An electronic version of Shen Shanshan's photo was sent via mobile MMS to all traffic police officers. Meanwhile, Huang Mang and several brothers from the Three Tiger Group were responsible for maintaining order in Longchuan, issuing instructions to all brothers on the streets that if anyone from their circle was involved in Shen Shanshan's disappearance, they must immediately return her to the Three Tiger Group; otherwise, there would be no place for them to stand on Longchuan's soil.
