As night fell, in the Ye Family Courtyard, a group of eight guards carrying blades passed by. The strongest among them was a Song Instructor at Earth Level Three, while the weakest was a young guard at Earth Level One.
"Stay alert!"
The Song Instructor's gaze was stern as he said, "Liang City has been unstable lately. It is said that the magical beasts in the Azure Cloud Mountain Range have been frightened and many have come out. Everyone be cautious; don't let yourselves be taken by the wolf cubs!"
The group laughed heartily.
At that moment, a guard servant suddenly looked terrified at the courtyard wall, pointing with a trembling hand, his eyes filled with fear. "W-what is that?"
"Thud!"
With a crisp sound, the servant could no longer speak. A horrifying blood hole appeared on his forehead, and a piece of rubble about the size of a finger fell to the ground, splattered with blood. What kind of person could use a piece of rubble to pierce through a human skull?
The Song Instructor quickly turned around but saw no one; the courtyard wall was empty.

The Second House Servant collapsed with a thud, his eyes filled with terror. Behind him, the killer appeared—a handsome young man holding a Short Dagger, coldly gazing at the crowd. His eyes exuded a wildness, resembling a predatory beast; to him, there was no distinction between humans—only prey.
The Song Instructor exclaimed in shock, "Who... who are you?"
Fire Plow smiled lightly. "Who I am is not important; what matters is that you are already dead!"
The Song Instructor raised his spear, angered. "Arrogant!"
As he moved, the Song Instructor suddenly found himself unable to budge an inch, completely locked down by Fire Plow's imposing presence. Under the pressure from his opponent, the Song Instructor was rendered immobile!
"Hey!"
Fire Plow leaped forward, looking down from above. The Short Dagger sliced through the air, and in the next moment, blood gushed forth as he held the Song Instructor's head in his hand.
Suddenly, someone shouted, "There's an assassin! An assassin!"
Fire Plow's gaze sharpened as he swung the Short Dagger into the crowd. A layer of Starlight Power about two centimeters thick shimmered on the blade, invulnerable and piercing through armor and flesh. One by one, the Guardhouse members were shredded apart; the Short Dagger swept through them like a starry sky pattern, leaving a scene of carnage.
In a brief moment, cries fell silent as this Guardhouse squad was completely wiped out. Even the strongest Song Instructor could not escape his fate, taken down without even a shout as Fire Plow claimed his head!

"Swish swish swish..."
In the courtyard above, a dozen servants rushed out again, each brandishing torches. Inside the hall, Ye Nantian and Ye Beichi emerged fully dressed, clearly still awake.
Fire Plow raised his Short Dagger, pointing it directly at Ye Nantian and Ye Beichi, his eyes filled with fierce intensity. "Which one of you is Ye Nantian?"
Ye Nantian shook his robe sleeves, and the Fire God Power swirled between his palms. As a peak expert at Earth Level Five, Ye Nantian stared intently at Fire Plow, feeling an icy chill deep within him, as if he had fallen into an ice cave. He could not see through Fire Plow's strength at all and had a faint feeling that this ruthless killer was definitely not someone he could match!
Clenching his teeth, Ye Nantian lowered his voice and said, “Ye Beichi, find a chance to escape immediately! Go... go to the city lord Pang Jing's house; he will protect you!”
Ye Beichi was startled: “Brother, what happened?”

Fire Plow let out a soft sigh, his body momentarily pausing before he surged forward like a ghost, darting towards the direction where Ye Nantian was about to land, his dagger flashing in his hand.
A gruesome scene unfolded; before Ye Nantian could touch the ground, his head was already held in Fire Plow's grasp!
The remaining members of the Guardhouse were stunned. Who didn't know that Ye Nantian was at Earth Level Five, one of the top fighters in Liang City? Yet, with a single strike, he had been killed!
"Master is dead, Master is dead..."
A group of servants filled with rage did not retreat; instead, they brandished their long knives and charged at the terrifying figure of Fire Plow.
"Foolish!"
With a sinister grin, Fire Plow danced with his dagger, tearing through one living body after another.
In a matter of moments, all the servants of the Ye Family lay dead.
Fire Plow licked the blood from the blade of his dagger and coldly remarked, "There's still one left, Ye Beichi... Heh heh, do you think you can escape?"

In the darkness of night, one person fled in panic—it was Ye Beichi. He sprinted straight towards the city lord's mansion, pushing his speed to the limit!
Unfortunately, the wind howled behind him as Starlight Power revolved; the Killing God, Fire Plow, was once again on his tail!
"Old fool, die!"
With a heavy kick, Fire Plow struck down. The searing pain caused Ye Beichi to tumble down, rolling far along Liangcheng Avenue, blood gushing forth. With just that one kick, most of his life had nearly been extinguished.
"Ha ha, not yet?!"
Fire Plow swooped down, laughter filled with ferocity.
...
"Clang!"
A crimson light swept past, knocking Fire Plow's dagger aside, embedding itself straight into the city wall. It was a shimmering longsword!
"Who is it?" Fire Plow exclaimed in shock.
Under the moonlight, three figures appeared on Liangcheng Avenue.
Ye Yang looked up at Fire Plow, his gaze landing on the head he was holding. Suddenly, his heart felt like it was being torn apart, and tears streamed down his face: "Father..."
