Although the Female Driver had not suffered any injuries, she was quite shaken and not in a suitable state to drive. Ye Mingshang was willing to help her and took on the role of the driver. "You don't need to thank me. I only acted because of this young man; if I hadn't seen a bit of humanity in him, I wouldn't have intervened," Ye Mingshang said coolly. His intention was to appear distant and unapproachable, making it difficult for the girl to get close while attributing all the good deeds to the young man to increase her affection for him. It was truly a thoughtful strategy.

"This is all thanks to the power of the crowd," Ye Mingshang said, not wanting to cause trouble and directly attributing the credit to the passengers.
The police nodded, took out their walkie-talkie to notify their colleagues inside, and called for a doctor. Shortly after, several officers and a forensic doctor arrived. The forensic doctor first conducted a simple examination of the robbers.
"This Giant has a comminuted fracture in his right wrist and a comminuted fracture in his left scapula. Slowly help him up and let him walk on his own." The forensic doctor was quite skilled; after a quick look and pressing down twice amidst Giant's screams, he diagnosed his injuries without caring how much pain he was in—mercy is reserved for good people.

With sunglasses on, he looked somewhat spirited despite being short, but once they were off, those tiny eyes were truly comical—like real yellow beans in size, with no exaggeration involved. Seeing the stark contrast, a few people laughed, but the forensic doctor maintained his composure, suppressing his smile with a couple of coughs. Then, under the screams of Soybean Eyes, he examined the injuries. "Left clavicle fractured, left chest rib fractured, right clavicle fractured. Go find a stretcher to carry him out."
Finally, he checked the injuries of the Middle-aged Boss. Upon inspection, he was momentarily stunned. After examining for a while, he suddenly felt a chill in his groin; Nima was too brutal.
"Dr. Zhang, what about this person's injuries?" A police officer asked when the forensic doctor remained silent.
The forensic doctor swallowed hard, still shaken. "Inner thigh hip bone fracture, both sides severely damaged, permanent damage to the penile muscle tissue..."
Hearing the forensic doctor's explanation, several police officers were taken aback and then looked down at the Middle-aged Boss's bloodstained area beneath him, feeling an unnatural chill in their groins as they awkwardly shifted their legs.
After taking the three robbers away, a police officer approached Ye Mingshang and saluted. "Hello, thank you for your bravery. According to regulations, please cooperate with our investigation."
"Better make it quick; I have a flight to catch later," Ye Mingshang said inwardly annoyed.
Due to the large number of people involved, the police did not question them individually but sent several officers to take statements from the passengers before notifying the bus company to come pick them up.
The officer in charge of the interrogation glanced at the statements that had been submitted and frowned. After understanding the situation somewhat, he looked up at Ye Mingshang, who appeared unfazed. "Mr. Ye, based on passenger descriptions, I have a few questions for you. 1. Why did you remain indifferent while you clearly had the ability to stop the robbers during their robbery? 2. The attitude and clear thinking of Ye Mingshang left the officer in charge of the interrogation, Old Police Officer, slightly stunned. Ye Mingshang raised an eyebrow. "Detention? Is it because I kicked that annoying fat woman out of the car? Or because I incapacitated that damn thug?"
Old Police Officer adjusted his glasses. "It is the police's duty to punish evil and eliminate wrongdoing. Even if they are robbers, Mr. Ye's actions may constitute intentional injury."
Ye Mingshang laughed in anger. "Intentional injury? So according to you, we should just let them rob? Let them rape that woman? Xu Guokun almost lost his life trying to save her; am I guilty of intentional injury for saving him? You might as well give each of those thugs a woman!"
"Mr. Ye, please watch your language. Personal feelings aside, we are just acting according to the law. If you have any objections, you can file a complaint with my superior or hire a lawyer to sue me," Old Police Officer said calmly.
Ye Mingshang scoffed. "Hmph! You speak so nicely, but who knows what ill intentions you harbor? It's people like you who make others afraid to act against evil and reluctant to do what is right. People get slapped in the face but are afraid to fight back for fear of being accused of intentional injury!" He emphasized the last part with a strange tone.
"You!..." Old Officer was momentarily speechless.
"I don't care what your motives are; I'm telling you that if I miss my flight at two o'clock because of this, you better take off that police uniform!"
