The night view of Nanhua City is beautiful, especially the seaside scenery, which is a major feature of Nanhua City. There is a beach called "Couple's Beach," where the waves roll and splash in the shallow waters. An artificial platform has been built, adorned with countless wooden cabins, each decorated with bright lights.

This place is a paradise for countless couples. Hand in hand, they stroll barefoot along the beach, whispering sweet nothings. Even if it rains, they can take refuge in the cabins, sipping drinks while enjoying the sound of the waves and the gentle rain.
This is the most leisurely way to date, appealing to many couples. At night, pairs of lovers can be seen everywhere arriving at this spot.
As night falls, stars twinkle in the sky.
A couple walks hand in hand along the beach, sharing a comfortable silence but wearing smiles on their faces. The woman is breathtakingly beautiful, with a figure that many women envy; the man, on the other hand, has an average appearance—just handsome enough to be considered attractive but not strikingly so. To outsiders, it feels like a classic tale of an underdog winning over a rich beauty.
These two are none other than Mo Ming and Lin Yuan'er.
Since Qian Yiming was taught a lesson, he no longer dared to cause trouble. After a few days of adjustment, Han Xue's mood has improved and she has thrown herself back into work.
Meeting Qian Yiming was a significant hurdle in Han Xue's life; overcoming it has taught her much and helped her mature. She understands now that relying on herself is key to living well and taking care of her loved ones.
With little official business at the company, Mo Ming enjoys a leisurely life, often playing games or smoking when there's nothing to do. His evenings tend to be quite dull.
Therefore, tonight Lin Yuan'er insisted on dragging Mo Ming to "Couple's Beach" under the pretext of nurturing their relationship. Mo Ming didn't mind; he had already decided to accept her as his wife and naturally wanted to spend some time with her.
Lin Yuan'er released Mo Ming's hand and opened her arms, taking a few steps forward with her hair flowing elegantly behind her. Each step left footprints in the sand. She then turned around with a radiant smile; her flowing hair made her look particularly enchanting at that moment.
Mo Ming found himself somewhat captivated; a charming smile crept onto his lips as he stopped in his tracks and gazed affectionately at Lin Yuan'er.
"Brother Mo," Lin Yuan'er exclaimed, "I feel like the happiest woman in the world. I really wish time could stop at this moment. I cherish today; it will be my best memory."
"Well, as long as you're happy," Mo Ming replied.
Lin Yuan'er smiled even brighter and ran back, like a little girl, saying, "When we grow old, can we live here and stroll on the beach every night?"
"Sure."
Mo Ming nodded gently. There was no need for more words; just those two simple words surpassed any grand promises. A man's flowery speech could often feel insincere to a woman, but this brief promise was just right.
"Brother Mo, you’re so nice."
Lin Yuan'er immediately pecked Mo Ming's lips lightly and then ran away with a smile, turning back to say, "Come chase me! If you catch me, I'll give you a few kisses."
Teased by Lin Yuan'er, Mo Ming immediately chased after her. It wasn't just to catch her for a few kisses; it was to make Lin Yuan'er even happier. Otherwise, with his speed, he could easily catch up.
"Hurry up, Brother Mo! You're so slow!"
"Wait for me!"
"I'm not waiting for you, you big bad guy! If I let you catch up, I won't give you any kisses... Oh no!"
Unintentionally, Lin Yuan'er tripped over a stone and felt a sharp pain shoot through her brain. She frowned lightly, holding her sprained ankle and pouting, "That hurts..."
"Yuan, are you okay?" Seeing Lin Yuan'er fall, Mo Ming rushed over quickly.
Lin Yuan'er flashed a look of surprise, then pouted and said, "My foot hurts so much."
"Let me take a look." Mo Ming squatted down to check Lin Yuan'er's foot. Her ankle was slightly swollen and red. "You've twisted your ankle. Just bear with it."
"Okay." Lin Yuan'er nodded lightly.
Suddenly, there was a crack sound, and Lin Yuan'er let out a soft cry, "Ah, it hurts so much."
"All done." Mo Ming stood up and extended his hand to Lin Yuan'er with a smile. "Let me help you up and see if you can stand."
"Mm." Lin Yuan'er took Mo Ming's hand and felt a force pulling her up. However, the moment she stood up, a sharp pain shot through her ankle, and she suddenly fell back down. "Ah!"
Fortunately, Mo Ming reacted quickly and steadied Lin Yuan'er with both hands. He shook his head with a wry smile and immediately squatted down again, saying to Lin Yuan'er, "It seems you can't walk. Hop on my back; I'll carry you back."
Lin Yuan'er’s ankle still hurt a lot, but her face was filled with happiness as she leaned against Mo Ming's back. Mo Ming felt the softness against him and paused for a moment before lifting Lin Yuan'er onto his back.
"Do you want to go back?"
"Well, I can't walk. Even if I don't want to go back, I have to," Lin Yuan'er replied with some surprise, then showed a hint of disappointment as she said, "What bad luck! I finally had the chance to come here with Brother Mo, and I ended up falling. It's so frustrating."
