The crowing of the rooster echoed repeatedly, waking Yezhi, who was sweating profusely in bed. She lifted the colorful quilt and lay flat on her back in a starfish position, realizing Aunt Zhou was no longer there. 0

Her head had throbbed all night, leaving her still groggy. Recalling her chat with Aunt Zhou from the previous night, Yezhi confirmed that she was currently in Zhoujiatun, a small village nestled in the Changbai Mountain range, with only about a hundred households. Aunt Zhou was a widow; her husband had passed away three years ago, and she had no children. 0

The dual fatigue of mental and physical exhaustion made Yezhi wish to sleep a little longer. Her eyes hurt from being closed too tightly. Just as she finally drifted into a light sleep, the rooster began its second round of crowing. Frustrated, she got up from the bed and stepped outside. It was still dimly lit outside; in the yard stood a well and two or three unfamiliar trees. A bamboo pole stretched between the trees, with Yezhi's clothes hanging on it. Behind the trees were two small straw houses connected to the earthen house where Yezhi stayed, forming a row. At the gate lay Big Yellow, who barked excitedly upon seeing Yezhi. Perhaps Aunt Zhou's instructions from last night had worked; Big Yellow did not rush at her. 0

"Big Yellow, stop barking; this is family!" 0

Aunt Zhou poked her head out from one of the straw houses, smiling at Yezhi. "You're awake! Why didn't you sleep a bit longer?" 0

Yezhi scratched her head; she couldn't exactly say she was kept awake by the rooster, so she just smiled awkwardly. 0

Carrying a basin and draping a towel over her shoulder, Yezhi walked to the well and struggled to draw half a bucket of water. She plunged her face into it; the water was too cold, causing her body to shiver as she quickly lifted her head, splashing water everywhere. Wiping her face with the towel, Yezhi felt rejuvenated as if she had shed a heavy burden. 0

The sun rose like a salted egg yolk from behind the mountains, coating the small village in a fine layer of golden light. The sounds of birds chirping, roosters crowing, and dogs barking brought life to the quiet village. Facing the green mountains, the unique vitality of the mountain village in the morning invigorated her spirit. 0

Returning to her room, Yezhi found a bowl of fried eggs on the kang table, along with last night's dry food and a plate of pickled vegetables. She and Aunt Zhou engaged in a playful back-and-forth over who would eat the fried eggs until Yezhi ultimately lost. 0

As she savored the sweet fried eggs while watching Aunt Zhou munch on dry food and pickles, Yezhi felt a pang in her heart. Although this "home" was poor, it radiated warmth. 0

How do people live in rural areas? Yezhi, who had grown up in the city and only visited farm stays as a child, truly did not understand. All her knowledge about rural life came from television and novels. 0

After breakfast, Aunt Zhou took up her hoe and headed to the fields. Yezhi wanted to help but Aunt Zhou firmly refused. 0

With nothing to do, Yezhi wandered around the front and back yards of the house aimlessly. When she reached the pigpen, she recalled how Aunt Zhou had taken her there earlier that morning to use the toilet. The sight of the pigpen had terrified her so much that she lost all urge to go; fortunately, there were no pigs inside. 0

Aunt Zhou raised several chickens leisurely wandering around in the spacious backyard. This tranquility was lost on Yezhi; as she wandered alone, anxiety grew within her like unpredictable June weather. A surge of frustration bubbled up that she couldn't suppress; annoyed, she threw her glasses onto the ground. "It's all this trouble!" Staring at her glasses lying far away only fueled her anger further. She picked them up and hurled them again in hopes of creating some miracle that would take her back. 0

The glasses showed no reaction at all. Feeling dejected and on the verge of tears, Yezhi tried to calm herself down. Determinedly staring at her glasses just a few steps away, she reluctantly picked them up and wiped them off. Somehow, she cut her finger on them, blood flowing freely. Her blood dripped onto the glasses and quickly vanished without Yezhi noticing as she put them back on while sucking on her finger to stop the bleeding and muttering angrily, "Damn it! What material is this? So fragile..." 0

"Clang!" interrupted Yezhi's complaints! 0

Before Yezhi, the scenes of Earth, the star system, and the universe unfolded, filled with various incomprehensible voices coming from afar. A beam of blue light descended from the sky, enveloping Yezhi completely, resonating with Glasses, which also emitted a blue glow. After ten seconds, the blue light vanished. 0

The scenes in front of Yezhi fast-forwarded, making her dizzy. A virtual Light Body of Yezhi appeared before her in a spinning manner, floating with various data such as blood type, height, bust size, and so on. Facing her own virtual Light Body, Yezhi couldn't help but feel embarrassed, her face turning red! 0

"Cabrera Planet No. 1555 Good Glasses, cosmic docking completed, DNA recognition completed. Do you wish to log into the Bodria Star System Cosmic Network?" 0

Having experienced such bizarre events as crossing over, Yezhi was no longer surprised; instead, she felt a strange excitement and replied with "Yes." 0

The Light Body of Yezhi disappeared, and the vast starry sea returned to view. A small square robot, only 70 centimeters tall and glowing softly, used the planets in the starry sea as trampolines, bouncing into view before Yezhi. 0

"Master, hello! Robot Good1555 reporting for duty! You have a video email from Earth in the Solar System. Would you like to receive it?" The robot's voice was soft and childlike. 0

