The outskirts of the Training Zone are not as desolate as Lin imagined; arriving here does not mean there is no human presence or that one will enter a primitive forest.
At the very edge of the Training Zone are mountains, and there are many Gathering Places where merchants sell supplies, materials, and medicines.

For some seasoned adventurers wandering around the outskirts, the journey is not so perilous. Take for example the Super Power Tiger Team, which has long roamed the outer and central areas of the Training Zone.
The Super Power Tiger Team originally consisted of students from a certain academy on Wuyuan Star. However, their Warrior Talents were not particularly impressive; after graduation, they only reached a little over level twenty, making interstellar adventures too dangerous for them.
With dreams of becoming adventurers, they decided to stay in the Training Zone, taking on missions and exploring for both survival and enjoyment.
There is a high demand for materials on Wuyuan Star, and such veteran adventurer teams are quite common; they represent a unique local profession known as "Pseudo Adventurer Groups."
Lin Ta and his companions have just entered the Training Zone. Their destination is a lake area that belongs to the central region, which is still quite far away—at least a week’s journey at best.
However, life on the outskirts is quite comfortable; they do not appear to be out for training at all and seem to be enjoying themselves instead.
They rented an open-top off-road vehicle. This type of vintage off-roader is a common mode of transportation around the outskirts of the Training Zone and is used by almost all teams venturing deeper into it.
The deep green off-road vehicle sped across the grassland, with a gentle breeze blowing towards them, carrying the unique scent of fresh grass from the fields. The faint fragrance was the essence of nature, a smell that could not be found within the steel buildings.
Occasionally, an unknown beast would be startled and flee in all directions.
Four people lounged casually in the vehicle, which was set to drive automatically, while they sang loudly, creating a unique atmosphere.

As night fell and the Red Moon began to rise, the four of them sang joyfully as they arrived at the Gathering Place, where they could see a dazzling white lighthouse shining in the darkness.
Surrounding the Gathering Place were several Metal Pillars, though there were many fewer than expected. They stood just over five meters tall and resembled a concentrated version of beast-repelling devices along the boundary line.
"Great! We've finally arrived at the Gathering Place; I can finally get a good night's sleep!"
Chen Zhipeng stretched lazily as he jumped out of the off-road vehicle and walked toward the Gathering Place. However, after taking just a couple of steps, he stopped and scratched his head, mumbling, "Why are there so many off-road vehicles here?"