"Since you don't want to go back yet, let's keep exploring," Mo Ming said with a smile. "If you don't mind, let me carry you to see the sights here. Whenever you want to go back, we can head back then."
"Are you not tired?" Lin Yuan'er felt a pang of concern, thinking about how tired Mo Ming must be carrying her. She immediately shook her head and said, "Never mind, I don't want you to be too tired. Let's go back."
"Let's walk around a bit more."
"Okay."
The two of them walked in silence for a long time, perfectly in sync without speaking. Eventually, it was Lin Yuan'er who suggested they go into one of the wooden cabins to rest, prompting Mo Ming to finally stop.
Each cabin was decorated for couples; the rooms were not small and could accommodate a large bed. The bed was purple, and the lighting in the room was also purple. Not every room was the same; this was chosen by Lin Yuan'er.
The only window in the room faced the distant sea, where a small round table was placed near it, along with two cute animal-shaped sofas—one resembling SpongeBob and the other Patrick Star.
Mo Ming and Lin Yuan'er each took a seat on the sofas, enjoying the view of the sea in the distance. The sky and sea blended together, dotted with stars, while a thin mist rose further away. Under the hazy moonlight, the scenery was breathtaking.
They ordered some snacks and began chatting about their past. It was Lin Yuan'er who initiated the conversation, which led Mo Ming to reminisce about old memories. This night clearly felt wonderful.
There was no hint of ambiguity; simply sitting together and chatting was already delightful.
But suddenly...
"Knock knock knock..."
Urgent knocking came from outside the door, interrupting their conversation. Just as Mo Ming frowned with a flash of anger in his eyes, they heard a brazen voice calling from outside.
"Get the hell out of here, you guys inside! This room is reserved for Cao Rui, the Young Master. It's not open to the public tonight. Take double the room fee and get lost."
Mo Ming's expression darkened, feeling a surge of anger. What kind of nonsense was this? Just because they had money, they thought they were something special?
"Get lost! Stop disturbing me while I'm having a romantic moment. If you bark again, I'll throw you into the sea to feed the fish!"
"You're really asking for it. Just wait, I'll make you kneel and call me 'Grandpa'!"
The person outside angrily shouted, and then there was a loud sound as the door was kicked. The door wasn't thick, and after a few kicks, it broke down. Mo Ming moved swiftly and, as someone entered, he raised his foot and kicked that person out, sending them splashing into the sea.
"I told you, if you keep barking, I'll make you feed the fish. You think you're tough just because you learned to kick down doors? Whose dog is this that isn't being watched properly? If it has no owner, I'll just take care of it myself."
This was the Shallow Sea Area. The person who fell stood up immediately, wiped the seawater off his face, and saw that the one standing in front of him was just a young boy. He shouted angrily, "Kid, you're pretty bold to kick me! Do you know my master is Cao Rui, the future heir of Cao's Real Estate?"
"Oh, I know. Just Cao Rui's dog, right? So what?" Mo Ming sneered. "Don't think just because you're a dog that I won't beat you up if your master shows up!"
"What a big mouth! I'm Cao Rui, right here! What do you plan to do about it?"
As soon as Mo Ming finished speaking, another voice came from behind him. Mo Ming turned to look.
He saw a man in casual clothes walking over with a glamorous woman in his arms. The man was none other than Cao Rui himself. He had the strikingly handsome appearance typical of a pretty boy and easily attracted fangirls.
Clearly, the woman in Cao Rui's arms was one of those fangirls.
"I'm looking at you, and you seem like the owner of that drowned dog," Mo Ming said with a sinister smile. "You've come at a good time. I finally managed to create some atmosphere, and your dog ruined it. Your grandfather is very angry, and the consequences will be severe!"
"Heh, I don't know whether to say you're brave or foolish. Do you realize that what you just said is enough to make you disappear forever?" Cao Rui kissed the fangirl beside him and laughed. "But since I'm in a good mood today, if you apologize, you can leave."
"Wow, I'm so scared. Just saying a few words could make me disappear. Cao Young Master is truly domineering." Mo Ming initially pretended to be frightened, but then his expression turned cold. "However, you stole my lines. Since I'm still in a good mood today, if you apologize and take your dog far away, I'll let you go this time."
Lin Yuan'er had an injury on her foot and didn't come out; she stayed in the room and was unaware of what was happening outside. She immediately spoke up, "Brother Mo, what's going on?"
"Oh, your voice sounds quite lovely. You must look good too. Why not bring her out for me to see? That way, I might let you go. Heh heh, I guarantee that once she sees me, she won't pay any attention to you, poor loser!" Cao Rui teased.
Cao Rui's dog climbed ashore and glanced at Lin Yuan'er inside the room. Its eyes lit up as it swallowed hard and said, "Cao Young Master, the girl inside seems quite attractive."
"In that case, why don't you help me pull her out so I can take a good look? If she's pretty enough, we can have a double date tonight."
Upon hearing this, the fangirl became a bit displeased and lightly punched Cao Rui's chest, pouting, "That's annoying! Isn't it enough to have me tonight?"
"Baby, don't be angry. I was just joking. The woman who can catch that guy's eye can't be that great; she must be one of those..."
