"Then how could Aoba let Quincy be her manager? That's just foolish," Chuyang said.
"By the way, I heard someone say that the boss behind the Asian Heavy Cruiser Idol Group seems to be an Admiral. Could it be that the Admiral wants to recruit Quincy?"
"Admiral? That’s ancient history. The four Fleet Girls from the first generation of the Heavy Cruiser Idol Group did indeed belong to one Admiral, but starting from the second generation, that's no longer the case. In fact, they are part of the Naval Headquarters Cultural Troupe."
Chuyang was speechless. The Naval Headquarters really is everywhere!
"But even so, Aoba and Quincy are not related. Why would she hire Quincy? With Quincy's intelligence, she might manage to carry Aoba's bags as an assistant, but can she really handle being a star manager?"
Although Chuyang had never met Quincy, the image of Quincy as a fool had long been ingrained in his mind from his previous life—like a grass-eating bug or a chive bug. Quincy always played dumb; in short, all sorts of memes circulating online had brainwashed Chuyang.
Moreover, there were many Quincys in this world, and they shared similar foolishness. Thus, Quincy's image as a fool had become widely recognized and accepted.
If his Quincy were smart enough to be a star manager, Chuyang couldn't help but wonder if this Quincy was actually someone impersonating her.
"Quincy certainly can't handle it, but Aoba isn't counting on her either."
Getting up from the side carbon stove, Akagi poured a cup of tea for each of the three and then took a sip from her own cup before calmly stating.
"That was over two months ago, before I came to Rongcheng. I had visited Four Nations Island because I heard someone say that Kaga was there. Unfortunately, that Kaga was not our Naval Base's Kaga."
"And just the night before I was about to leave Four Nations Island, out of boredom, I wandered alone on the streets of Akihabara City, just aimlessly walking around, and somehow ended up at the entrance of the Akihabara City Stadium."
"It must have been a coincidence! That day happened to be when the Heavy Cruiser Idol Group held their Asian tour concert at Akihabara Stadium."
"Honestly, I wasn't interested in this kind of concert."

"But for some strange reason, I bought a ticket to the concert and entered the Stadium along with many fans."
"To be honest, it was my first time attending a concert. The four Fleet Girls on stage were full of youthful energy, especially that idol Quincy. She might be a bit clumsy and forgot the lyrics or stood in the wrong place several times, but she was definitely much better than our Quincy. At least she could sing many songs, unlike our Quincy who keeps repeating the same one: Quincy Kun, Quincy Kun, Quincy Kun, oh oh oh oh, with her enthusiastic main cannon and can't even remember all the lyrics while always singing off-key."
"That's not forgetting the lyrics; she can't remember a single line. Didn't you see how New Orleans always held up a big sign when they were battling at Naval Base with Oigen? It had the lyrics written on it," Lexington chimed in, revealing Quincy's embarrassing history.
Thinking back to the time at Naval Base, Quincy was practically a target for everyone to bully. Several times, when New Orleans was out, those mischievous Lolis would feed Quincy all sorts of things—leeks, raw fish—just various random ingredients. The worst offender was Little House who actually fed Quincy grass. Because of that, New Orleans often dragged her and Washington to find Bismarck to complain.
But Little House insisted she was feeding her leeks instead of grass, and Lodney backed her up. She found it puzzling how British and German ships could get along so harmoniously. But then again, both Little House and Lodney arrived at Naval Base on Children's Day; although not in the same year, they were both true Loli Battleships celebrating their birthdays on the same day.
"...After the concert ended, I ran into Quincy at the entrance. She was walking with those four idols, struggling to push through a crowd of crazy fans surrounded by numerous bodyguards and entertainment reporters with various cameras."
"...Taking advantage of no one noticing, I released a few Carrier-Based Aircraft and formed an attack formation, which made those media reporters and fans mistakenly believe it was an attack from Deep Sea Carrier-Based Aircraft. In their panic, they scattered and helped her escape."
"Later, I learned from Aoba that she found Quincy on the streets of Tongcheng, a central city in Central Asia, more than three years ago. According to her, Quincy had been wandering for a long time at that point, her clothes were filthy, and she looked no different from a beggar."
"Quincy is a Heavy Cruiser Girl; how could she be in such a miserable state? Surely there must have been an Admiral willing to take her in. At the very least, the Naval Headquarters office stationed in Tongcheng would have helped her!" Chuyang said, somewhat incredulously.
