"You heartless person, you actually want to divorce me. Don't forget, everything you have today is because of me," Chen Shuying scolded. 0

"Stop flattering yourself. The reason I haven't succeeded is entirely because you've held me back," Uncle Changgui replied without any guilt. 0

"You... you shameless man," Chen Shuying said, trembling with anger. 0

"I'm telling you, Chen Shuying, if you don't agree to the divorce, you'll regret it," Uncle Changgui threatened. 0

"Regret? The thing I regret the most is marrying you," Chen Shuying said sadly. 0

"Hmph, if it weren't for you, I would have been with Baoli long ago and wouldn't still be just a small contractor," Uncle Changgui scoffed. 0

"Baoli?" Chen Shuying frowned. 0

"That's right, her. She's a thousand times better than you," Uncle Changgui said proudly. 0

"You... you shameless man," Chen Shuying scolded again. 0

"I'm telling you, Chen Shuying, you'd better agree to the divorce obediently, or don't blame me for being ruthless," Uncle Changgui warned. 0

"Heh, ruthless? When have you ever been ruthless?" Chen Shuying sneered. 0

"Chen Shuying, if you're smart, you'd better get out of the Wang family quickly and stop clinging on," Uncle Changgui said disdainfully. 0

"The one who clings on is you, Wang Changgui," Chen Shuying shouted angrily. 0

"You..." Uncle Changgui was so furious he couldn't speak. 0

"Xiao Liang, let's go," Chen Shuying said to Xiao Liang. 0

"Okay," Xiao Liang nodded. 0

"Xiao Liang can't leave," Granny Wang suddenly spoke up. 0

"Mom, you just heard it too. It's this bastard who wants to kick us mother and son out," Chen Shuying said aggrievedly. 0

"I said Xiao Liang can't leave. He is the only heir of our Wang family," Granny Wang emphasized. 0

"Mom, what do you mean by that?" Chen Shuying frowned. 0

"What do I mean? I mean it very clearly. You can leave, but leave Xiao Liang behind," Granny Wang said coldly. 0

"Mom, how can you say that?" Chen Shuying said in disbelief. 0
"If you don't want to stay with us, Changgui, then don't. Our Wang family wants Xiao Liang, not you," Granny Wang said. 0
"Mom, you are really disappointing me," Chen Shuying said sadly. 0
"Stop talking nonsense; Xiao Liang must stay," Granny Wang insisted. 0
"Grandma, I don't want to leave Mom," Xiao Liang said anxiously. 0
"Shut up, you ungrateful little thing," Granny Wang scolded. 0
"Grandma, how can you say that about Xiao Liang?" Chen Shuying defended her child. 0
"Hmph, he is a member of the Wang family, so he naturally belongs to us. Since you don't want to stay in the Wang family, then get out," Granny Wang said coldly. 0
"Mom, do you really want to make things this extreme?" Chen Shuying questioned. 0
"This isn't me being extreme; it's you being unreasonable," Granny Wang accused. 0
"Mom, I see you clearly now," Chen Shuying said in despair. 0
"Since you've seen clearly, then hurry up and leave," Granny Wang said ruthlessly. 0
"Fine, I will take Xiao Liang with me. I won't miss this man who has broken my heart," Chen Shuying declared resolutely. 0
"Xiao Liang must stay," Granny Wang emphasized again. 0
"Grandma, I don't want to leave Mom," Xiao Liang cried. 0
"Be quiet, you heartless little brat," Granny Wang scolded. 0
"Grandma, please don't scold Xiao Liang anymore," Xiao Liang pleaded. 0
"Xiao Liang, don't be afraid; Mom will take you away," Chen Shuying comforted him. 0
"Okay," Xiao Liang nodded. 0
Just then, the village chief rushed over. 0
" Changgui, what is going on in your family?" the village chief asked. 0
"Village chief, you're here!" Chen Shuying exclaimed as if she had seen a savior. 0
"Shuying, you've suffered," the village chief sighed. 0

"Village Chief, you have to stand up for me," Chen Shuying pleaded. 0

"Don't worry, I will support you," the Village Chief promised. 0

"Village Chief, this is a private matter for our family; you shouldn't get involved," Granny Wang said unhappily. 0

"Granny Wang, I've heard about your family's situation. As the head of the village, I cannot turn a blind eye," the Village Chief said seriously. 0

"Village Chief, who are you trying to help?" Granny Wang frowned. 0

"I help justice, not favoritism," the Village Chief declared with righteousness. 0

"Village Chief, you can't be biased," Uncle Changgui complained. 0

" Changgui, I advise you to think carefully. Shuying is a good woman; don't let her down," the Village Chief urged. 0

"Village Chief, please stop advising me. I am determined to get a divorce," Uncle Changgui insisted. 0

"You..." The Village Chief was infuriated. 0

"Village Chief, you see? This man has lost his mind," Chen Shuying said sadly. 0

"Shuying, if you insist on getting a divorce, then go ahead. You can demand that Wang Changgui leave with nothing," the Village Chief suggested. 0

"Village Chief, how can you say that?" Granny Wang said displeased. 0

"Granny Wang, this is what I must do," the Village Chief replied calmly. 0

"Village Chief, this is our family's private matter; you're meddling too much," Uncle Changgui said angrily. 0

" Changgui, I advise you to think twice before acting; you might regret it later," the Village Chief urged again. 0

"Village Chief, stop talking nonsense. I am definitely getting a divorce," Uncle Changgui stated firmly. 0

"In that case, there is nothing more to discuss," the Village Chief said with disappointment. 0

"Thank you, Village Chief," Chen Shuying expressed her gratitude. 0

"No need to thank me; it's what I should do," the Village Chief replied. 0

"Village Chief, don't meddle in our affairs," Uncle Changgui warned. 0

" Changgui, how can you speak to the Village Chief like that?" Chen Shuying frowned. 0

"Hmph, soon I'll be with Baoli. Then I'll be above everyone else; I'm not afraid of you country bumpkins," Uncle Changgui boasted arrogantly. 0
