
"That's fantastic! Just wait for me; I'm coming to find you right now!" Mo Ming's face lit up with joy, but he didn't ask further questions. He knew that such matters couldn't be explained clearly over the phone; he needed to visit Demon Eye in person.
After hanging up, Mo Ming kissed Ji Yue on the forehead while she was still asleep. Just as he was about to turn and leave, Ji Yue reached out and pulled him back.
"Where are you going at this late hour?" Ji Yue asked, her eyes still heavy with sleep.
"I have something to take care of. I must go for a while, but you can rest easy. Once I'm done, I'll come back to find you," Mo Ming said with a smile as he looked at Ji Yue.
"I'm really afraid you'll leave me," Ji Yue said worriedly. "Do you think I'm a bad woman for squeezing into your life even though I know you have Jun Qianqian and the others? Will you hate me?"
"Fool, why are you saying such silly things? How could I ever leave you? Just get some good rest and don't overthink it. Once everything is settled, I'll talk to them about us," Mo Ming said, smiling as he kissed Ji Yue's forehead.
"Okay, I'll wait for you to come back," Ji Yue replied, lightly biting her lip and nodding.
"I'm leaving now." With that, Mo Ming quickly went downstairs and drove away from the hospital.
Soon, Mo Ming arrived at the location of Demon Eye. As soon as he entered, he saw Demon Eye sipping red wine and listening to music, looking completely relaxed.
"Hey, you're just in time! I just opened a bottle of red wine; let's celebrate together!" Demon Eye raised his glass toward Mo Ming.
"The celebration will have to wait until after everything is done! I need to check the information first!" Mo Ming replied with an eye roll.
"Then go ahead and look at it yourself; I'll drink alone!" Demon Eye pointed at the computer. "I've already pulled it up for you. Once you're done, come join me for a drink!"
