On the day of the birth, Chen Wang was busy and hadn't slept a wink all night. He loved this child, even though there was no blood relation between them. He felt that since Li Qian was willing to give birth to this child, it was an expression of her love for him.

"However, the child does resemble you quite a bit."
Li Qian brought the child out to show Fang Rui.
The two of them talked about the child in front of Chen Wang.
They completely ignored the person lying on the ground until over half an hour later when they remembered to take Chen Wang to the hospital.

Li Qian pulled Fang Rui back.

"The child needs a father."

"Even though he isn't your biological father, he will still see you as his real dad."

Fang Rui thought for a moment and nodded in agreement.
He squatted down and patted Chen Wang's face.
"Kid, you're lucky today."
"If it weren't for Xiaoqian, I would have killed you today."
Chen Wang lay on the ground, motionless.
When Chen Wang woke up, the first thing he did was look for that "killer."
"He ran away."
Li Qian held his hand to comfort him.
"He left some money behind and then took off."
"How about we call the police?"
Chen Wang gritted his teeth and said, "Forget it."
