The Crown Prince pressed Yui down with one hand, sliding a list out from his sleeve and raising it in front of her. He wore a smile, but it was laced with hidden malice. Leaning down, he gently brushed against Yui's ear and whispered, "Do you want this?"
Yui turned to look at the Crown Prince, her expression calm yet strange. She said nothing but lightly pushed against him, her demeanor completely disoriented.
The Crown Prince scoffed disdainfully, crushing the list in his hand until only paper fragments remained, which flew up and scattered onto the large bed.
Suddenly, he grabbed Yui by the neck and coldly said, "I thought you could keep up the act longer. You just pledged your loyalty to me, and now you can't hold back? Stop playing dead and speak!"
Seeing Yui remain silent infuriated him.
In an instant, a loud slap echoed through the quiet night as it struck the Crown Prince's face, creating an incredibly bizarre atmosphere.
Yui quietly opened her eyes just a slit, reflecting the shocked expression on the Crown Prince's face as if he couldn't believe she dared to hit him.
Yui gritted her teeth; she couldn't throw away all her efforts now. No matter how scared she was, she had to keep up the act.
Taking advantage of the Crown Prince's moment of shock, Yui pushed him away with all her strength, quickly jumped off the bed, and dramatically raised both hands as she approached the window. She began climbing and repeatedly knocked on the window while mumbling unconsciously, "Open the door, open the door, open the door..."
The Crown Prince snapped back to reality, sitting on the bed and watching Yui. His narrow eyes narrowed slightly, filled with complex thoughts.
Yui stole glances at him, still uncertain in her heart. After all, whether or not he would believe her was still in question; she had to continue acting.
She looked at her hand with sorrow, feeling sorry for her right hand.
She clenched her right fist and punched the window, creating a hole in the wooden frame. Yui's hand just happened to reach out, and she shouted loudly, "Open the door." Then, she lowered her head and fell silent.
The prince finally slowly moved over and stood next to Yui, waving his hand in front of her eyes. He then looked at Yui's right hand, which already had a slight trace of blood seeping from between her fingers.
