After Marco left, I didn't feel like talking for a long time. I wanted to understand my situation and figure out what kind of life I really wanted.
If it weren't for the unexpected changes in my life, forcing me to break free from my constraints, I might never have pursued my dreams like Marco did. I would have been stuck in the same place forever.
In the two years that I have lived with Betty, our relationship has always been very good. I also get along very well with Jonas. In a sense, he is my spiritual motivation. I have never asked Jonas why he is with Selena. I just know that I can ask him, and he is a sincere person who never lies to me. From the moment of our encounter, I could feel that he truly considered me a friend, and later, he treated me like family.

This is a conversation I overheard outside Jonas's house. I was afraid to confront Jonas face to face, and we would both feel awkward, so I slipped away and didn't want to see him in a difficult situation.
Later, I also heard that Selena not only has a sharp tongue, but she also physically assaults people. When she gets angry, she is really fierce. The neighbors have seen Selena physically attack Jonas, slapping him hard. With this money, Lova's tuberculosis can be treated. The money was spent, but fortunately the illness has been cured, and the person is getting better day by day.
Our lives are just a dead loop, good today, bad tomorrow, while Jonas's life is always half-dead. It's like he's on the verge of death, still struggling to survive, living in a suffocating manner, which really breaks people's hearts.

Later on, Betty unexpectedly became pregnant, which made me overjoyed and gave me new hope for the future. We were immersed in happiness. We shared this good news with Jonas, who was moved to tears. He told us not to let Selena hear about this news, as she would be upset and might cause some trouble.
We promised to come.
But the bad news still came!
During the third month of Betty's pregnancy, she suddenly miscarried. I vividly remember that night when she said her stomach hurt, and then she started bleeding. I saw the blood flowing down from between her legs and heard Betty's painful groans.
I was at a loss for what to do, quickly covered her with a blanket, carried her out of the room, stopped a car on the street, and rushed to the hospital.