Yezhi nodded. On the water-blue planet labeled "Earth," a Silver-Haired Old Man wearing a Black Trench Coat and sunglasses jumped out. 0

"Beautiful lady, why are you running away more and more? I haven't even introduced the functions and usage of Good Glasses according to legal procedures! But now that you've seen this old man, you should know how to use it." 0

The old man pulled out a thick book that looked like a brick from somewhere and threw it over. Instinctively, Yezhi covered her head to dodge. 0

"Haha! Download it yourself; I won't waste my breath!" With that, he vanished with a whoosh. 0

Before Yezhi could react, he reappeared with a whoosh and shouted, "By the way, beautiful lady, you fell into the sewer and were almost lifeless. It was I who brought you here; I'm your lifesaver! Just pay me 99,999,999 Bodeton, and that will be enough gratitude—no need to feel embarrassed!" 0

"Who would feel embarrassed? Just send me back!" The old man had already disappeared again as Yezhi shouted towards the water-blue Earth where he had vanished. 0

"Master, he can't hear you!" the square robot reminded Yezhi earnestly. 0

Yezhi angrily shouted at the square robot, "Xiao Fang! How do I send an email?" 0

"Xiao Fang, master, are you calling me?" A question mark floated above the square robot's head, resembling a cotton candy! 0

Yezhi pointed at the square robot and said affirmatively, "Yes, from now on you will be called Xiao Fang!" 0

Suddenly, a bright light flashed from the square robot's square belly, and a soft piece of paper floated out: good1555, master has named Xiao Fang, already certified by the master. "Please leave your fingerprint, master!" Yezhi placed her fingerprint, and Xiao Fang saved the record before answering Yezhi's question about sending emails: "Master, you cannot send emails right now; you first need to apply for a Cosmic Network Mailbox... and then...!" 0

Xiao Fang earnestly explained, leaving Yezhi feeling dizzy. "Then how did I receive that one just now?" 0

"Master, the previous email was sent by the Good Program; it is a system command. If you have any questions, please log in to the Bodria Star System Cabrera Planet Good Institute official website. The fee is 1000 Bodeton each time." 0

"Xiao Fang, what is Bodeton?" Yezhi had already guessed. 0

"Bodeton is the universal currency of the Bodria Star System. The exchange rate here is 500 grams of 100% pure gold equals 1000 Bodeton." 0

No wonder gold prices are soaring; it's impressive! Even in outer space, it's strong! 0

"Xiao Fang, charging 1000 Bodeton on the official website is too expensive. Our official websites are all free; if you don't want to change that, then when in Rome, do as the Romans do!" 0

Yezhi was eager to access the official website to find a way back; her current situation made even eating a problem, let alone gold. 0

Xiao Fang hesitated and said, "The rules cannot be changed; actually... there are too many people accessing the official website, which often causes system crashes. If you have any confusion, please refer to this." 0

Xiao Fang handed Yezhi a book as thick as a brick and then disappeared into the vast starry sea. 0

Yezhi glanced at the book in her hands and began to flip through it. Each page was filled with tiny characters that made her feel frustrated. After looking for a long time, she only understood one thing: it was powerful—extremely powerful. But how exactly? There were still 9996 pages left to check. 0

“Xiao Fang, Xiao Fang.” Yezhi, unable to appreciate how beautiful the flowing sea of stars was, called out in frustration to the square robot. 0

“Master~” Xiao Fang appeared on Earth, cutely swaying its short square legs. 0

Yezhi looked at Xiao Fang with a pitiful expression and said, “Let’s teach you how to send emails. By the way! You mentioned needing to apply first, so let’s do that!” 0

Suddenly, the vast sea of stars disappeared, and thin beams of light wove into a net, continuously extending toward the horizon. Each beam trembled slightly before twisting violently, extending back from the horizon to envelop Yezhi. With a flash of white light, the net-like beams vanished, and a sweet female voice rang in Yezhi's ears: “Dear good1555, your application for the Bodria Star System cosmic mailbox has been successful. You can now send emails!” 0

Yezhi looked at the virtual keyboard in front of him and eagerly used video, audio, and written formats to create an email with the subject “I Want to Go Home.” He made several copies. 0

Then, in the virtual address bar, he clicked on the star system map for Bodria Star System. The entire star system map appeared scaled down by one hundred million times; the silver-white star belt stretched endlessly. Yezhi was dumbfounded, wondering which one was Cabrera Planet. 0

“Master, you can input the address by voice,” Xiao Fang reminded. 0

Sure enough, there was a small microphone next to the virtual address bar. Yezhi pressed it and said “Cabrera Planet.” A light blue sphere enlarged and rotated toward him. When he mentioned the official email for Good Institute, a silver-gray inverted triangular skyscraper appeared on the enlarging sphere. Various forms of emails flew like little winged creatures into a giant mailbox in front of the skyscraper. 0

After sending the email, Yezhi felt a wave of exhaustion and asked Xiao Fang, “When will there be a response?” 0

“I… don’t know… maybe a week… maybe a month… maybe a year,” Xiao Fang began to stutter again, speaking softer and softer. 0

Yezhi rolled his eyes and thought to himself: Good Glasses can’t be low-quality counterfeit products, can they? 0
