His hand gently patted Yui's back, lightly pulling her into his embrace.

When Yui hurried back to the inn, the Crown Prince was already sitting in the lobby waiting for her.
As soon as Yui stepped into the inn, all eyes turned towards her, making her feel a chill run down her spine.
She took small steps toward the Crown Prince. "Young Master..."
"Where have you been?" The Crown Prince raised an eyebrow slightly. His expression showed little change, but Yui sensed an ominous atmosphere.
"Um..."
She struggled to find an excuse but caught sight of Dian Yin's mocking grin, which instantly gave her courage. She knew Dian Yin must know where she had been and was clearly eager to see the drama unfold.
"Young Master... Since I entered the Western Frontier and saw how much the people there are suffering from severe drought and displacement, I couldn't bear it. I felt restless and went out to distribute buns to help them in my small way."
The excuse sounded grand and dignified; how impressive it was! Yui couldn't help but feel a bit proud of herself. She truly was quite talented.
"Is that so?" The Crown Prince's voice remained calm, but a strange glimmer flashed in his eyes.
He stood up and walked in front of Yui, who instinctively shrank back.
The smile on the Crown Prince's lips deepened. "Did you go to distribute buns?"
Nodding vigorously.
"Really?"
Nodding again. Even if it wasn't true, she had to nod; she couldn't shoot herself in the foot.
Suddenly, an octopus appeared in the Crown Prince's hand. "Then where did this come from? Could it be that the common people gave it to you as thanks for distributing buns?"
"It's still hanging on your head; how unique." Dian Yin's mocking voice chimed in.
Yui was flustered, staring at the small octopus in the Crown Prince's hand, feeling a whirlwind of confusion—who could tell her why she had been walking around with a small octopus for so long without realizing it?
With tears welling up, she grabbed the Crown Prince's arm, looked at him with watery eyes, pouted, and cried, "Your Highness, please forgive me! It was my fault for being greedy; I didn't know better and went to the seaside to catch fish to eat."
