After saying goodbye to Jijun, Li Xiaolu returned to the apartment carrying two large bags.

She took out the peaches she bought today and then pulled out the peaches that Jijun had picked up for her.

Zhang Lin looked at her and asked, "Where is he from?"
Li Xiaolu shook her head and replied, "I don't know."
Zhang Lin continued, "Did you ask him?"
Li Xiaolu shook her head again, saying, "I didn't ask."
Zhang Lin pressed on, "Do you know anything about him?"
Li Xiaolu shook her head once more, "I don't know him well."
Zhang Lin inquired, "How did you meet him?"
Li Xiaolu hesitated for a moment before saying, "We met at the airport."
Zhang Lin was somewhat surprised, "You met at the airport?"
Li Xiaolu nodded, "Yes."
Zhang Lin asked, "What do you think of him?"
Li Xiaolu thought for a moment and replied, "I think he's quite nice."
Zhang Lin looked at her and asked, "Do you think he seems like a scammer?"
Li Xiaolu shook her head, "No, he doesn't."
Zhang Lin continued, "What kind of person do you think he is?"
Li Xiaolu pondered for a moment and said, "I think he should be a businessman."
Zhang Lin was surprised again, "A businessman?"
Li Xiaolu nodded, "Yes."
Zhang Lin asked, "Has he mentioned his job to you?"
Li Xiaolu shook her head, "No."
Zhang Lin looked at her and said, "So you don't know anything about him at all?"
Li Xiaolu nodded, "Yes."
Zhang Lin started to say something but suddenly fell silent.
Li Xiaolu looked at her and asked, "What's wrong with me?"
Zhang Lin looked at her and asked, "So do you have feelings for him?"
Li Xiaolu was taken aback. She didn't expect Zhang Lin to ask that.
She looked at Zhang Lin and replied, "Why do you ask?"
Zhang Lin said, "I was just asking casually."
Li Xiaolu felt a bit flustered and said, "I... I don't know."
Zhang Lin continued, "Do you think he would lie to you?"
Li Xiaolu shook her head, "I don't think so."
Zhang Lin reassured her, "Then you can rest easy. I believe he wouldn't lie to you."
Li Xiaolu looked at her and asked, "How can you be so sure?"
Zhang Lin smiled and said, "It's just a feeling."
Li Xiaolu couldn't help but laugh, "A feeling?"
Zhang Lin nodded, "Yeah."
Li Xiaolu remarked, "Your feelings are usually not accurate."
Zhang Lin laughed and patted her chest, "This time it will definitely be right."
Li Xiaolu looked at her, feeling a vague sense of premonition. She thought that maybe Zhang Lin's intuition was correct.
Later that night, Li Xiaolu went out to eat with Zhang Lin. Zhang Lin was busy scrolling through her phone with a smile on her face.
Li Xiaolu couldn't help but ask, "What are you looking at?"
Zhang Lin replied with a grin, "I'm checking out my new crush."
Li Xiaolu was curious and asked, "Who is your crush?"
Zhang Lin pointed at the screen of her phone and said, "It's him, Vincent."
Li Xiaolu looked at the man on the screen and couldn't help but ask, "Who is he?"
Zhang Lin said, "He is a member of a Korean boy band."
Li Xiaolu looked at Zhang Lin and asked, "Are you chasing stars again?"
Zhang Lin hurriedly replied, "This time it's different!"
Li Xiaolu looked at her and asked, "How is it different?"
Zhang Lin said, "This time I really like them."
Li Xiaolu couldn't help but laugh, "You say that every time."
Zhang Lin looked at her and insisted, "This time it's true!"
Li Xiaolu asked, "What about the people you liked before?"
Zhang Lin laughed and said, "They are all outdated."

Zhang Lin smiled and replied, "They are definitely special."
Li Xiaolu looked at her and asked, "In what way are they special?"
Zhang Lin said, "They are handsome."

Zhang Lin smiled and said, "That's true."
Li Xiaolu looked at her and asked, "How long do you think you'll stick with this one?"
Zhang Lin thought for a moment and replied, "At least six months."
Li Xiaolu couldn't help but laugh again, "Well, that's not too bad."
Zhang Lin looked at her and asked, "You don't believe me?"
Li Xiaolu smiled and said, "I believe you."
Zhang Lin smiled back and said, "That's good."
Li Xiaolu looked at Zhang Lin and couldn't help but think that maybe this time Zhang Lin really had found someone she liked. She hoped that this time she could stick with it a little longer.
