Chapter 295: A Cousin Emerges
Xiao Yun drove directly to Heaven's End Hotel with Li Qiqin.
The last time Xia Xiaoya brought Niu Tian here for a meal, what impressed him the most was the unique dishes, which were quite delicious and reasonably priced.

Fortunately, Li Qiqin appeared indifferent, which eased Xiao Yun's nervousness slightly.
Only then did Sister Han's gaze shift to Li Qiqin. After a moment of surprise, she laughed and said, "Mr. Xiao, how could this beauty be your teacher? You both look about the same age! When Xiao Yun left after dining here last time, Sister Han had seen Xia Xiaoya linking arms with him, so in her mind, he was definitely Xia Xiaoya's boyfriend.

The room was not large but very exquisite.
In the center of the table was a slender vase holding a bouquet of bright red roses.
Xiao Lan poured each of them a cup of tea.
The two chatted casually while sipping tea.
"Teacher Li, you are really beautiful. I feel so happy to be with you!" Xiao Yun said with a smile as he looked at the goddess in front of him.
Li Qiqin laughed and said, "I've noticed you've changed quite a bit. When did you become so smooth-talking?" She smiled shyly, making Xiao Yun's heart race uncontrollably.
Xiao Yun said, "Life has been good, eating meat often, it's inevitable to be a bit slick with words. Teacher Li, what are your plans for this visit?"
"I haven't thought that far ahead yet."
Li Qiqin replied with a somewhat dreamy look in her eyes, "By the way, I want to make a call and invite my nephew over for dinner. Xiao Yun, would that be alright?"
"Of course!" Xiao Yun smiled understandingly.

Xiao Yun approached the food cabinet and ordered seven or eight dishes before requesting a bottle of wine. In his memory, Teacher Li could drink quite well during home visits, often finishing a bottle of liquor while chatting with students' parents.

Xiao Yun replied, "They don't know you're back this time?"
He meant that since Li Qiqin had arrived at the galaxy, why hadn't her cousin-in-law or nephew come to pick her up at the airport.
Li Qiqin smiled sweetly and said, "I didn't inform them in advance; I wanted to give them a surprise. Ever since my cousin-in-law heard about my divorce in Korea, he has been urging me to come back and even said that once I return, I should go directly to work at his company!"

"Sure," Li Qiqin said. "Now, Hong Wen, there's another guest here. Let me introduce you—" She pointed towards Xiao Yun.
Only then did Hong Wen notice there was another person in the private room. When he saw Xiao Yun, his eyes widened in surprise as he exclaimed, "Ah, Brother Xiao! So you're here too! How do you know my cousin?"
Li Qiqin had never expected that Xiao Yun and Hong Wen were acquainted.
Xiao Yun crossed his arms and said, "Haha, Hong brother, you didn't see this coming, did you?"
Hong Wen excitedly rubbed his hands together and replied, "I really didn't expect this at all! This world is so small!"
Li Qiqin laughed and said to Hong Wen, "Back when I was teaching in Jade Maiden Town at Laundry Village, Xiao Yun was my student. Today seems to be fate; I just got off the plane and happened to run into him!"
