"Ha ha..." Yui couldn't help but laugh at the thought of that scene.
Her chin was suddenly lifted, and she met the prince's deep, ocean-like eyes, feeling as if she might be drawn in.
"What are you laughing at?"
Yui blinked her eyes and raised her chubby little hand, saying, "I think we look like father and daughter."
Playfully, she sweetly called out, "Daddy."
Before the prince could react, she tried to escape, but just as she stepped out of the carriage, she felt a tight grip around her waist pulling her back.
Her back collided with his solid chest, and her frail little body felt a jolt of pain.
However, the prince completely ignored her expression. He pinched her nose with his long fingers and tugged it slightly, saying, "Who are you calling Daddy? Hmph?"
"Isn't it you... um..."
The rest of her words were swallowed as the prince gently bit her lip before finally letting her go.
Yui pouted and covered her mouth, glaring at him in frustration.
"Always kissing without shame, how despicable."
The Crown Prince lightly tapped her head with his, deliberately lowering his voice as he said, "Tell me, would your father treat you like this?"
Yui's face instantly turned bright red as she turned her head away from him. "Pervert!!!"
How had she not noticed this hidden perverted nature of the Crown Prince before? What a huge loss it was for her!
Her appearance still hadn't returned to normal; it would probably take a few more days of cultivation. Since the coachman had died, the Crown Prince drove the carriage himself. Sometimes Yui would meditate inside, and other times she would go out and help him drive.
This feeling was reminiscent of ten years ago when they relied on each other in the cave; it felt wonderful.
However, regarding their naturally developing relationship, Yui felt quite pleased with herself. The Crown Prince must have had a crush on her for a long time; she hadn't realized she had such charm when she was young.

The carriage jolted again, nearly throwing Yui out. She hurriedly lifted the curtain and exclaimed, "So, another assassination attempt...?"
Before she could finish her sentence, she remained in shock with her mouth agape, forgetting to close it.
The Crown Prince held Yui down and looked ahead with a serious expression at the dark crowd in front of them.
