A cloud of dust was kicked up around the spaceship, obscuring the view and making it difficult to see what was happening inside.
"What is this..."
Bai Quexin's face turned pale; such a landing could mean a crash. The immense impact would be unbearable for an ordinary person, and those inside might have already encountered danger.
"Lin! Fatty Chen!"
Among the crowd, Lü Liang reacted the fastest. Panic filled his eyes as he shouted frantically and ran toward the landing site of the spaceship.
"Cough! Cough! What are you shouting about? Fat Master is just fine!"
Amidst Fatty's shouts, three figures emerged from the swirling dust. Leading them was Lin, who was waving his arms to disperse the dust.
"Lü Liang, Teacher Bai, how are you!"
With a carefree smile on his face, Lin waved at everyone.
"This kid!"
Bai Quexin stroked his beard and laughed. Lü Liang stood frozen for a moment before coming to his senses and rushing over to give both Lin and Fatty a tight hug.
"Thank goodness you're okay! Looking at the spaceship, I thought you had run into some trouble!"
Lü Liang smiled at the two, and all three displayed genuine smiles.
"Hey, can someone find me a place to take a shower? I'm covered in dust; it's too dirty!"
When the joy of reunion faded, Lin's obsessive-compulsive disorder kicked in, and he wished he could peel the skin off his own body.
Thus, Bai Quexin led Lin Ta and the others to their living quarters while also starting to introduce them to the Special Training courses of the Summer Training Camp.
They hadn't walked far when they entered a large forest. The trees here were ancient, hundreds of years old, so thick that it would take several people to wrap their arms around one. They grew tall and lush, reaching up toward the sky, making it difficult for sunlight to penetrate.
This was approaching the planetary environment of Cloud Star. As a primitive planet, Cloud Star was not large, only about one-tenth the size of Earth. The species found here were mostly low-level organisms, and it had not yet been included in any civilization; the most intelligent beings here were no smarter than monkeys.
There were countless planets like this scattered throughout the starry sea, lacking high-energy resources and advanced intelligent life. Generally, the Star Alliance would allow such planets to thrive or perish on their own without giving them much attention.
However, Cloud Star was fortunate among these planets; it was recognized by Wuyuan Star as having a relatively good environment and was often used as a Special Training location for nearby planets.
As they ventured further in, they could see many white buildings. These structures were no taller than three meters and resembled mushroom caps, densely clustered around an open area.
This was the main base of the Summer Training Program, constructed using rapid building techniques. Although simple in appearance, the interior facilities were quite complete.
Upon entering, all necessary household items were available, including a kitchen.
Each circular building served as a dormitory, accommodating between three to six people depending on size. Each unit had its own bathroom and kitchen.
Bai Quexin assigned Fatty and Lin to a room in Luliang's area, which happened to be a three-person dormitory that had already been reserved for them.
As for Dream Source, due to her special status, she was arranged to live with Snow Dance. Regarding subsequent administrative matters, Lin would need to negotiate with Wuyuan Star.
After settling in, once Lin Ta and the others finished washing up and changing clothes, everyone gathered together again.
Fatty couldn't stop talking, opening his mouth wide to complain about everything happening on the spaceship, which gave Bai Quexin a headache.
After Bai Quexin reported the situation here, Fatty continued, " Teacher Bai, is your Summer Training Program private? It's so irresponsible! Look at your crew; they run away faster than anyone when a fight breaks out!"
"Alright, Fatty, stop complaining. Teacher Bai has already reported it to the higher-ups."
Having spent a considerable amount of time here, Lu Liang had become quite friendly with Bai Quexin, even siding with him.
Afterward, everyone had a simple energy lunch, and Bai Quexin took Lin and Fatty to familiarize them with the environment and the Special Training courses.
In the morning, Lin Ta and the others did not see any Trainees, as they were all taken out for physical Special Training. The afternoon was reserved for skill and theory classes.
By now, the lunch break was over, and the Trainees had already started their drills. In a distant open area of the base, there were nearly a thousand students training.
They were mostly grouped in threes or fives, helping each other with their Martial Arts training, as well as engaging in practical combat training. The training programs varied according to individual skill levels.
Observing their training, Lin noticed that most of it was playful; not everyone possessed talent like Lin and Lu Liang, so their training appeared rather standard.
However, during the training process, Lin discovered something interesting: this Summer Training Program included not only students from Azure Planet, but also students from other civilizations. They seemed to be divided into three distinct groups, each clearly having its own territory.
"What’s going on here?"
Lin couldn't help but ask. Bai Quexin smiled but didn't respond; it was Snow Dance Senior who answered Lin's question.
"Since our academy was established, there have been situations where different civilizations and factions privately delineate their territories. Although internal conflict is prohibited within the academy, they don't interfere with this kind of thing because it can be seen as a form of competition that encourages students to strive for improvement."
Lü Liang proudly interjected, "In the Summer Training Program, our Azure Planet is the top contender. Whether it's Prestige or Hong Ming, they all have to look to us."
"What's there to be proud of? You're just a bunch of underachievers. Once you actually get to the academy, with your limited skills, competing against those noble offspring from Fifth-Level Civilizations will be incredibly difficult!"
The big bearded man scoffed dismissively, looking nothing like a teacher.
Fatty, however, was quite indignant and shouted back, along with Lin, that they would eventually trample those noble offspring underfoot.
Lin's gaze was deep and contemplative; he didn't speak but felt a storm brewing within him. It was finally time to face those truly talented individuals and see how he measured up against them. He believed the truth would soon be revealed.
After observing all this, the big bearded man said, "Since you just arrived today and have gone through so much on the way here, you must be tired. Get some good rest tonight. Tomorrow, I will start your Special Training."
"Sounds good! Let's get some sleep!"
Fatty stretched lazily and turned to head into the house.
"We've also prepared a welcome party for you all, so make sure to come!"
Snow Dance Senior said enthusiastically before she and Big Cat Senior left to attend to their own matters.
Yuming and Dream Source were also pulled away to help out, leaving only Lin and the big bearded man in the room. They exchanged glances, both wearing strange smiles.
"Hey Lin, what kind of scheme are you plotting this time?"
