However, both the Admiral Alliance itself and every Admiral within it must accept supervision from the Naval Headquarters. Finally, we have the Naval Headquarters. It can be said that among these three organizations, the Naval Headquarters is the most united and possesses the strongest overall strength. This is because the Naval Headquarters is composed entirely of Fleet Girls, many of whom are among the elite Fleet Girls that first appeared in this world, each possessing immense power. Not to mention, the so-called strongest military force in the world—the Three Admirals of the Naval Headquarters—are entities that instill great fear in the World Government. Legend has it that each of these three Fleet Girls has the power to suppress a Deep Sea Flagship single-handedly. Moreover, the Gendarmerie, which is feared by every Admiral around the world, is also formed by the Naval Headquarters and is directly under its jurisdiction.
Regarding what Ye Zhengyang mentioned about Shen Yan being selected by the Naval Headquarters to live on Campbell Island for six months, this is not simply for leisure but rather to salvage ships. We won't even discuss Battleships, Battlecruisers, or Aircraft Carriers; just securing a Captain-level Destroyer or a Rear Admiral-level Light Cruiser or Heavy Cruiser from that island would be exhilarating.
