“Young Mistress, it's all my fault for not keeping an eye on Future Lady.” Inside the Dongshan Residence, Huang Ma kept apologizing to Mu Shaosi, blaming herself for accidentally letting Future Lady escape.
By evening, after discussing matters with the four hall masters, Mu Shaosi returned to the old house and finally managed to open the door that had been locked, releasing his grandfather and Huang Ma who had been trapped for a while.
When he saw that scene, Mu Shaosi said nothing, only smiled coldly. He had once again been careless. He had anticipated that she would try to leave again, but knowing her as he did, this clever woman would surely plan thoroughly before making another attempt after having failed once. However, he was wrong; in just two short days, she had escaped again without any preparation—simply locking up his grandfather and Huang Ma and taking a simple travel bag with her.
He knew that if she wanted to leave, she would definitely head to the airport. So he sent his subordinates there to intercept her. However, so far, their reports indicated that she had not gone directly to the airport. It seemed this little woman had changed her strategy. “It has nothing to do with you, Huang Ma. If she wants to leave, there's no way to stop her.” With one hand propping up his chin, Mu Shaosi frowned slightly and spoke calmly.

“Young Master Si, why do I feel like Xinran is a caged bird that can never escape your grasp?” Shinohara Ryo sat across from Mu Shaosi, elegantly crossing his legs and speaking softly.
“Rather than a caged bird, I would be more satisfied if she chose to be my wife.” While responding to Shinohara Ryo, Mu Shaosi casually turned his head. Suddenly, his gaze fixed on a spot; he got up and walked over to the sofa where Shinohara Ryo was sitting, picking up a lip gloss from the corner. After examining it, he confidently said, “This isn't Xinran's…”
“Huang Ma, has anyone else come by the house?” He abruptly turned towards Huang Ma, asking coldly.
“Replying to Young Mistress, Takeuchi Miss came by and even brought a cake for the old master. I was delivering the cake when I got locked in the old master's room by Future Lady.” Huang Ma replied nervously, trembling as she spoke to Mu Shaosi.
"Takeuchi Yasuko? Young Master Si, could it be that she helped Future Lady escape? After all, Future Lady's departure is beneficial for her!" Duan Ruyin said at the right moment.
"Yan, tomorrow withdraw two-thirds of our investment in Cherry Blossom Hall from Takeuchi Consortium, and remember to send a message to Takeuchi Yasuko. If she dares to come to my Dongshan Family again or say a word to Xinran, I will make it impossible for her Takeuchi Family to recover!" Mu Shaosi's cold words lasted only a few minutes, but the outcome might be something that Takeuchi Consortium could not bear...
"Yes, Young Master Si." Duan Ruyin nodded in agreement.
"Shou, officially issue a wanted notice for Cherry Blossom Hall tomorrow, stating that Summer is pregnant with my child and has privately escaped from Dongshan Family, so that the brothers over there can take action; ten days later, you, Teng, and Yan should go as well. Remember not to push too hard, or I worry she might escape even further..."
Mu Shaosi narrowed his eyes; he wanted to see how she would resolve this situation. Could she still escape from him?
