I was stunned.
His hand was very warm, gripping my wrist tightly, leaving me unable to move.
I wanted to pull away, but I was worried he might fall.
“Lu Hao,” I turned my head to look at him.
He lowered his head, staring at me with intense eyes.
My cheeks instantly flushed, even the roots of my ears turned red.
“Wha... what’s wrong?” I stammered.
He didn’t speak, just continued to gaze at me quietly.
I felt uncomfortable under his stare and hurriedly averted my gaze.
“You’ve had too much to drink,” I said softly, “Let me take you back.”
I supported Lu Hao, planning to help him back to the store.
“I haven’t had too much,” Lu Hao murmured.
“…” I fell silent and ignored him.
I knew he was drunk; otherwise, he wouldn’t have acted the way he did earlier.
I helped Lu Hao walk toward the store.
His chest pressed tightly against my arm, his scorching body heat penetrating through the fabric and burning my skin.
My heart raced, my breath quickened, and my whole body tensed up.
Finally arriving at the store, I helped him onto the sofa and let him lie down to rest.
“I’ll go to the restroom,” I said.
Without waiting for his response, I hurried into the restroom.
Standing in front of the mirror, I looked at myself reflected back.
My face and ears were bright red, and my forehead felt hot as well.
I reached up to touch the corner of my lips; there was a small cut that stung a bit.
I stared at that little scar for a long time before finally looking away.
Taking a deep breath, I tried to calm my racing heart.
Inside, I felt excited yet embarrassed, flustered yet shy; all sorts of emotions intertwined made it almost unbearable.
I stayed in the restroom for quite a while until Lu Hao's classmates left; only then did I breathe a sigh of relief and step outside.
“It’s getting late,” Lu Hao said, “Let me take you back to school.”
“…” I instantly felt tense again.
The events from earlier were still fresh in my mind; if Lu Hao remembered…
I didn’t dare to think further.
"No need," I refused. "I can go back by myself."
"That's not acceptable," Lu Hao said. "It's late, and I'm worried."
"It's fine," I quickly replied. "I can just take a taxi."
"Let me drive you," Lu Hao insisted. "I have nothing else to do anyway."
"..." I had no choice but to compromise.
Lu Hao and I walked out of the shop, slowly making our way down the street.
The night breeze was gentle, and the moonlight was bright.
Lu Hao walked quickly, forcing me to quicken my pace to keep up with him.
Was he in a hurry to get me home, or was he eager to return himself?
I thought about it, feeling a vague sense of disappointment.
I should be happy.
Lu Hao was completely drunk and probably wouldn't remember what had just happened.
But then again, I felt a bit sad.
What if he really didn't remember? What would I do then?
My mind was racing with complicated emotions.
We soon returned to the shop.
As I was about to head upstairs, Lu Hao suddenly grabbed me.
"Wh... what's wrong?" I asked in surprise.
Lu Hao looked at me, his gaze deep and intense.
Suddenly, he reached out, wrapped his arms around my waist, leaned down, and kissed me.
I widened my eyes in shock.
Lu Hao's kiss was fierce and dominating, completely different from the gentle and tender kiss before.
I couldn't handle it; my mind went blank, and my body trembled.
I struggled desperately, but it was futile.
Lu Hao pressed me against the wall, holding me tightly in his embrace.
My body was pinned down, making it hard for me to breathe as my heart raced uncontrollably.
I reached out, pushing against him with all my strength.
But he completely ignored me and kissed me even more passionately.
My first kiss...
Just like that... it was gone...
Tears streamed down my face, sliding down my cheeks.
Lu Hao seemed to sense something and paused slightly in his actions.
He released my lips, lowered his head, and looked at me.
His eyes were as dark as ink, deep and captivating.
The warmth of him still lingered on my cheeks, and my lips were swollen, throbbing with pain.
I bit my lip and glared at him, tears streaming down uncontrollably.
"I'm sorry..." Lu Hao said softly, his tone filled with guilt.
He reached out his hand and gently wiped away the tears on my face.
His fingers were rough, scraping against my skin painfully.
I closed my eyes, letting the tears fall.
I felt extremely wronged, but I also knew that this couldn't be blamed on Lu Hao.
It was my own initiative, and it was what I wanted.
I just didn't expect that my first kiss would happen in this way.
I took a few deep breaths to calm myself down.
I opened my eyes and looked at Lu Hao.
He was gazing at me, his expression complex and hard to read.
I pressed my lips together and said softly, "I'm going upstairs."
After saying that, I turned and walked up the stairs.
Just as I took a step, Lu Hao suddenly reached out and picked me up.
"Ah—" I exclaimed in surprise, hurriedly wrapping my arms around his neck.
He carried me over to the sofa and set me down gently.
I lay on the sofa, watching Lu Hao.
He lowered his gaze to me, his eyes shimmering with a dark light.
His breathing grew heavy, his chest rising and falling as if he were struggling to restrain something.
I felt a warm current surge from my lower abdomen, quickly spreading throughout my body.
