A figure leaped down from mid-air, the powerful aura causing the branches to sway. Upon landing, a cloud of dust was kicked up, blocking the trio's escape route.
"Ghosts, you think you can run after killing our people?"
Two large hands waved away the dust, revealing Sheng Ba with his single eye glowing red, baring his teeth as he appeared before them like a vengeful spirit.
The grotesque face startled the three of them, and they instinctively braced themselves against this enemy. Just his presence was enough to leave them slightly breathless; this hulking figure was on par with their teachers in strength.
"Brother, what should we do?"
Fatty swallowed hard, feeling his mouth dry. Even if all three of them fought together, it might not even scratch this giant.
Before Lin could respond, an unpleasant voice came from behind.
"Haha, let me see. I caught three ghosts at once. Should I have Sheng Ba crush your heads or have someone turn you into a sieve?"
The hefty Kameron squeezed through from behind, accompanied by an elite team led by Injisen and a staggering Yan Shan.
This bizarre team immediately alerted Lin and his companions; Kameron's information flashed through their minds—he was a notorious strongman from the Bloodthirsty Fang!
While the three were still pondering, Yan Shan suddenly shouted with fury, "Lin! Lin! I'm going to make you die!"
In the midst of the roar, Lin and Fatty finally recognized Yan Shan's appearance, and both were taken aback. How could they see Yan Shan here?
Confused and filled with questions, it was truly ridiculous that they didn't understand when they had become enemies.
"Lin? Let me see..."
Yan Shan's shouting caught Kameron's attention. He scrutinized the three of them and then laughed heartily, "What a hassle to find you here, Lin!"
The person across from them laughed maniacally, while Lin gritted his teeth in silence. Sensing the situation was dire, he was already gathering strength in secret.
"In a moment, I'll hold them off; you two retreat first..."
Lin whispered to Fatty and Lü Liang, as he prepared to use Starburst to buy some time.
"I'm not leaving!" Lü Liang, being straightforward, immediately protested, making it seem like a scene from a movie.
"Don't rush, brother. Just watch me..."
Fatty restrained the eager duo, cleared his throat, and suppressed his fear as he stepped forward. "You are the strongest of Bloodthirsty Fang, Lord Kameron, right?"
"Oh? An interesting ghost!"
Flattery never fails; Kameron relished the praise from his opponents. He squinted at Fatty and said, "You know how to talk, but you'll still die! Hahaha!"
Looking at Kameron's trembling bulk, Fatty couldn't help but grimace. Both sides understood that this was an overwhelming situation, and Lin Ta and his companions found it difficult to escape, which is why Kameron had the leisure to chat with them.
"I know, I know, but Lord Kameron, I just want to know what my brother, ah, Lin You did to provoke Sister Yan Shan."

With a wave of Kameron's hand, the leaders behind him and Sheng Ba surged forward. They were impatient and had long wanted to tear these three apart.
At the same time, Lin Ta and his companions had been gathering their strength for a long time. With a wave of his hand, Lin summoned all the Destruction Bugs and shouted, "Break through!"
The swarm of bugs gathered was still quite formidable. The sudden explosion of the Swarm startled the mercenaries; having suffered enough from the bugs before, they knew they couldn't withstand it and began to retreat.

A gust of wind suddenly surged, blowing fiercely from the rift, squinting everyone's eyes and obscuring their view of what was happening.
When everyone opened their eyes again, they were all shocked.
The Destruction Swarm had completely vanished, not leaving a single one behind. Lin Tongguo and Edible couldn't reach them and were unable to describe what had just happened. They only knew that the Swarm had been controlled in an instant and then severed from them.
"Damn it, what on earth is going on!"
Without the cover of the insects, the three were quickly forced back to their original position; they were completely surrounded!
At that moment, shouts echoed from a distance!
