As soon as the words fell, Yang Qian stepped forward and stood beside Bing Tianyi, arrogantly asking, "President Bing, I didn't expect you to change women so quickly. What’s your trick? Teach me so I can also get a high-end girl like this!"
Although Bing Tianyi felt angry inside, he knew that this was not the time for fists to solve the problem.
Suppressing his inner fury as much as possible, Bing Tianyi waved his hand and smiled, "Come on, let’s sit down first."

The brothers nearby heard this and surrounded Bing Tianyi. Meanwhile, Qin Qi sat quietly in her chair, watching the scene unfold before her. She felt a bit anxious for Bing Tianyi.
After all, these guys were clearly small-time thugs who had been around for a while; their words and actions exuded arrogance.
In stark contrast stood Bing Tianyi. Although they were of the same age, the composure he displayed was something many adults could not achieve.
"Since that day we met at the hospital, I haven't come to see you for such a long time. I really feel a bit guilty about it," Bing Tianyi said with the same sincere smile on his face as he spoke softly to Yang Qian.
Bing Tianyi understood that as long as Yang Qian was willing to step up as a witness, it would be easy to handle things on Qiangzi's side. However, what mattered most now was that he had previously done some psychological work on Yang Qian, but the results were disappointing.
With the recent incident at the Brick Factory, Bing Tianyi strongly suspected that there was some connection to Qiangzi behind it.
Just then, Yang Qian turned back and sneered at Bing Tianyi, "President Bing, who do you think you are? With assets in the millions, why would you come to see me?"
Bing Tianyi felt extremely displeased but still tried to suppress it.

Upon hearing this, Yang Qian reached out to touch Qin Qi's cheek while grinning mischievously, saying, "This beauty looks familiar, but I really don’t know her."
As soon as Qin Qi saw Yang Qian's finger approaching her face, she quickly grabbed his finger and twisted it. Yang Qian, feeling both the pain and a bit dizzy from the alcohol he had consumed, suddenly fell off his chair.
Squatting on the ground, he felt much clearer now. He raised his head and looked seriously at Qin Qi, mumbling, "I... I remember now, you’re from the police station..."
Just as he said this, Yang Qian realized that if he tried to tough it out now, he would be in for trouble. So he closed his eyes and lay down on the ground, pretending to be drunk.
The few brothers nearby heard the mention of the police station and realized they had hit a snag today. They quickly joked with Bing Tianyi, saying, "Brother Bing, sorry about this. Our big brother drank too much today. I'm leaving now."
In less than a minute, they all vanished without a trace.
Lying on the ground, Yang Qian was cursing under his breath. These damn friends of his had been boasting while drinking earlier. But now that they faced a tough opponent, they all acted like cowards.
Helplessly, he continued to lie there with his eyes closed, pretending to be drunk.
Bing Tianyi and Qin Qi had already seen through Yang Qian's act, but neither of them mentioned it.
Bing Tianyi smiled lightly, raised his glass to toast with Qin Qi, and then quietly said, "Sister Qin, it seems this guy is really drunk. Let's discuss our business now."
"Sure." Although Qin Qi still didn't know what Bing Tianyi was planning to say, she agreed readily.
"Did I hear correctly that you have already gathered evidence of Qiangzi's illegal activities and found relevant witnesses?" Bing Tianyi asked deliberately in a low voice.
Qin Qi immediately understood Bing Tianyi's intention. A hint of a happy smile appeared on her face as she replied, "Yes, I was just about to tell you about this today."
"When do you plan to make the arrest?" Bing Tianyi continued to inquire.
Qin Qi smiled and waved her hand at Bing Tianyi, saying, "That's a secret; I can't tell you."
"Sister Qin, come on, just tell me, will you?" Bing Tianyi asked curiously.
Qin Qi feigned a troubled expression and sighed softly, looking at Bing Tianyi. "It's not that I don't want to tell you; it's just that there are too many people involved in this matter. We have only found three witnesses so far. If we could find one more, that would be great."
"Is there any benefit to being a witness? If you can give me a hundred or eighty thousand, I'll be your witness," Bing Tianyi said with a hearty laugh.
Upon hearing this, Qin Qi secretly glanced down at the ground and then smiled, saying, "Are you going crazy thinking about money? You even want to commit perjury."
"Who would want to be a witness without any benefits?" Bing Tianyi replied with a helpless smile.
Looking at Yang Qian lying on the ground like a dead pig, Bing Tianyi felt quite pleased. He hadn't expected that he and Qin Qi would have such great chemistry. The entire conversation had no flaws whatsoever.
After hearing this, Qin Qi looked at Bing Tianyi and said quietly, "To be honest with you, there are quite a few people involved in this case, and Qiangzi's entire network is very complicated. So I heard the director say that as long as someone is willing to come forward as a witness, the court won't file public prosecution."
"So you're saying that even if someone participated in the operation at the time, as long as they are willing to testify now, they can be released without charges?" Bing Tianyi asked curiously.
Qin Qi nodded and said, "You could say that."
After Qin Qi finished speaking, Bing Tianyi smiled wryly and said, "Look at this guy on the ground. I was planning to have him testify, but he doesn't want to. At this rate, how many years do you think he could get sentenced?"
"He already has a record with us. Based on the evidence we currently have, he could be looking at at least thirty to forty years. If it's serious, he might even face life imprisonment," Qin Qi sighed helplessly.
As soon as she finished speaking, Yang Qian on the ground could no longer hold back. He flipped over and looked at Qin Qi, quickly saying, "Officer Qin, I know I was wrong. I'm willing to testify and be a witness."
Qin Qi never expected that accompanying Bing Tianyi for dinner tonight would lead to such an unexpected turn of events.

Qin Qi chuckled inwardly and glanced at Bing Tianyi before saying somewhat displeased, "Tianyi, didn't you say he was already drunk? What are we going to do now?"
Bing Tianyi was surprised by Qin Qi's inquiry; he hadn't expected this girl to be such a good actress.
Since the other party intended for him to play the good guy role, it would be ungrateful not to comply.
Bing Tianyi felt secretly pleased and wore an innocent expression as he sighed helplessly at Qin Qi, "I didn't see this coming either. Who knew this kid would be faking it?"
"Alright, enough of that. Let's think of a way out of this. Since things have already been let slip, if it gets out and we get blamed from above, I can't take that responsibility," Qin Qi said with a hint of fear in her eyes.
Bing Tianyi sighed again and turned to Yang Qian, saying, "Brother, it would have been great if you had just nodded and agreed to be a witness when I asked you. But now that they are about to implement the arrest plan, you suddenly show up. Isn't this intentionally going against Captain Qin?"

Bing Tianyi feigned helplessness as he glanced at Yang Qian and sighed, "Brother, I'm out of options."

I will obey your orders without question," Yang Qian said as he knelt on the ground and knocked his head three times on the floor in front of Bing Tianyi.
Fortunately, there weren't many people in the shop at that moment; otherwise, such a scene would surely make headlines the next day.
"Get up quickly. If you keep this up, I really won't know what to say," Bing Tianyi hurriedly helped Yang Qian up from the ground. After sitting beside him, Bing Tianyi looked up at Qin Qi again and said, "Sister Qin, can I ask you for a favor this time?
