The fresh scent of flowers filled the jungle, as a Gentle Breeze swept through, causing a patch of grass to sway gently. The Azure Cloud Mountain Range, a forest hiding countless dangers, always appeared so tranquil on the surface.
"Crack!"
A light sound echoed as a sturdy conifer swayed, blood splattering down. A section of a snake's body fell from the branches, revealing a fierce snake head attached to a giant python, thick as a bowl, flicking its tongue but lifelessly crashing into the grass below.
With a clang, Ye Yang sheathed his sword, unleashing a wave of sword energy that killed a Fifth-Order Beast. This giant python must have cultivated for many years; otherwise, it wouldn't have formed the blood-red Monster Crystal. Under Ye Yang's strike, the python's head shattered, and the Crystal Core fell into the grass.
